Quick, easy - appreciate the overnight free shipping! Cleaner was packed very securely and except for a couple minor questions I had, the instructions were clear. Customer service answered those very satisfactorily.
Easy and quick. But there are two bugs in your website:
1) default shipping address we filled in our account page is not loaded into shipping address at checkout
2) every time we click on an address field, it clears the entry -- system should only edit instead (active cursor)
I love the Miele Olympus! If you think your house is clean, buy one of these and vacuum. You won't believe how much dirt your old vacuum left behind. It's amazingly quiet and easy to steer. I have hardwood floors and a few old (but good quality) area rugs. After vacuuming the rugs, they look brand new.
It really did arrive in one day with free shipping (on New Year's Eve.) It's the best deal around.

However the directions for use points out it may overheat if used over 30 minutes. No one cleans for only 30 minutes.

So far, so good. Spoke to a Best Vacuum customer service rep. About Miele models before the purchase and found it helpful. The Twist upright, optional turbo brush and extra bags arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered them online. Have used the vac around the house for a number of different tasks in the past few days (including the optional turbo brush) and it does the job. It appears well built and designed, and I feel that over time, it should prove to be a good value despite the relatively high initial cost.
Found the online ordering very frustrating. Could not find the discount code anywhere. No indication it was in an email in my inbox. Found it by accident.
After the order was placed, everything went as smoothly as I could hope except the deliver left it on the front porch with no attempt to get a signature even though I left a sign saying we were definitely home. The product however is great, I'm very pleased. My big constantly shedding dogs have met their match!
Easy to use site with good information regarding choices. However, delivery was a problem. Not only was a signature required, but you also said I had to be home to receive the package. Since it is NOT possible to know what time Fed Ex is going to arrive, that meant staying home ALL day. Very difficult for most people. For that reason alone, I would not be able to order anything over $300 from you. I have never encountered another company that made me do this. Not a good policy!

UPDATE: The item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The vacuum is terrific, lighter than my last Miele and more powerful. This has been a completely positive experience with regard to both the seller and the product. Both are highly recommended!
The comparison page on the website was useful for choosing a model of vacuum to buy. Moreover, the order arrived promptly and in good condition. I am very happy with my purchase, and it is nice to know where the brink-and-mortar stores are (in the Chicago area), should I need any repairs or accessories.
I appreciated my credit card company flagging-this purchase (this kind of amount $$$ is unusual for me)... and I was SO impressed with how quickly my vacuum came (yup -24 hours!)... This is my second order of these items from you. In the first, one bottle arrived damaged, and you replaced it. Thank you. This time, there didn't seem to any damage, but there was a leak again of some sort. The packaging was stained and the bottles were slimy, covered with soap that had apparently leaked. That said, I opened them and each bottle was filled to about the same level (about an inch from the top). Strange that there is no seal on them.
So far so good. Machine delivered as promised. We can't wait to open the box and try it!

Would like to have had a more detailed explanation as to what the difference in levels means between canister selections and types. I have not actually inspected the product yet. I ordered it for someone else that requested this particular line of vacuums. I hope to see the results for myself this week and will be in a position to make an actual judgement.
Free overnight shipping and selection of products is impressive. The prices on the website were the same or cheaper than other sites, and with the free delivery, it was the best deal on the internet. I did have issues with FedEx dropping my shipment on the scheduled delivery date, (they refused to get out of the truck because of my dog) but customer service (Tom) was quick to respond and follow up to assist me in getting my vacuum cleaner the following day.
