Not on time.

Ordered plenty of days in advance for Valentines and paid for a Valentines day delivery. Got a notice from them on the Valentines day evening that delivery would be the next day. Does me no good with my honey. Only a $10 refund. Buyer beware. Will never be ordering from them again.

Stay away rip-off

Charge abundantly for delivery! More than the cost of the item. Would never use them again. My order was for $30 and was charged $31.95 for delivery. Beware Delivery charges were revealed after confirmation of order. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately.

Scam
May 10, 2017

This website takes your credit card info & then it changes the fees that you requested. I agreed to 19.99 +tax but after I put in my credit card info the total changed to 52.99.

I think this is a scam. Be careful about putting your credit card on their site.

As a long time user of the company I have never been more upset and disgusted. How can you order from a company for a special occasion and not receive the order on the day of the occasion? How can this company sleep at night knowing what they are doing to people. Absolutely never again and it will be my sole mission in life to tell as many people as possible about this.

An arm and a leg.

WAY overpriced! Shipping ALONE was $30 per order (I had 2 orders) to ship on Mother's Day. That's more than the product itself costs. Where do they get the nerve to charge that much?! I had to change it to ship to my mom on a random weekday instead of Mother's Day to reduce the shipping costs, but it was still $15 per order.
The merchandise was OK, but I will NEVER order from them again. Honestly, just go get some chocolate covered strawberries at your local grocery store. I kicked myself because I saw some the same weekend at the store for literally half the price and no shipping costs, and they looked BETTER! Give me back my arm and my leg!

Out-fing-rageous

$54 for 6 strawberries?! I bought a $30 Groupon for $15 thinking surely $30 would be enough to cover 6 strawberries. Had to come out of pocket an additional $24 so Im paying $39 for 6 strawberries and thats at a discounted rate?! Never again

I placed an order for a party and paid for next day shipping and only half of the order arrived. I logged into the site which stated the other portion would arrive 1 week later. I contacted customer service to cancel the delayed order. I was advised that bc it was a "future" order, it could not be canceled and it's not eligible for a refund. After being denied being able to speak to anyone else, I elected to have someone call me - no one did. No help, no refund and no more of my business.

Don't bother with these

I remember years back when I used to love receiving these strawberries for special occasions, they were huge and fresh and the chocolate was high quality. Fast forward to now, and out of the six berries I received, 1/6 was the "big" size I remember and 6/6 were mushy and overripe. Was truly floored at the audacity of charging five dollars per strawberry when they're the size of a pinball. Opening the box, I immediately knew they were bad, they were already leaking juices all over the container underneath. Never again, Shari, never again.

Terrible service, terrible customer service! Ordered a dozen strawberries for a friends birthday, was not delivered at all, had already paid for them of course and called customer service the next day and was put on the phone with someone that did not speak fluent English and the phone kept cutting off over and over during our conversation! Had to get the order delivered at a different date. They really need to get Americans that speak fluent English and telephone service that does not keep cutting you off. This was a horrible experience!

Never delivered. I tried calling and was told that there was a 4-6 hour wait. I tried e-mailing and no one replied for a week. Mother's Day gift ruined. This company is one of the worst I have ever had the unpleasant experience of encountering!

Waste of money

Ordered a dozen strawberries, brownie pops, and cake truffles, all of which were terrible. The berries weren't ripe and were covered in plastic tasting chocolate, the brownie pops were straight up terrible, it doesn't really deserve to be called a brownie if it's just a solid ball of sweet that doesn't actually taste anything like chocolate, the cake truffles were also bad, they were cheap tasting. I spent over $100 and I could have made all of it better myself... and I suck at baking. Don't bother getting these, they really are a waste of money.

My son had Shari's Berries chocolate covered strawberries delivered to me for Mother's Day and to his father for his birthday. Each package was warm when we opened the shipping box and the berries looked terrible. They were soft and the chocolate had mostly come off and was scattered around the boxes. I would not recommend Shari's Berries.

Outrageously expensive

Prices tht reach nearly scalping levels. Do not order from this business, they will rip you off with low quality berries, absolutely not worth the cost in any way. Please do your spouse a favor and buy them literally anything else.

Complete Disapointment F-

Ordered on the 2/11/2019 a dozen roses and 12 strawberries to be delivered on 2/14/19 before 4:00pm. For my daughter whom manages a luxury store in a large shopping mall. I received two emails advising " you have made someone's day, your order was delivered today 2/14/2019". I had not heard from my daughter and decided to ask her... they NEVER WERE DELIVERED! I was embarrassed, disheartened and livid to say the least. Got on the phone with an FTD call center located in another country ( I am in the US) and they kept advsing " there was an error in their system that advised me of the arrival". Needless to say, this is far from acceptable. After reading what people actually received, I may be better off that my daughter did not receive what others describe! Horrible "service"... spread the word. I can think of other words that begin with "s" to name this berry company!

So i paid way too much for some valentines gifts for the GF, but hey, it's valentines so she's worth it right? Start to order, gauranteed Feb 14 delivery, add another $9.95, check, delivery free, yada, yada, over $100 for something that will last no more than a week but at least I come out smelling like roses. I check the order today, the day it's supposed to be delivered just to see the status and guess what? Hasn't even been shipped yet. After over 1.5 hours on hold, getting disconnected, told to call back later and hung up on (lovely off shore resources) I finally reach someone where they tell me that they won't get it there today, can't tell me why this happened and offered a full refund. Gee, thanks, tomorrow is valentine's day... Thanks Shari's Berries/Pro Flowers, I think I am done using you guys ever again.

Sounds like what you send to someone you don't like! My experience wasn't so bad, no ants, no rotting fruit... but after paying almost $200 with the two delivery charges (too hard to put a mini cheesecake into one larger package, I guess) the main item was messed up. Groom received pink dipped strawberries with sprinkles, not the tuxedo dark & white chocolate treatment. Also were sour, not normal tartness some berries naturally have. Left over from Mother's Day special, I presume? Emails were met with silence, no apology and certainly no refund. No more for me, and affiliated companies are off my list too.

Don't waste your money

Ordered for my wife for valentine's day. What a complete waste of $55. Very low quality berries, nothing like the website pictured. Top 3rd of the strawberry was white, flavorless, and mushy. Not eye appealing in anyway whatsoever. No green leaves, but completely covered in mediocre chocolate to mask the crap they called a gourmet strawberry. And don't even try calling customer service unless you want to talk to some guy named "Frank" from India.

Berries were NOT as described. No red berry or greenery showing. Very none disciped. Will make trip to mall and have delivered at same price or less. Did NOT let $60.00 stawberry order ruin our Valentine Day. We went to "White Castle"

I spend 55 dollars on some starwberries for my girlfriends birthday. Very disappointed when the came in. Berries were small. Nothing like the website saids. Will not waste any more money on these. And do not recommend to anyone.
