I just want to warn everyone out there that this is a Bait and Switch company they grossly, falsely advertise ticket prices for airlines They promise you a super low airline rate. Once you pay and receive the email with the reservation, it is pending. Is no a real boking

They advertised $506 per ticket. Signed up and entered all of my info. Then about one hour later, they said the pricing has changed. Now they want $875 a ticket. Total bait and switch!

I purchased tickets Monday. I was called 30 minutes later those tickets aren't available but much more expensive tickets are. Then— those were never delivered in the window promised. I'm filing a credit card dispute.

I tried to buy a flight this morning, before I realized it was a scam. Fill out all the fields to make the purchase, with my phone number.
But I did not make the purchase and hours later they called me from this number "*******817". They tried to sell me the same flight with which they wanted to scam me on the page.

I tried to book a flight with them for $237. I got an email that ti was being processed. Thirty minutes later I got an email stating that my flight was not available, but that they had an alternate flight available. The flight was the exact same flight I had booked originally, only this time it was for $488.

Like they say - if it seems to be to good to be true - it probably is. This was a total bait and switch and the rate they quoted was never valid -
I had to call them to check on the reservation to be told they could not honor it - and I would need to pay an additional $400 to get the flight -
No integrity - no ethics!

This seems like a scam. We made 2 different reservations on this website for the first time, and within 30 minutes got a phone call that those cheap seats have been sold out by the airline, and that the only options they had were significantly more expensive, or we could change airports or add stops. Ridiculous. Worse yet, they still have those seats available on their website, 24 hours later, when they know that they are not available. Waste of time!

Bestairfares.com is a scam, they lure you in with good prices but then find excuses on why they cannot honor the price and try to get you to upgrade to other flights that are much more expensive. Customers beware. On 9/14/22 I purchased 4 non stop flight from their website for $507 per person from RDU to Cancun via American Airline. I went through the entire purchase process with all passenger info and credit card, the website never said anything about tickets not being available. After everything went through I got a call from bestairfares they cannot give me the tickets at this price because AA only has one ticket left at this price, so my option is to either pay over $5000 for 4 to keep the same flight or change to 1 stop flight round trip on delta for a little under $3000 for 4. Either option is acceptable to me. They kept making excuses on how it is not their fault, because AA increased their price, and kept trying to sell me the much higher cost tickets. After talking to both the rep and the supervisor and both giving me the same excuses then trying to force me to buy the higher price tickets I just asked them to cancel my transaction. It took them a while to cancel but in the meantime they continued to try to sell me the higher cost tickets, I was so irritated and fed up with them. It was such a waste of my time. I finally realized they were just a scam, luring you in with lower ticket prices they do not intend to honor then trying to sell you much higher cost tickets to "resolve" the issue. Do not fall for them, book your tickets elsewhere.

Wish I read these reviews before contacting these con artists. I purchased tickets to Maui for roughly $500 cheaper online and was promised by "Jeff " that I will receive a confirmation from Delta and Best Airfares within 72 hours. 4 days gone and no answer so I called and he said Delta canceled no seats available and that he will send me a cancelation email to confirm. He did!
Here comes bait and switch, on the phone, he said to bump me up $350 more and gets better seating. I agreed, but this time he said I will get my confirmation in several hours. Bull $#*!! No confirmation again for 2 days. I called them back and canceled again. I just found out today my first canceled reservation was charged $111,00.

Don't do business with this company!

I went to book a round trip flight from MKE to SEA. The special price quoted in the special was 175.00 booking online, and $166.25 if you call to book, plus a free upgrade, so I called and spoke to Anna. Well, Anna double checked my booking and gave me a total price of $368. I asked, "Now how did that happen?" She told me, "That special isn't available anymore, we haven't updated the site." Well, you can guess the rest! I asked for corporate, and they said there is no corporate. I asked for a manager, Alex, and he told me it sold out. But if it's sold out, it ought to SAY JUST THAT! Either that or remove the special from the site! That is total deception! Going to reach out to BBB!

All their high reviews are phony. Look elsewhere, as these people are cons, pulling a bait-and-switch to get you to purchase higher priced tickets. Just yesterday (7-13-21) I bought tickets to Orlando via JetBlue, and went thru the whole purchase process, including credit card payment. Total $554 for 2 round trip tix. All good until a couple hours later I get a call and email from them saying those flights are not available, but they can fit me into a similar Delta flight for $893! They finally offered me a $25 voucher for my inconvenience - and were pushing me hard with all the reasons this was a good deal! Wasted a lot of my time, and I'll do all I can to stop them from doing this to others. Ripoff artists and scammers! They kept telling me that the original deal was due to it being a "static web-page". This is crap, and they are still offering the same flights!
