Terrible Service

I placed my order on February 10 to be delivered on Valentines Day. I paid an extra charge for morning delivery and an extra charge for guaranteed delivery on 2/14. By 3 pm I called and was told it could be delivered tomorrow. TOMORROW?! Are you kidding me?! Valentines Day is today. What the hell do I do with it tomorrow? I had to tell them that I no longer wanted it and to just refund my money. It still took Grace over 15 minutes to complete the transaction and I stayed on the line until my refund confirmation email was received. What a terrible way to run a business. First and last time.

I have had to call 3 times for my order and i keep getting people who barely speak english. I havent even been able to get my issue resolved because of this. It is beyond ridiculous. Delivery fees, 14.99 standard, 4.99 gaurantee delivery, and 4.99 for a hot weather fee? Haha they are a joke. Cost more than the actual gift just to ship it. What a waste

Bought them a couple yrs ago and they were great, but just got a picture of the ones I sent my Mom and they were pitiful. One berry was ok the rest were crap looking, you won't have the market covered any longer Sharie. I might give you one more chance then it's no more.

On June 6,2022, I ordered 6 strawberries from Shari's Berries. They were to be delivered by June 10,2022. On the scheduled delivery date, I received an email stating that the berries were close to the location and will be delivered by 8:00 PM on June 10,2022. After waiting all day, I received an email at 10 p.m. stating that the berries would not be delivered and would instead be sent on Monday, June 13,2022, several days later than I needed them. The fruit arrived on Monday. They were, however, destroyed. The ONE ice pack that had been placed over the berries had melted. The berries were melted and molded because the box they were in was wet. The berries arrived in this state; they were not outside but were delivered in the recipient's hands. Please do not place an order with this company! This business is a scam.

I received a box not knowing what was inside so they sat out for two days and were mushy and sour. I called the number on the card and told them and they picked the earliest day with it being the holidays to give me all new ones do they sent me more two to three days later and they told me what time they would deliver and they tasted much better and were cold and not melted. Much like other businesses they ask to see it before doing a refund. Great strawberries and would recommend

I called them to ask a question about an item for Mother's Day. Their customer service is overseas so I couldn't get a rep who spoke English clear enough to understand. She never could understand what I was trying to ask AND the price she quoted me over the phone was more than what it showed online! It was so frustrating trying to ask a simple question so I decided against ordering what I now see is an overpriced item for what little the recipient actually receives. Plus, shipping seems to be a major problem too.

DONT DO IT! The strawberries are gross! The chocolate is waxy. Go to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Sherries Berries does not have free delivery as "implied" on their website and when you are charged $15.00 by surprise customer care GIVES NO F@#KS! Go somewhere else if you really love your loved one. Go to sherris berries only as a gag or a payback.

This is the second time I've received trash. They were warm and chocolate was melted. The first time, it was a hot day so I had a little sympathy. This time it was ridiculous. It was about 60 degrees today. When I got them, the ice pack that's supposed to keep them cold, was warm. The chocolate on the strawberries were melted. The strawberries them selves seemed like they were left outside all day. I will never order from them again

I bought a groupon and they did not apply it after checkout was made. Then I called not even 10 minutes after placing the order and they would not cancel or change my order. The customer service team is very hard to understand and very rude.

Big Mistake
February 15, 2017

Ordered them for Valentines Day last year and was impressed. I had problems with getting the order to go through this year but finally got it to go through. When it came the Berries were overripe and some had rotten spots. The box also was messy.

My brother ordered 6 chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day. A $29.99 order turned into a $72 order with delivery fees! FOR 6! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! When I called to cancel, they said it wasn't possible. DO NOT give these people your business! This is a terrible, terrible business! Choose Edible Arrangements every time!

What a huge disappointment! Not delivered on time for Christmas eve. Won't get berries till 27th. Customer service was horrible! I wish I read the reviews before I spend a couple of hundred dollars on Christmas orders!

My husband order the swizzles berries and had them shipped to my place of work. Half arrived broken and they were soggie totally unappetizing. I e- mailed the company to tell them how disappointed I was but I did not even get a reply. I suggest you go to a local store where you can make your own selection for less money especially when you do not have to pay the shipping charges. Cannot understand how they stay in business

Don't order these. SO many other websites do it better. I wish i read these reviews as i ordered strawberries for my boyfriend for valentines day and paid extra for guaranteed delivery on feb 14th. They didn't end up coming until the 16th. Hopefully no one makes the same mistake I did by buying these.

Shari's Berries is a terrible business. I ordered today from their website for Valentine's Day. I couldn't see the total charge until AFTER processing finished, at which time I discovered they had charged me $48 dollars (no mistake, 48 DOLLARS) for shipping, for just 12 berries!

And they didn't give me the 20% discount that was promised "during checkout". When I called them about it they tried to tell "we can't change the order, since it's been processed". What? I ordered just 10 minutes ago! TERRIBLE customer support, and deceptive website practices, hiding the total charge until after you complete the order. Don't order from this place.

Went online to order strawberries for mother's day and went through the process thinking I would be charged the price plus basic delivery. When I checked out I didn't see the final price until they changed my credit card. To my surprise and amazement $60 for 6 berries. I'm immediately tried to cancel and went through hell. Wasn't until my credit card company got involved that I was credited back. This is the last time I will use this company for anything. You could do more with you money. Bait and switch.

They split up my order when I paid for Valentine's Day shipping for both items. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a dozen red roses. They had the audacity to ship the flowers the very next day (the 9th), instead of shipping them with the strawberries on Valentine's. Totally ruined the surprise, and I had to ask if she got the strawberries too, so now she knows she was supposed to get them! Absolutely ruined my Valentine's Day surprise, and I'm crushed. I was just trying to be romantic this year and now it's all gone sideways.

Terrible delivery
March 18, 2021

I ordered these delicious looking berries for my 7 year old granddaughter. By 1:00 they had not been delivered. After contacting customer service I was informed delivery is 8am -8pm. If you need them delivered for an occasion they should be delivered during business hours. I do t recommend using them. Call a local business

The berries are expensive, come with crazy shipping costs (ie $10 for regular shipping +$20 for "rush" 5 day shipping +$6 rural surcharge), then you get all the way to the end and go to place order (mind you they still say in stock) and it says its undeliverable! Go back, try again, fill out the same info AGAIN with different produces and says same thing, even though it's clearly listed in stock. Call customer service trying to figure out what's in stock, english is clearly not a first language, and after 1.5 hours total is told I can't order anything at all because of the address, even though I told him the address in the beginning and the issues I had! Total waste of time

I used (2) $20.00 Groupons provided by a friend to place an order for these obscenely expensive strawberries. Both coupons were applied to my order, until AFTER I clicked the Pay button to make up the difference on my credit card. Then, one of the $20 credits was removed from the paid bill. Shari's charged my card for BOTH the $20 AND the extra balance, twice. Both Goupons were voided in the process. Two calls to the support number for Shari's brought basically a "Sorry, we can't do anything..." So basically, this "gift" from my friend cost $65 for 6 strawberries. A call to the Groupon support number was not of any help either. I would!** STRONGLY **! Suggest you avoid dealing with Shari's Berries and Groupon, unless you like being fleeced. Oh, the berries --- they were all right, if you like paying over $10 per strawberry. I would give these people a minus 10 if that was an option.
