Would like to have had a more detailed explanation as to what the difference in levels means between canister selections and types. I have not actually inspected the product yet. I ordered it for someone else that requested this particular line of vacuums. I hope to see the results for myself this week and will be in a position to make an actual judgement.
Free overnight shipping and selection of products is impressive. The prices on the website were the same or cheaper than other sites, and with the free delivery, it was the best deal on the internet. I did have issues with FedEx dropping my shipment on the scheduled delivery date, (they refused to get out of the truck because of my dog) but customer service (Tom) was quick to respond and follow up to assist me in getting my vacuum cleaner the following day.
Ordered filters for 2 Miele vacuums. Miele makes good quality filters for their models. Expected delivery to take longer past the weekend. But received them on a Thursday and was able to vacuum right away.
I want to give your customer service Sean a kudos as he was very helpful yesterday with my selection and answering all questions. I was going to place the order directly with him today but was late getting home.
The vacuum cleaner filter I wanted was easy to find on the web site. I'll use the service again for bags and parts.
Comment update: I quickly received the wrong filter and sent an email to customer service who personally called me within minutes. I was impressed with that and the fact that I received the right part within a few days along with easy to follow return procedures.
Please note - sometimes mistakes are due to a systems fault, unrealistic production quotas or training rather than operator error.
The only reason I gave "overall price" 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manufacturer refuses to allow discounts which is not your fault, so I feel bad about downgrading the rating. You did the best you could. I really can't expect you to sell this particular brand at a loss.

I liked that I stayed on the same page to make the purchase without having to push a 'continue button' The page let me set up an account, add address and pay with credit card while looking at the order the entire time. It would be nice to have a photo of the canister machine with the handle in a position to vacuum under a bed. You have a wonderful web page.

Selecting and purchasing my vacuum was quite simple but the time to ship was way too long. It took several phone calls to customer care before I could get a resolution. No one answered my email attempts to support for assistance. A service rep finally offered a solution as an upgrade so that my vacuum could ship sooner then then my original ordered vacuum. I appreciated the offer as a solution but feel service could have been much better prior to that.

Seller was great. For the price, I am a little surprised at how "plastic" this is, but we will hope that it will last. It works very well. Plenty of suction and nice and light. Cord could be a little longer, but the machine is small so you can't expect a retractable cord to be any longer I guess.
Overall I am looking forward to its efficiency for years to come!

I have now received my vacuum and could not be more pleased! I have been without a vacuum for our new home for 6 years (borrowing others) in search of the "right vacuum" and i have found it! The vacuum performs beautifully in all the areas in which i required, handle lowers to the floor for under furniture, the shallow height of the head allows it to go under furniture, suction power leaves vacuum lines in my carpet, up close suction power next to walls and furniture, light enough for me to carry upstairs, extremely long cord allows a large vacuuming area! Thank you, my daughter will now be getting a Miele for her home!

We had already decided on a Miele, so we really appreciated the table that helped us decide which Miele to purchase. I ordered our Topaz and VOILA! It arrived the next day. We opened the boxes with our usual trepidation (we've had pretty dismal luck with buying big stuff in big boxes-- missing parts, broken pieces, etc.) but everything was there and ready to go. It's a lovely vacuum. There's isn't a rattly or shoddy thing about it. Even the little wheels seem to glide over my hardwood floors. It's very quiet and the suction is wonderful. I completely understand now why the Miele is one of the more expensive vacuums. I hope it lasts as long as its reputation promises!
