I live on a college campus so all my mail/packages go to a separate building. You are supposed to deliver the package directly to the mailroom or they cannot accept it. My package from Bershka was delivered to the building but left at the front desk for anyone to take. The mailroom could not accept the package as it was not directly handled to them. Because of this, the package just sat at the front desk without my knowledge and was likely stolen by a passerby. I have contacted Bershka numerous times that I did not receive the package and that the handling of the delivery was the cause. Nonetheless, they give me the same response every time that the package was delivered and they will not offer me a refund nor a replacement. I would not recommend buying from them if you live on a college campus.

I recently purchased a pair of leather pants of average quality, and my overall impression is a bit mixed. While the leather itself is decent and has a nice texture, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the stitching and finishing. Additionally, the fit is somewhat off, with the waist being slightly too tight and the legs a bit too long. Although they look stylish, these pants may not withstand heavy wear and tear over time. In conclusion, they're a reasonable choice for occasional wear but may not be the best investment for long-term use.

Great quality and the prices even better. I love bershka. The new collection is massive and I can't wait for the summer product!

I have bought clothes from Bershka and it is quality clothes with a mid range prices... I like them but it depends on the style, they changed the style now in some more blend and neutral colors, I wish they have more diversity on the clothes range.

Signed up their newsletter and expecting the discount code they promised to come "tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and sees another email promising it "tomorrow"again. I became curious then so I emailed the customer service with the original "promise". Funny they asked for the screenshot of that promise. So I did and called. At that time I got robots-like answers of "It's being investigated". "Please send us more detailed documents". I got no more detailed docs to send in! I just want to say they are not honest and they are not helpful.

I wanted to buy a hoodie online, then they sent me a bikini, I felt really uncomfortable about that.

I was super pumped to get my suit set from Berskha for my graduation outfit. It showed up in a banged up box and was not packaged correctly an unfolded wadded up blazer with a foot print on it mind you it's satin. Super disappointing and they responded to this complaint saying they give quality care to their pieces.

Bad customer service! My cards were declined and order cancelled multiple time, contacted customer service for help and I was ignored and chat was closed... twice! I got better response from Zara

Its terrible! I'm very sad! I just lost 160USD! I ordered shoes and also I payed extra 25USD (they said delivery time 5-7 working day) for fast shipping. Its already more than 70 working days and still nothing. I sent plenty of email but they only answered only time to time and with the same sh't! I have to wait. They didn't give me tracking number and also they blocked me on instagram. They didn't answer on website chat! Very bad experience! Please don't buy there anything!

Bought pants from the new collection, ordered a size M, came S, the pants came with a small hole. This is not the first time I order, but lately the quality of things has deteriorated, even if you take it and do not order anymore.

Recently, my parents went to their store and bought some T-shirts and underwear. The quality at this price, which the product costs, is completely suitable. I always buy more but so that I can change. Therefore, in the summer you can safely take things. I recommend!
