Wow, I'm seeing so many reviews with very similar experiences as I have. I usually look into company reviews before I ordered, but this scam company hides it well. With their price point, they should really focus more on customer relation skills. If you want to be high end and have any chance at long term success, you would work on this. They are fraudulent and shady and I will make sure every single person I know avoids this company like the plague.

The clothes on here are way overpriced garbage.
Poorly made, poor fit even after following their size guide.
Nor upfront about giving only store credit. Poor customer service. Why would I want store credit to purchase more junk that I wouldn't wear to clean my house in.
One dress 110.00 looks like it was made by a 10 yr old. The "flowers" are sticky material...looks like a grade school art project

I ordered 2 dresses. Both didn't fit according to their size guide, and one was thinner than a nightgown. The paper sent with my order stated I had 10 days to return the items. I went online for my return with and what came up was "due to the nature of our business we do not offer returns or exchanges" I am out $135.00 and was so mad I threw the dresses out.

Save your money and headache. If you are outside of their return date, no exchanges or store credit. If don't respond to them within 5 days, they will restock your items and just take your money. Plus all sales are final and will result in a store credit. The quality of clothes are poor and high priced. The clothes are polyester and made in China. Their sizes run small. This business is not ready for online business. They should stick to brick and mortar.

Do NOT order from this boutique! Waited WEEKS for my order... yes, WEEKS... and still NO order! Even got an email telling me the order was delivered, which was a complete and total LIE! STILL waiting and had to scramble to find a new outfit to wear the day of. After sending 4 emails, I finally got a response. The customer service rep was absolutely NO help. Save your money and heartache, buy from a more reputable boutique! Bella Ella is train wreck!

I would give this company negative stars if I could. This is a scam, feeding on parents who want to support their kids in perusing a modeling career. Even though the kids participation was free, the tickets for parents are $60.
The kids are left in a separate room for roughly 4 hours, away from parents, were constantly yelled at, no eating, no bathroom breaks, no practicing, and no hair styling or makeup done. This experience is so traumatic for a child it can prevent them from perusing a modeling career.

Not happy with this company. Way to overpriced for cheaply made clothes. You also do not get your money back, only a store credit. There isn't free returns either. You have to pay $7 to return. What a waste of $90.

Seller sells grossly mis-sized items and requires purchaser to pay for return shipping. You will only receive a store credit to use toward their items. They also dont publish negative reviews, leaving a skewed rating on all items.

Stumbled upon this site on facebook and found a couple things I loved so I placed an order. My order came in just a couple days and had a hand written note from the owner. Nice little touch. The cardigan I ordered is exactly what I expected. I haven't ordered from them again yet but they have been added to my list of favorites!

The shirt I received looks terrible, the quality is horrible. The front of the shirt where the horizontal lines meet the vertical lines is sewn crooked. Bad enough where you wouldn't even want to wear it... see below.
Naturally, I want a replacement or refund. When I contacted customer service with the pictures attached, on two different occasions the response was, "Unfortunately variations in sewing pattern do not constitute as damages or defects, and we would be unable to replace this." The shirt I received is beyond a "variation in sewing pattern", it is a clear defect.
After a phone call to customer service, the rep., Trevor, agreed with me that the shirt looks terrible, but then in the same sentence stated, "there's not much I can do for you." He advanced the issue to someone "above him", but the response was: "Unfortunately the policy exception request was denied." So I issued a return only to find out that the only option is to get store credit and, after calling, they refused to issue me a refund, only store credit.
So, if you want to purchase from a company who not only sells products of poor quality, admits that the product is poor quality and that they "can't do anything" to reconcile the issue with their poor quality products, go ahead and click "add to cart" and purchase something from Bella Ella Boutique.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They sent me items with stitching falling apart and sewn like a pile of spaghetti on each cuff. I sent photos and "Trevor" stated "I don't see anything, it's clearance so you can't return it. I want to remind you our return policy is clearly stated on our site." Soooo... you sent a defective item and it is MY fault? A quick BBB search shows they have ONLY 'F' RATINGS as well! DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY SEND JUNK OR WRONG ITEMS THEN LIE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX THEIR ERROR.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and every review site I could find. I would suggest you do not do business with them. I ordered a dress tried to cancel the order immediately was told they do not accept cancellations. I returned the dress per their instructions and was told it wasn't eligible for a return because it was damaged. I never even opened the package. They refused to return my product without me paying a fee and they refused to refund my money or give a store credit. This company has many complaints about their fraudulent business practices. BUYER BEWARE

I bought a jacket that was on sale for $60 the jacket tan very small. When I tried to return they said all sales are final and there was nothing I can do. Horrible customer service.

Deceptive practices, you sell products without size charts, you don't allow refunds to the original payment and ONLY store credit, you make customers pay for returns, your clothing is so small that my very average body would have to order probably a XXXL as the large didn't even fit over my ribs, and WORST OF ALL... you are not showing bad reviews on your website. You only display the good reviews. I only took a chance and purchased from you because of said good reviews and now that I see your deceptive practices, I am very disappointed. Why would anyone ever order from you? You give zero reason for repeat customers because you are deceptive and make the process difficult every step of the way. I may have wasted $90 on that dress but I'll make sure no one else gets scammed. It will now be my mission.

Do not order from this company! I have filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau in order to request a refund for an order they still haven't even shipped! They have super cute clothes, yes. I ordered a dress for an upcoming event. I ordered the dress more than 15 days before the event AND paid for 2-3 day shipping. Six days later I see an email from them asking me to confirm my address (same address on my driver's license and that I use for everything else I order). On the day of purchase, I had to confirm my shipping address four times. And, in total I recieved 6 emails about that one purchase on that same day. They sent an email I missed asking for a fifth confirmation of my address and because I didn't respond, they couldn't ship it. But, they can't cancel the order, it still has to be shipped for some insane reason. Turns out, there's no problem with the address (surprise, surprise). But, at this point they can't ship the dress in time. In fact, it will arrive while I'm out of town at the event I originally purchased it for. So it might even get stolen off the porch while I'm gone. Cool. Cool.

If you try to call it's extremely difficult to get a hold of someone. The people who answer the phones aren't helpful and not polite. They also lie! Seriously awful experience and very disappointed because of the cute clothes!

Shady business practices. Currently in dispute with paypal & filed complaint with BBB. I had placed an order for an item, but after seeing all the negative reviews and seeing that they do not allow refunds once an order has shipped (only store credit), I contacted the shop to cancel my order. The shop refuses to refund me even though my order has never shipped. Untrustworthy in every sense not to allow refunds especially since an item hasn't even been shipped and is sitting at their shop. Greedy and will take your money. Run the other way! Plenty of other good, honest local businesses to support. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a dress online that was given the color sage green. I opened the dress and not only was it olive but THE TAG ON THE ACTUAL DRESS SAID OLIVE. They not only wouldn't give me a refund... credit only, they actually said the description wasn't wrong and the used a different color name online to increase traffic because the other name was more searched.

NEVER EVER. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They claim that they offer refunds. The products AREN'T as advertised. Super cheap CRAP that looks nothing like as modeled. And then they steal your money and refuse to refund.
