Booked a flight for cheap for $290. They said they won't allow bags so I have to upgrade. The proceeded to change me onto a different flight and charged me a totals of roughly $490. Wasted 2 days of talking when I could have easily booked the flight myself for $415 on my own. It is also a Middle East Indian owned company, I'm not surprised at all. Scammers working the scam system.

I made my reservation and four days later they sent me an email stating I need to update my phone number and to please call them. When I called them, they informed me that the price they quoted me was no longer available and they needed to give me a new price after they already gave me a confirmation number. This place is a scam do not, and I repeat do not use them. They are clearly not an American company and I told them in America we don't act like this.

It sounds good but it's on giant hassle! Not worth the supposed discount! In the end, you are going to pay more!

All Phillip Anderson *******451) with Best Ticket Fare do is get your commitment to purchase a flight. Then they claim to send you emails and calls and text messages telling you your flight is full and you must find another flight. This is how they get premium price for a standby seat. Do not use this company. You will be stranded at the airport and they will bill your credit card.

Nothing but scammers and $#*!s! They pretend to have tickets to sell but Do NOT! They show same prices for an entire week and only to change after you have completed the booking! TOTAL SCAM! Dean was a piece of trash! Poor customer service ever!

You give them your payment information and they put the flight in pending status. Then they notify you that "due to unforeseen circumstances" your flights have "experienced a change in availability" and offer another flight at a much higher price. But the flights are still out there on their website at the originally booked price - if the fare isn't available, then DON'T OFFER IT.
Scam, bait and switch, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Like they say - if it seems to be to good to be true - it probably is. This was a total bait and switch and the rate they quoted was never valid -
I had to call them to check on the reservation to be told they could not honor it - and I would need to pay an additional $400 to get the flight -
No integrity - no ethics!

I just want to warn everyone out there that this is a Bait and Switch company they grossly, falsely advertise ticket prices for airlines They promise you a super low airline rate. Once you pay and receive the email with the reservation, it is pending. Is no a real boking

I tried to book a flight with them for $237. I got an email that ti was being processed. Thirty minutes later I got an email stating that my flight was not available, but that they had an alternate flight available. The flight was the exact same flight I had booked originally, only this time it was for $488.

I purchased tickets Monday. I was called 30 minutes later those tickets aren't available but much more expensive tickets are. Then— those were never delivered in the window promised. I'm filing a credit card dispute.

I really am giving ZERO stars! Total scam! Advertised ticket for $489 and same scenario as everyone said. Got email and wanted $798 for same flight.

They advertised $506 per ticket. Signed up and entered all of my info. Then about one hour later, they said the pricing has changed. Now they want $875 a ticket. Total bait and switch!

They Advertised a price online and when I called them to make sure the order went through ok they said that Southwest cancelled the order because of the price and that they can get me the flight for $100.00 more!

I wish I had seen these reviews before also falling for this website. They list affordable prices and then immediately call insisting you bought a restricted fare that would not allow you to bring absolutely any baggage or even pay more to bring any unless the entire ticket was upgraded even though I was under the impression the ticket I bought was a standard one. They didn't stop there but called me a day later saying they actually had put my reservation on hold and had not booked it so the ticket was no longer available at that price and now apparently would be DOUBLE the amount that I paid them. Thankfully by miracle they hadn't actually charged me yet so even though they insist you can't cancel they finally did. I also was clear that I wanted my card information OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM which they tried to say was not possible. This company is an absolute scam and needs to be shut down. Onto of that every customer service representative especially Erica and her supervisor were the most rude people I have ever spoke to in my life.

I tried to buy a flight this morning, before I realized it was a scam. Fill out all the fields to make the purchase, with my phone number.
But I did not make the purchase and hours later they called me from this number "*******817". They tried to sell me the same flight with which they wanted to scam me on the page.

All their high reviews are phony. Look elsewhere, as these people are cons, pulling a bait-and-switch to get you to purchase higher priced tickets. Just yesterday (7-13-21) I bought tickets to Orlando via JetBlue, and went thru the whole purchase process, including credit card payment. Total $554 for 2 round trip tix. All good until a couple hours later I get a call and email from them saying those flights are not available, but they can fit me into a similar Delta flight for $893! They finally offered me a $25 voucher for my inconvenience - and were pushing me hard with all the reasons this was a good deal! Wasted a lot of my time, and I'll do all I can to stop them from doing this to others. Ripoff artists and scammers! They kept telling me that the original deal was due to it being a "static web-page". This is crap, and they are still offering the same flights!

No bags or purses allowed, scam to get you to up grade, will not accept calls to cancel until it is too late

Do not book flights this scam of a website! Besticketfare.com They will give a price online, once booked someone will call you to tell you this is a promotional price no changes or seat or bags can be added to this price, then they will try and try to find u a ticket that is triple what you paid that will allow you to pick your seats and add bags at additional prices making your flight in total more than advertised and more than the actual airline. Once you tell them to cancel the reservation since no ticket has been issued or email has been received they tell you that they have a confirmation and ticket information and you will lose all your money or you will get a voucher from the airline... mind you no ticket or confirmation was issued. This web site is a scam don't do it! Now am fighting with my bank to have the money refunded back to me since i don't have a ticket information or confirmation and they refused to cancel it... Scammer theft, horrible customer service.

I purchased tickets and flight insurance. The insurance was an extra $95. I canceled my flight. I was not refunded any money. I sent several emails and they have yet to respond. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Trust me, once they have your money they could care less. No customer service.

Wish I read these reviews before contacting these con artists. I purchased tickets to Maui for roughly $500 cheaper online and was promised by "Jeff " that I will receive a confirmation from Delta and Best Airfares within 72 hours. 4 days gone and no answer so I called and he said Delta canceled no seats available and that he will send me a cancelation email to confirm. He did!
Here comes bait and switch, on the phone, he said to bump me up $350 more and gets better seating. I agreed, but this time he said I will get my confirmation in several hours. Bull $#*!! No confirmation again for 2 days. I called them back and canceled again. I just found out today my first canceled reservation was charged $111,00.

Don't do business with this company!

I got my travel Itinerary email and 2 of the travelers name were wrong, I tried to get them corrected, these fools tried to up sale me higher fare tickets. I will be filling a complaint with the FAA.

I booked a ticket on their website for Delta for $606, right away received a call stating that, the ticket doesn't allow carry on bag on Delta flight and I should upgrade, which agreed.
I checked with Delta the next day and they are telling me that the total for the ticket including taxes and fees was $616.40 which is close to what I originally purchased last night. There is a fee from ARC $143.59 which Delta does not recognize from their organization. They are liars, they get the deals from airlines and they are making extra money by scarring customers to pay them extra. Very shady business. I wouldn't trust the positive reviews, read the negative first. They stole $143.59 from me. I was trying to buy ticket for my son to come home for Christmas and they find a way to steal my hard earned money.

Don't even bother. The website is never correct. They get you with low prices. They will increase the price which was not on the website. They will try to make you pay the cancellation. Don't waste your time.
