I'm embarrassed I sent Shari's Berries to my fiancée for Valentines Day. I ordered six gourmet chocolate covered strawberries and 9 cheesecake bites. He received the berries but no cheesecake. The items were received cold, but missing half the gift. The white chocolate covered strawberries were about half the size of the milk chocolate berries; what an awkward presentation! Customer Service offered me a replacement of which I declined being the holiday is over now. They say they'll issue me a refund so I expect I should get one in the next day or so. I wouldn't order from them again, but as long as I receive the refund, I'll call it a lesson learned.

Absolutely delicious!

I wish I had thought to take a picture before I devoured these delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries. I received for my birthday and I enjoyed them immensely! They were packed very well, including an ice pack to keep them perfect. I hope I'll receive these again and again! Thank you for an absolute, delicious treat!

Placed an order for truffles and strawberries on the Tuesday before Mother's Day. Paid the exorbitant shipping for delivery Saturday before Mother's Day. They shipped in two separate orders. The strawberries never arrived. They gave me a refund for the strawberries, but that doesn't fix the very disappointing experience. I will never order from them or recommend.

My husband ordered me strawberries and they arrived all melted and hot not even edible and they charged him $5 dollars extra for the card and half the message was missing. DON''T EVER order from them! Oh and when we called to get a reund we were on hold for over 30 minutes!

I ordered on time got confirmation email, paid extra for shipping to get it ahead of time and didn't receive anything. Called customer service and for my surprise they didn't speak English or Spanish. I tried to get information but got hang up. Finally someone pick up a phone that spoke a little understandable English and gave me tracking number. Waived my shipping and guaranteed that I would received it on the 14 in the morning. It was 1:00pm and my wife still didn't received anything. So I finally got to call to request the full refund. A complete waste of time and money. Worst customer service ever they should try to sell their products where they have the customer service!

Misled

I keep hearing their advertisement on the radio for $19.99 add 5 dollars and double your barriers. I decided to order these for my Mother for mothers day 2015 but what they do not tell you is that when get to checkout they add $14.99 shipping and handling plus the shipping rate. So my barriers that I thought I was getting for $19.99 plus the $5 dollars to double my barriers for a total of $24.99 final check out $24.99 plus $4.99 shipping $14.99 shipping and handling total $44.97. Did not place order and never will.

I order from Shari's Berries in plenty of time for the order to get there before Mother's Day. I also paid the extra to guarantee delivery and still not delivery. So now my mother may get her Mother's Day gift late if ever.

I ordered some berrys that cost 19.95 after I placed the order it cost me $48. I cancelled my order with in 5 mins. Talked to 3 people that said I would get a email with the cancellation. Number its been 3 day no email and I still have not received my money back. Plus now no mothers gift for my mother. Ever again

The worst experience

I found online this company and I though it was a good idea to send a gift to my friends. The cost are a little higher and the shipping prices are ridiculous, even though I took the risk… for one order, the box was just dropped in front of the porch, as it was good you can imagen what happened. The other order has been late two days, I am no sure if the gift will arrive. I'll

Terrible in every way!

I have ordered these berries on & off for years. This time for valentines gift, ordered early to be sure they'd arrive on time. They day they were supposed to arrive has passed! I called, they told me will def be there next day, still didn't arrive to person I sent to. So disgusted, I will never order from this circus of a company again, ever! Also, the photo the advertise says a low price & once you tap on photo, the price way high to get the amount shown in photo. By the time the tax & delivery added, it's a small fortune w/terrible delivery service. Teleflora is connected to Sheri's Berries! Avoid ordering these berries & save yourself a headache & money! Zero stars!

Sharis berries ruined Valentines Day. People and company are garbage. Took my money and never saw anything on valentines day. Everyone at the office got gifts but my wife! Shari's Disaster

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Paid extra for Sunday delivery and product never showed up. First customer service rep was clearly in a foreign country and said to ignore the tracking and that the product would be delivered on time. That was 5 hours ago. New rep apologized and stated the delivery would be on Monday. They refunded the standard and "guaranteed" Sunday delivery fees. Never again, Shari!

Ordered for Thanksgiving treat but they never delivered the strawberries and "turkey" pops. No reason given but Tracking said rescheduled for Friday after Thanksgiving. When they arrived today, they had sat somewhere for atleast two days in 90 degree Phoenix heat and they were smelly, soggy and totally inedible. Will never use them again.

Thought it would save me time in the kitchen by ordering Thanksgiving dessert. I placed the order on Nov. 4,2011 and the morning of Nov. 22,2011 (the date I selected) one box arrived which was half of my order. Later that night, the other box arrived and I was horrified! Opened the box and a large number of bugs crawled out... I immediately threw the dessert away. I will NEVER order from this site again!

So I purchased a Groupon for $30 which was to be used on their website towards a purchase. So I go onto the website and try to buy a dozen strawberries for $30 and code does not work. Turns out that I have to go to a special page where they sell 6 strawberries for $30. So essentially, I had to pay $10 more for the dozen. Throw on $15 shipping fee and I am now $40 in for a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. Totally deceptive and would never use this company again.

If we could give zero stars we would. Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for my partner in KY, I live in OH. The morning of the delivery I got a call from FedEx saying there was no such address. I double checked and they had my gf's street address and my city and state. So I called Shari's Berries so called customer service 3 times and couldn't get any straight answers or a refund. Im having to go through my bank to get my money back. Everyone in customer service was over seas and difficult to understand and hard to get them to understand. I would be placed on hold for long periods of time then they would come back and say'someone is working on your account' they will call you back. That never happened. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Its a rip off.

I ordered a dozen mothers day strawberries and although I payed an arm and a leg, they arrived on time and in perfect condition. They were large and fully covered in delicious chocolate. I live in Pennsylvania and it was also caught in the rain in 52 degree weather. Still they were excellent and made my girls day. Id say it was worth it.
