The products have always been of top quality and when I had to contact customer service regarding a product that I failed to open for months and needed a part, they did not hesitate to still help me and sent me the parts that I needed. Definitely great customer service for sure!
My order for a jeep power wheels was processed and I received emails that it was being shipped. 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived. When I emailed the company they said it was out of stock and after 3 weeks they processed a refund. They never contacted me or informed me of the issue from the time of purchase to after me contacting them. Because Of this incident my daughter didn't get a birthday present on her birthday. This company cannot be contacted via phone, you can only email them and it takes over a day to get a response. This company provided unacceptable customer service and I will never shop on there site again.
The first product I purchased from Best Choice Products was a 10" offset umbrella. I had a problem with the crank handle. The umbrella was several days past the warranty date. After explaining my problem to the customer service rep, I was awarded a new umbrella. This was the best experience I have ever had with a customer service rep. I would highly recommend their products.
Purchased a chair from them Broke with in a week, sending emails to the customer support and getting the same reply again and again.
This is the worst customer support ever.
Dont purchase any thing from this seller. Waste of time and money.

No cancellation policy! If you want to cancel the order, you have to contact Fedex to refuse the shipment! It took forever to get a hold of Fedex, Their intent is to create the complicated return process so you might keep the order. Very disappointed
I purchased a Halloween product which was not working correctly (would not turn off) after troubleshooting the problem with customer support I was offered a refund or replacement. It was a pleasure dealing with support and the replacement arrived quickly. I would recommend BCP to my friends.

A product I ordered and was shipped to me arrived with a hole. I sent a message about the problem and they responded quickly. I had asked if they could replace just the piece with the hole but they did not have that part in stock. They provided me with the option to receive a refund or have a new one shipped. I opted for a new one to be shipped and asked how to return the damaged product. They said I would not need to return it. I decided to go ahead and put together the item to use until the new one arrived but I lost the instructions. I went on their website and they had a chat feature. Within minutes they forwarded the instructions to me in the chat. I appreciated the ease of getting my problem resolved.
I was more than satisfied with the resolution. They told me just to keep the defective item which had hardware missing and loose. I may be able to salvage it by totally disassembling it and finding replacements for the missing parts.

I ordered a bench, it is beautiful and sturdy. However, it was DELIVERED by Fed ex, with a huge hole in the box and the hardware was missing. Impressive Air Fryer. I have tried Chicken, Steak, Fries, Tater Tots and Fish. "Perfect Cook". Still working on Ribs and Wings as "not so good" needs work, but not the Fryers fault. I wish I would have DUMPED my deep fryer years ago. Love it!
I realized that somehow in checking my discounted price, I erroneously made the purchase. I contacted 'help' and got a quick reply. The associate, once I told him of my mistake, immediately canceled my order and was given an appropriate refund. I am sure I will place an intentional order in the future.
Very bad customer service. No replacement parts. I ordered the ride on 12v atv for my son. The foot switch failed due to poor manufacture process. There wasn't enough room to accommodate the foot switch and the wire harness. This caused the switch to failed from being pressed against by the wires and the foot pedal.
When i asked for replacement parts, they said they had none. When i asked for a part number. They said they could not provide any.
I have pulled kids atv's our the the dump and fixed them. They are still running to this day. There is no reason this should be so difficult.
What company can't support their own products. Do not support this company.

Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
