They are a bait and switch operation. They don't even send you a ticket or itinerary until 24 hours after you book so they try to tell you that you cannot cancel even though you have no tickets, no receipt, no charge until then.

I booked two tickets for me and my underage daughter. They came back with that my daughter did not have a ticket yet, but was on standby on an international flight! When I complained that I could not have my daughter on standby by herself, they tried to give me tickets for the day before, that were no longer direct and $600 more! When I refused, I got told that the sale was final and if I canceled I would be banned for flying by forever, by all airlines. These guys are lying scammers! Thank God I entered my credit card number wrong! I have filed a complaint of fraud with the credit card company just in case anyway.

The morning after booking a remarkably inexpensive nonrefundable flight (w/ 24 hours to cancel) I got an email saying I needed to call to confirm. When I did I was told the person I needed to speak to was out and that I should call back in an hour. I called back and was told that agent "Mike" was checking my reservation and would get back to me within half an hour. Unfortunately, only then did I check the reviews here and find multiple scam warnings. I called back and said I wanted to cancel my booking and was told more than 24 hours had elapsed since my reservation was placed, so I could not be refunded. OF COURSE IT HAD ELAPSED, SINCE THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY. My credit card company is canceling the transaction, but I I cannot strongly enough warn folks away from this site. The moral: if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Do not use this site. They advertise cheap tickets at prices the airlines can't meet. My tickets were cancelled without notifying me. They kept a $500 booking fee that I am still waiting for a refund. Avoid at all costs! If the price seems too good to be true it is!

Booked 5 flight tickets for $1,031.00 and I never received the ticket confirmation. I've call them and they are now asking my credit card number to charge $4.00 to give me any information.

Booked a flight for cheap for $290. They said they won't allow bags so I have to upgrade. The proceeded to change me onto a different flight and charged me a totals of roughly $490. Wasted 2 days of talking when I could have easily booked the flight myself for $415 on my own. It is also a Middle East Indian owned company, I'm not surprised at all. Scammers working the scam system.

I made my reservation and four days later they sent me an email stating I need to update my phone number and to please call them. When I called them, they informed me that the price they quoted me was no longer available and they needed to give me a new price after they already gave me a confirmation number. This place is a scam do not, and I repeat do not use them. They are clearly not an American company and I told them in America we don't act like this.

Then they claim to send you emails and calls and text messages telling you your flight is full and you must find another flight. This is how they get premium price for a standby seat. Do not use this company. You will be stranded at the airport and they will bill your credit card.

I booked a ticket on their website for Delta for $606, right away received a call stating that, the ticket doesn't allow carry on bag on Delta flight and I should upgrade, which agreed.
I checked with Delta the next day and they are telling me that the total for the ticket including taxes and fees was $616.40 which is close to what I originally purchased last night. There is a fee from ARC $143.59 which Delta does not recognize from their organization. They are liars, they get the deals from airlines and they are making extra money by scarring customers to pay them extra. Very shady business. I wouldn't trust the positive reviews, read the negative first. They stole $143.59 from me. I was trying to buy ticket for my son to come home for Christmas and they find a way to steal my hard earned money.

I just want to warn everyone out there that this is a Bait and Switch company they grossly, falsely advertise ticket prices for airlines They promise you a super low airline rate. Once you pay and receive the email with the reservation, it is pending. Is no a real boking

Don't even bother. The website is never correct. They get you with low prices. They will increase the price which was not on the website. They will try to make you pay the cancellation. Don't waste your time.

Do not book flights this scam of a website! Besticketfare.com They will give a price online, once booked someone will call you to tell you this is a promotional price no changes or seat or bags can be added to this price, then they will try and try to find u a ticket that is triple what you paid that will allow you to pick your seats and add bags at additional prices making your flight in total more than advertised and more than the actual airline. Once you tell them to cancel the reservation since no ticket has been issued or email has been received they tell you that they have a confirmation and ticket information and you will lose all your money or you will get a voucher from the airline... mind you no ticket or confirmation was issued. This web site is a scam don't do it! Now am fighting with my bank to have the money refunded back to me since i don't have a ticket information or confirmation and they refused to cancel it... Scammer theft, horrible customer service.

They Advertised a price online and when I called them to make sure the order went through ok they said that Southwest cancelled the order because of the price and that they can get me the flight for $100.00 more!

This seems like a scam. We made 2 different reservations on this website for the first time, and within 30 minutes got a phone call that those cheap seats have been sold out by the airline, and that the only options they had were significantly more expensive, or we could change airports or add stops. Ridiculous. Worse yet, they still have those seats available on their website, 24 hours later, when they know that they are not available. Waste of time!

You give them your payment information and they put the flight in pending status. Then they notify you that "due to unforeseen circumstances" your flights have "experienced a change in availability" and offer another flight at a much higher price. But the flights are still out there on their website at the originally booked price - if the fare isn't available, then DON'T OFFER IT.

I purchased tickets Monday. I was called 30 minutes later those tickets aren't available but much more expensive tickets are. Then— those were never delivered in the window promised. I'm filing a credit card dispute.

They advertised $506 per ticket. Signed up and entered all of my info. Then about one hour later, they said the pricing has changed. Now they want $875 a ticket. Total bait and switch!

I got my travel Itinerary email and 2 of the travelers name were wrong, I tried to get them corrected, these fools tried to up sale me higher fare tickets. I will be filling a complaint with the FAA.
