I just finished day 2 of my 28 day workout and so far I am loving everything about it! My first day was a little tough but today seemed to be a breeze. I really enjoy the calorie tracker and knowing where I need to improve on my nutrition as well. All around I am very much enjoying my experience thus far!

I used to love going to the gym but after 4years of IVF I was emotionally and physically drained, with no motivation to get moving. I gained 20kgs. But 10 months post baby, I decided to give BetterMe a go and wow it has been absolutely amazing. I've started with the 28 day wall pillates and have even started adding extra workouts onto. I love that there are so many videos to choose from and programs pre set so I can just get into it without thinking about it. It takes me a bit longer to get up and down off the floor for some exercises so I just pause the video with no stress. I'm only a few days in but I'm keen to keep up the daily streak and already feel more energised!

I just started but so far I'm pleased with the instructor the way it is explained and shows you what to do I've always been fat and my biggest problem was consistency and with this i have a schedule and helps me motivate my self. And I'm glad it's starting off slow because I have back an knee issues from injury's in the past and especially with my current wait it can be a problem I'm excited for what future has in store with this new program
