Horrific

If I could give ZERO stars- I would. My boyfriend ordered strawberries and paid extra for them to be specifically on Valentine's Day- they came on Wednesday with no ice pack, half covered with chocolate, some melted, not a lot of sprinkles on them, extremely wet, and others flipped. I called up immediately and the representative was nice and had another box sent. When I called my boyfriend to thank him for the delivery, he was so pissed they were delivered before Valentine's Day since he paid extra. He then called and at that point he was told he would be refunded that fee. On Friday we have another box delivered and they were worse then the dozen sent on Wednesday- again no ice pack, almost all were flipped and melted, the strawberries were so old and rotten 10 went in the garbage. I called up again to express my concern and the woman again was extremely nice and sent out BOX number 3 which was received today- the presentation was wonderful and there was an ice pack inside but the strawberries are all rotten. I am now on the phone and there is no note on the account for a refund. Awful experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered Feb 12,2019 for delivery Feb. 14. Paid $9.99 EXTRA for delivery before noon Valentines Day (a total of $24 just for delivery). Arrived at 6:29 PM. The twelve small berries were OK, a dozen roses were small but OK. But NOT worth $83.00. Never again, Shari.

Horrible

I'm so disappointed. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with the delivery date on valentine's Day. The chocolate covered strawberries came in a day late. I was very upset not having them for my husband on Valentine's Day. I called the company numerous times that day. There was either a busy signal or the agent would hang up on me. I sent an email. I finally spoke to somebody the following day and they reimbursed me. They responded to my email by saying that the reimbursement was a resolution. Really! I did not receive my order on time and it put a damper on our Valentine's Day. I no longer trust this company to deliver their products on time. Think twice about ordering from them

Awful

Don't order these. SO many other websites do it better. I wish i read these reviews as i ordered strawberries for my boyfriend for valentines day and paid extra for guaranteed delivery on feb 14th. They didn't end up coming until the 16th. Hopefully no one makes the same mistake I did by buying these.

They claim to pack their stuff with ice packs, that is a lie. Everything came melted. Don't go by the pictures either, because things are twice as small

I was a little upset who forgets Valentine's Day right?! It's on February 14th every year. So I'm like ok maybe he forgot. Nope ordered these berries in head of time and they still came late. The berries don't look like the pictures. Berries all different sizes. They just don't look professional at all. Me and my niece make better ones! Thanks babe for the thought, but please don't waste your money. Happy Not Belated Valentine's.

HORRIBLE

I placed an order on 2/12/19 for my granddaughter who is away at college to brighten her Valentine's Day as she is homesick. I was charged a $24.98 GUARANTEED delivery fee for Valentine's Day on top of the $29.00 charge. She did not receive it. I called on 2/15/19 to file a complaint. The delivery charge was reversed and I was assured she would receive the delivery on 02/15/19, AFTER the holiday. She did not receive it. I called 2/16/19 to complain. They "assured" me it would be delivered on 2/18/19, President's Day, when the college office is closed. At this point the berries will be rotten. They said they could send a "replacement" delivery for 2/19/19. I asked that ALL charges be reversed; they refused. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible in every way

Y'all. Do not buy from this company. I ordered in January for Valentine's Day. I didn't receive my 2-14 delivery until 2-16. I spent hours on the phone with their horrible customer service being switched back and forth to very little English speaking representatives. When my package arrived, it was the wrong order. Therefore, customer service is horrible, shipping is horrible, their pickers are horrible, I don't know about the product because they sent me dark chocolate and we only eat white chocolate. Going in the trash. I have many pics of proof!

Paid for guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day. Casually delivered them next day when I called they explained "were busy" and then when my wife got the strawberries they were old and inedible. So if you want to pay $50 for late, old strawberries covered in chocolate these people are awesome

Don't waste money

I received strawberries and roses from Sherry berries. The roses was welted and some of them died the next day. I sent a email to them and have not heard back.

Like everyone else on here, I am pissed at these guys. Not only did I not get exactly what I had ordered for my gf, but they did not arrive on February 14. I understand that Valentines day is a very busy day, but when I'm paying twice in shipping what I paid for for twelve chocolate strawberries, I expect them to be delivered on time. Especially when I paid an extra $10 for a "guaranteed arrival on February 14".
But wait. It gets better! When I called customer service several times to get answers, not only did no one answer once, but I got disconnected each time. Clearly their customer service SUCKS!
But wait. There's more! I paid $30 for for "gourmet dipped strawberries", meaning dipped into chocolate then into mini chips, but their just regularly dipped. I know that may be super picky, but $30 bucks for a dozen berries, they had better get the order right, and they failed at that too.
So to sum it up, I'd love to order chocolate strawberries for my gf again, but I sure as hell am never ordering from these pricks again.
THEY SUCK!

Terrible product

My husband bought me a Valentine gift of Shari's Berries. What a colossal rip off. The berries were very small, had no flavor, and runny. Not even a pretty red. The arrangement in the box was not attractive at all. They used to be a great gift. The shipping charges were exorbitant. They were nothing like the advertisement. What a disappointment.

Maybe I'm just ignorant of delivery charges in general or spoiled by Amazon free delivery, but I will say this: I paid extra to have 6 strawberries and a dozen roses delivered before noon on Valentine's Day. I used a discount code, and so my total came to $39.98. Okay, cool. I knew I'd pay extra for delivery before noon, but triple charge me for delivery? Three separate delivery charges? Really? I didn't realize that until after I got my email receipt.

I was charged the following:

One separate charge for "Standard Delivery" $14.99
Plus...
Another separate charge for "Morning Delivery": $14.99
Plus...
Another separate charge for "Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery": $9.99

That's $39.97 for Delivery. That's almost exactly the same price as the thing being delivered.

Had I realized I'd end up paying $40 for delivery of a $40 product, I'd most definitely not done this. Will not be purchasing this any more.

Maybe there should be a normal delivery rate? Say, one delivery fee and not 3 separate ones?

Delivery' charge rip off.

Besides the standard delivery charge plus a weekend charge, a rural area charge, they charged me for delivery of 3 SEPERATE items to the same address. Called to ask why, could not understand the woman on the phone. It was a mess. I will NEVER order from them again!

This is the last year we will buy these berries. For several years my husband bought me Sherri's berries for Valentine's. I loved them. They arrived on time and were delicious. Not for the last two years. They arrive a day late and are bitter and runny. ProFlowers bought this company and ruined it. These berries are the same horrible quality as their dead flowers. Do not waste your hard earned money on them.

Wanted to send a nice Valentine's day gift for my mom and paid the extra price for it to be delivered on Valentine's day kept getting an email that it was on its way and she waited all day. They came a day late.
I should have sent a nice card and the $60 dollars. I won't get anything from them again

My husband bought me this beautiful bouquet of roses and 6 berries for valentines day, the only problem was Sharies Berries messed everything up. They delivered the roses without the berries and they delivered it on the 15th not valentines day and my husband paid 43.00 too have it delivered on valentines day. Ladies let your husbands know NOT to order from these idiots.
