I've never had a problem with them but lately it seems their customer service is absolutely horrible. For the amount of money that they charge it's absurd that you have to be worried if your package is actually going to be delivered. I placed an order as a surprise anniversary gift and I had a specific delivery date because my friends were leaving out of town and it was not delivered. So when I called the day of delivery. She said I had to wait and call back the next day. So the next morning I called back again and I got someone else and she couldn't explain to me why my order was never shipped out and what is not delivered but my credit card was charged. Of course she issued a full refund but at that point I was upset because it wasn't about the money it was about the gift that they were supposed to receive. I should have gone with edible arrangements or something! Will think twice before ordering from them again.
I am very unhappy with the way I was treated today it was so unprofessional. I wanted to place a order an was on phone for 2 hours an never finished my order. Spoke with 3 different individuals, and still unhappy.
After today I will not be dealing with Shari Berries anymore. I paid $62 and some change for some busted up strawberries? I used this company last year and the year before but after today I'm done. First, the shipping is outrageous and they got me for an extra shipping charge that I knew nothing about. Second, they take the money out of my account twice 6 days apart. I called customer service this morning and she was no help at all. In fact she wanted to argue with me about it all the while I'm sitting here looking at my statement showing me that $62 was taken out on May 2nd and again yesterday the 8th...$120 for some $#*!ty strawberries?! Third, the berries get dropped off on my mother's front porch this morning warm and busted all to hell. It's embarrassing that this is what my Mother got for Mother's Day so I will be getting her something else because that's what she deserves. Thanks for the $#*!ing headache!
Customer service hung up on me when I tried to find out about order details, they overcharged me, and they lied to me. They finally gave me refund that I hopefully will see in 7 to 10 business days. I will never go back here again and Elvis Duran and the morning show should really STOP promoting them.
While the berries are great, the customer service and website is awful. I was charged for an order that I never confirmed. I then called and canceled the order within 5 minutes. After a month and 5 phone calls later, I have yet to receive the refund they promised. Every time I call I have to repeat the same situation to a new representative and the issue is never resolved. I also find the product over priced once you include shipping and tax.
Ordered berries and flowers. The flowers somehow arrived 4 days before the berries were supposed to. The berries, which were for Valentine's day, still haven't arrived. They said it was because of bad weather and offered me a $20 discount on my next order. There will not be a "next" order. Now they say they have resent the order and it should arrive 3 to 4 days AFTER Valentine's Day, Thanks alot. For a company that has invested in so much national advertising, it does not have its act together. I will never order from them again.
Requested for early delivery but the tracking stated the package was not delivered early. I requested for pick up at UPS store as indicated as an option since the recipient will not be available. The item was still delivered past 7pm and the customer service representative stated there was not an option for pick when in fact UPS, the company they use to deliver the package has that option. This is not the first time Shari's Berries improperly processed orders or complaints. They are unreliable and has poor customer service. I have switched to "edible arrangements" which delivers packages on time and delivers fresh fruits instead of soggy fruits and melted chocolate.
First strawberries was gift. I feel so bad for the person that ordered them. There was suppose to be 12 beautiful dipped decorated strawberries, what I got was 11 an I think #12 was suppose to be a strawberry but so small an no it wasn't a cherry. The whole strawberry was covered the stem was pulled but not hulled so that was rough. I would never order from these people. What this company needs to do is order from several different reputable companies an learn the proper way of doing the strawberries. An quit stealing other company pics for Sherries Berries!
I was charged for my order 4 times. As soon as I realized their mistake, I emailed customer service and got no response. I emailed them again the next day, no response. I then filed a complaint through their website and shocking, NO RESPONSE. Shari's berries is total garbage and I will never use them again. There is no excuse for charging a customer 4 times, but to ignore repeated complaints? Screw them.
I am at disbelieve at this company. I have always wanted to try this product and figured I would treat myself (since I turned 40 the other day). I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with the pretzel rods. They strawberries were soggy and varied in size, there was only 1 white chocolate one and the box was all smudged. My son ate one before we took a picture and tossed. I understand that they are a HUGE company now, but these little things make a HUGE difference if they want a repeat customer. I am never trying this company again. Very VERY disappointed that it didnt even come close to the pics that they show.
I ordered the savory snacking gift box on 11/13/18@1:40pm and received a sweet email confirmation that it was getting put together. There was a date availability for next day delivery so I picked that and paid standard delivery of $14.99 plus $4.99 for rush delivery and it arrived right at noon on 11/14/2018. I had received the initial purchase email, then another one that same day during the evening that the package was sent out, and then another email 5 minutes upon delivery. I am so content I chose Shari's Berries to purchase this gift from and for such smooth process. My corporate gift was delivered without any issues. I will definitely purchase from this company again for any occasion in the near future. Excellent service. Thanks Shari's Berries for making someone's day a special one.
Just received a gift box of 12 Shari's Berries along with 4 chocolate covered pretzel sticks. Looked online and the pre discount price is over $40. To call them mediocre is a gross over statement. I wouldn't pay 5 bucks for them if they were carried at the grocery store plus the pretzel sticks were very stale. I don't see how they remain in business. They don't deserve a one star rating!
The Real Sharis Berrys filed Bankruptcy! Until I researched last night we had no idea. The product came and it sucks. My husband paid extra for delivery for the 13th. They never arrived. After calling customer service outside the united states, hung up on two times. We reversed the charges with our credit card. The credit card company said many other customers were doing the same thing and reversing charges for Sharis Berrys. Ruined my Valentine's day.
The customer service girls did not speak English very well and gitvthe address so wrong It's a good thing I caught it It took three calls to get it right

Delivery was meant to be here on Saturday, i waited home all day for Nothing, when nothing arrived today either i spent over 20 minuets trying to reach customer services to eventually speak with someone in the Philippines who proceeded to tell me about a delay in service "wherever i was" im disgusted by the lack of integrity shown by Pro Flowers or Shari's Berries or what ever the actual company name is. Never ever again, they ruined what should have been a great weekend for an elderly lady. Amateurs!
I paid over $40 for shipping to make sure I received my order this morning and on Valentines day. I didn't receive my order and my tracking info states that I'll have it tomorrow. Don't order from berries.com.
I went on the website on sunday feb 12,2017. When I tried to place an order it said can not confirm order because they can't deliver to the address provided. So I cancelled it and went to another site. Today I found out I was charged 85 dollars for the order that I did not place and the order was delivered. So I called them to complain and was told that there's nothing they can do about it. Never ordering from them ever again.
I placed my order 8 days before Mother's Day to be delivered the day before Mother's Day for a better chance of delivery. I found out late that they wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Obviously upset, I called in and spoke to a supervisor there, Fredee, who set up a new order with me for double the berries and would only charge me the original price I paid. They got here the very next day, on Mother's Day and they looked beautiful. Biggest strawberries I've ever seen.
I know this won't be everyone's experience with this company, but the definitely seem to do everything they can to help their customers when something goes wrong.
Ordered a dz chocolate covered strawberries they arrived Friday as ordered. Opened up the packaging to present them to my mother and they were almost to room temperature. The one small ice pack was completely thought out and just barely chilled My mother enjoyed the strawberries and said that compared to one of her friends that had brought Wheres to church to share hers were much more tart embarrassed were. I also filled out online a card that included three lines and it was not included in the packaging. I also sent the same exact gift to my mother-in-law and the same exact thing was done with hers. Just a little disappointing.
Had order complete until checkout where I discovered the shipping charge for standard delivery which was illustrated as free. I did not want to go through all the rebate hassle to get free delivery. Very misleading and unnecessary. I did not finish order.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
