If I could give a zero instead of a one star, I would.
I placed an order on November 19th. They charged my credit card on 11/23. See tracking information below as to when it "supposedly" shipped.

The information above was literally the last update on their website as far as tracking goes. I requested to know where my shipment was toward the end of December as my package still had not arrived. They told me, "that your parcel's tracking is in a state of stagnation from the shipping company. Please contact with the USPS to get your parcel as soon as possible. "
When I contacted UPS, they said Bellelily didn't even provide them with all of the accurate information See information:

Bellelilly's response was: As the logistics info of the parcel has not been updated for a long time, we have already reported your situation to the relevant colleagues to check your parcel and are waiting for their reply."
3 weeks went by and I never heard anything from this company, so I reached back out again and they ignored my email and didn't answer.
I sent another email within a few days and they replied, "We guess the parcel was lost during the transit by shipping company." Meanwhile UPS is stating that Bellelily never provided them the above information.
They offered to resend me the package that I have been waiting 2 months for AND they already took my money.
I asked if they could resend it and refund me with all of this hassle.
They said they could resend it, BUT they were keeping my money.
So, now I am in the process of trying to get my money back that they took WITHOUT ever giving me the package.
DO NOT trust this company.

Order a pair of Small trouser and XL sent, they won't refund me despite saying it is was their warehouses fault. Keep offering me a discount and I say no and they ignore that. Do not buy from them as scammers in my view and totally untrustworthy.
I ordered 4 tshirts and 2 dresses. Most of them are glad. Only 1 tshirts I wanted to return, but it is too much work.
My daughter purchased over $120 in clothing from Bellelily. Not a single item fits. She ordered all smalls and they are more like mediums (to large). Also, none of the colors look the same as in the pictures of the models wearing the items. Total disappointment for someone that works really hard for their money and totally wasted $120. She will never, ever purchase anything from this company again. She doesn't know how to return any of it or get her money back. Please do not purchase clothing from Bellelily, you will not get what you think you are purchasing.
My wife ordered almost $300 worth of new clothes for herself and once she opened up the box everything was different sizes. She ordered all smalls and received all large and XL items that were extremely massive on her. When she emailed and asked to send them back or get a return they told her no it would cost us more money and told her to give the items to friends or sell them. Once emailing again they started saying they needed her breasts size and panty size and needed photos of her breasts and panties in order to make sure they sent the wrong size. After going back and forth for a month they have no offered to give 30 refund only and still refusing to take the items back and give a full refund. Worst company we have ever dealt with and even PayPal is having issues getting a refund.
I love the clothes i got as usual. But during this purchase I have come across some issues that is not caused by Bellelily. I asked them for help, but they are not able to help.
If I could give 0 stars to Belle Lily, I would. I purchased ornaments and received clothing instead. The clothing was very cheap in quality and looked like it would fit a doll. I informed Belle Lily Customer service of the error and they, over the course of 1 month of e-mailing back and forth every day,
1) offered for me to keep the clothing I didn't order as as substitute for my order - I didn't want the clothing, nor would it fit. I wanted ornaments.
2) offered to refund me 20% and then 30%. I said paying 70% for an order that never arrived was not acceptable.
3) asked for pictures of the items. I sent pictures. They asked for pics again in another e-mail (delay)
4) asked me to ship the items I didn't want back. I asked them to send me a shipping label. Nope.
5) they then told me just to keep the items and pick out something else from their catalogue. I wanted ornaments and nothing else because I saw the quality of their items in error they sent.
6) I had been asking for a 100% refund all the while during these exchanges.
7) They offered to send me my original order. I said yes, even though Xmas had passed. I gave them seven days to get the order to me.
8) Then the e-mails just repeated with them saying the same things without ever offering a 100% refund for the order I never received. Round and round they went with the various "solutions" to their error. Just awful. Never making the issue right.
I did put a dispute into my C. Card Company and Pay Pal.
**My advise is DO NOT purchase anything from Belle Lily. The quality is very low and the customer service if you have an issue is dreadful. I wish I had seen people's reviews before making the purchase. I did not realize the company was located in China prior to making the purchase. Beware! Research unknown companies before you place an order. If the pricing seems too good to be true... it's too good to be true. This company is awful!
Updated. I emailed Bellelily, and they apologized and offer some great replacement. Happy with that.
Easy app to shop through. I have purchased 2 bathing suits and 2 tshirts. The bathing suits arrived in 1 week, but the tshirts took over 1 months!
I've bought from them before, mostly the silly tshirts and thanks and the price and quality were suprisingly decent. I clearly made the mistake of attempting to buy more 'fashion' centric items. The quality was poor and didn't match the website, and the sizing was bizarre. I ordered two items that were the same size but one was clearly double the size. They will only give me a refund, after a month of refusing coupons or the top offer of 35% if I ship the items, with tracking, to China which would be double the cost of the items. So when their website says 'returns are welcome' they mean returns are so laughably difficult you'll never be able to do it. I'll never do business again and am so put off I'll be posting my experience everywhere I can.
After seeing several adverstisements for Bellelily fleece leggings online, I decided to purchase a pair. As recommended on the site, I took measurements of my legs and waist, and ordered a size M.
However, when the order arrived, I was very disappointed to see that the legging was much too big for me.
I then contacted their customer service department, who suggested that I purchase a second pair at a discounted price, instead of being reimbursed or sent the correct size. I've never received a response like that, and this is the last time that I'll shop with them.
This company has the most dishonest return policy of any e-taiIor I have ever purchased from. The shipping charged on my original purchase was less than $6.00. I was very unhappy with the quality of the items purchased so I requested a return address. They repeatedly refused to honor their return policy if I returned the items to the original point from which they were delivered to me, and repeatedly offered small incentives to purchase other products at discounted prices. Eventually they sent me a return address and it turned out to be the manufacturer's China address. They will only honor the refund policy if I pay more to return the items then the original cost of the items. Do not use this company. The products can be found elsewhere at competitive prices.
Zero stars! Do not buy from this Bellelily Scammer! I order two items, when they arrived. They did not fit. You have to email the company prior to returning your items. Once I email them with all my order info, they responded by needing my body measurement and picture of the items that I bought. I emailed them picture, but refuse to give them my body measurements. They responded again stating that I am responsible for the cost to return them and it was a international return. They said for me to just give them to someone else and they would send me a generous discount code. Well, I never received the discount code. Their reason was because they did not have an email address to send it to. Really! The same email address they use to tell me I could not return them and to give the items to a friend. Never in my day have I have just a turbulent return issue. I will not be buying from this fake company again and do not recommend them either!

Don't buy from this Company. It ships straight from China. I bought 2 items as gifts. They did not fit. When I contacted customer service to exchange the items, their response was that it would cost too much to return the items and they would offer me 10% refund. This doesn't even cover the Tax of the items. I refused that offer and they countered with 15% - still not good enough. I offered to pay for the shipping of new item and donate the items that were too small they said how about 20% refund. This company is a joke save your money.
You must pay the shipping cost for returns to CHINA! I purchased a pair of fleece lined tights as a Christmas present, then they made me submit photos of the item, then they told me, 'you should give the item to a friend. The shipping cost is very high and it will take us a long time to process your refund'. In other words, tough luck buddy. They pretend to have a return policy that makes sense, but the reality is that the shipping to China is more than the value of most items you will purchase here. USPS cheapest way is $35, UPS, and FEDEX even more. They don't have a state side consolidator to lump their returns and lower your cost. GOOD LUCK - I hope it fits.
