I thought I have no time to exercise everyday but with betterMe I can do at least 15 mins a day at my comfort home.
It's not fun but effective. Physically it's painful but the effects of a relaxed muscle is worth the exercise
This is the second program I have tried and so far this one is much better! Literally just started so hopeful the positive experience continues.
So far I have been using the calorie counter to watch what I eat through out the day. Big learning curve on how much calories are in each food.
