Al comenzar no hubo problemas, luego en los movimientos en donde se fuerza las rodillas, sentí un fuerte dolor en mi rodilla derecha, hace 3 años sufrí una caída y desde ese momento mi rodilla no funciona igual, y al forzarla me duele mucho. Pero es mi primer día, y no dejare de hacer los ejercicios, si el dolor persiste iré al medico.
Me gusto mucho la experiencia, ya que el método "en casa" me acomoda a mis necesidades. Además de ser muy explicativo y simple de ejecutar
I feel like the program was perfectly designed to fit my schedule based on time limitations and love the different ways to add calorie intake, weight loss progress, and the descriptive ways to get me through each workout that im am not accustomed to. The workouts themselves are manageable for newbies like myself and hope to see more progression soon.
