I have been long time bcp customer, never really had an issue with their product till I bought their umbrella and the base, it broke only few months of usage, it was out of warranty but they understood and provided the support, appreciate that they still care about customer service.
I bought a Battery operated white Range Rover car for my 2 year old granddaughter in March. She loved it, by the charger stopped working in Aug. And when I called customer service for Best Choice products, they did not have a charger in stock, but sent a whole new car and it arrived 2 days later!
Really pleased with the customer service of this company.
I ordered a 4 piece outdoor set and was pleasantly surprised and love it. It came very quickly. I had a slight problem and the customer service got back to me immediately and they were so pleasant and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.
I recently ordered 2 zero gravity chairs for the beach. I received them earlier than expected and am happy with the quality of these products. I had a small issue with one of the chairs, the accessory tray was not in the carton. I decided to call customer service to see if I could get a tray and spoke to Ray. He was very courteous and helpful. He did some checking and found that they could not send a new tray but instead is sending out a new chair! I informed him I would need to get the new one before I could send back the original as I didn't keep the packaging, his reply was "no need to return it"! It is so refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind thier product and has such outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them and will order from them again in the future!
First time using this company. Bought a hamper to store blankets in the TV room. Fast delivery, love the hamper, good quality. Had never heard of this company, but would certainly order from them again.
I recently purchased from my girlfriend the Best Choice Products Black 500W Portable Folding Electric Motorized Treadmill. She had lost the instruction manual. I received excellent customer service from Best Choice Products. David was able to provide a substitute manual as the original was no longer available. By the way, I love the treadmill. Still works great! Manufactured August of 2014. I also love how compact and portable it is as well.
Ordered the grey pool lounge chairs, set of 2. For the money its a great value and the product seems well made. Its nice that they fold for easy storage. The only thing that I don't like is they don't lay perfectly flat to lay on your stomach, but its not a deal breaker. Still a great product!
I had gotten an item and it had been missing a few pieces. Of course I got frustrated then I called. I had gotten the most wonderful customer service ever. She turned my attitude into gratitude handled my call very well and got me a new one sent on the way this company very much cares for their customers. I definitely recommend buying from here and I will be buying more from here. Great company overall great experience.
The 7-piece outdoor furniture set we ordered came within 2 days! We discovered a missing part for one of the corner chairs, but through live chat and text follow-up, we received the part within a couple of days! Directions were clear, and the set was so easy to assemble!

I am so happy with my trellis box planter - can't wait till my Clematis climbs the trellis. I ordered 2 and one of them came broken. I contacted customer support and they gave me an immediate refund. This company backs their products and were so friendly.
While the product I received was damaged twice, the level of customer service to make it right, will keep me coming back. Most companies you have to fight to get things taken care of and the agents offered solutions before I even asked for them. I had ordered two rocking chairs from BCP, but circumstances changed, and they would not work for what I needed. They made the return quick and easy, and now I am ordering the outdoor furniture that will work. Their customer service is great, and their products are lovely and priced very reasonable. BCP will be my first choice when purchasing.
A few years ago I had my first experience with BCP. I ordered gravity chairs. I was admittedly skeptical but the price was great. I received the item so fast, in great condition and have been a believer since! I've since purchased many of their items and have had a pleasant purchase each time! I look forward to their items because they have different things than i find in stores and on line for great prices: win-win!
As a parent of a toddler I am very upset. We attempted to purchase a replacement charger and remote control. Since we were gifted the assembled item we have no information. No matter how we asked this company refused to sell these parts to us. We now have a very very sad 2 year old on our hands. Best Choice Products YOU CAN DO BETTER! #buyersbeware
Out door patio umbrella, work great, for the price i just can not ask for more, great deal high quality, and windy handle no issue, strong material aluminum frame top to bottom, i love it and i refer to my relative to buy them too
Received a damaged crank handle on a 10' offset patio umbrella. Contacted Best Choice Products help line and was told the umbrella and part was no longer available. Same problem as previous reviews. Be aware, if you receive a defective part, you will likely not be able to get a replacement.

I ordered a item that they say was shipped only to find out 5 days later that it had not even left their warehouse. I would not give my money to this company at all. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. Complete sham.

I ordered a pergola that arrived damaged. I sent an email that was not responded to so called on the 5th day. My issue was resolved in under 10 minutes. I spoke to Melody, she was able to confirm that replacement parts were not available so had a new pergola shipped. It arrived within a few days. Im impressed with the customer service and the company's urgency in making the order correct.
I purchased a Christmas Tree from Best Choice Products, through Amazon, and am very pleased. The tree is beautiful. Just as importantly, I had an issue and contacted their website. My issue was handled promptly, professionally, and completely to my satisfaction. I will purchase from Best Choice Products again in the future and will recommend them to others.
Ordered a doll house for my child 2 day shipping. The delivery date was today I call fedex to be told the company never shipped the product, I contact customer service to be told the shipping takes 7-10 business days even though Amazon, Walmart and there website offers 2 days shipping. When telling the agent that it still advertises this he basically tells me oh well and just keeps saying "I'm sorry for the confusion" over and over again. After all this they tell me they are sending a replacement all the while I waited over an hour on hold to receive an email minutes later saying I'm being refunded! So another hour on hold they tell me oh that was a mistake you are getting a replacement so now I'm 6 days from Christmas with absolutely no answers on what is happening with my order! Customer service clearly doesn't know what they are talking about and lesson learned I will NEVER order again

Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
