Love your vacuums! It's my second one… the other one lasted about 25 years… with shedding dogs and their dirt brought in the house. Used at least 5 days a week. Glad to have our new one. Arrived quickly and in good shape. Thank you!
I purchased a P11 space pro vacuum cleaner and it worked for two weeks only. Since then I have had communication twice via email only with no results ending in any warranty coverage or replacement parts and I am coming up to the 1 year warranty period. Please buyer beware! I threw away several hundred dollars on this vacuum with terrible/zero customer service

One phone call telling service operator that I bought the wrong filter. Return authorization sent in two days. Easy. New filter arrived quickly.

This was a wonderful experience. Very friendly and fast shipping. They handled my questions with respect and care. It made me think that their name, Best Vacuum, does reflect who they are. For anyone who is scent- sensitive my order arrived without any fragrance.

I appreciate that I can order Miele vacuum bags and filters from Best Vacuum, knowing that I am getting the real thing, not some knock-off. My order was fulfilled and received promptly.
When you purchase, they don't say there are NO RETURNS, regardless of the reason, on commercial products. Their vacuum failed 15 minutes after leaving the shipping box. A replacement was purchased from another vendor and even though their unit is trash, there are no options. Basically they're strong-arming the sale. Fool us once, shame on them. There won't be a second opportunity.
Bad policy, bad customer service, bad product, bad purchase...BAD. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

On time and exactly what I ordered a replacement wand for my Miele.
Ordered HEPA filters and was sent bags. I will now have to call to find out how to get what I ordered
Order the hardwood floor attachment for my Miele Vacuum. The product came quickly and was a perfect fit. Wish I had looked for this item long ago. Makes cleaning my hardwood a breeze. The service was fast and reliable. Highly recommend this company.

Easy to find items, disappointed at how expensive shipping charges for a small dusting brush was. Should have been $4-6 at most with First Class postage, now $16 by FedEx.
The part we ordered was received timely and was the correct one needed for replacement
Received my Miele faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Love the vacuum. Had this brand in Germany and loved it so much, thought I'd try stateside. It does not disappoint!
