I ordered a dress on 3/8/2018 and received it in the mail on 3/24/18. The dress was just as it was described and I no longer feel like I got scammed. Just be ready to wait for your order for a couple of weeks with only one e-mail about shipping!

So when I came across this page on Instagram my first reaction was wow! These clothes are so affordable... I ordered three bathing suits and waited about 2 months and nothing came in, they did not send my package. I contacted their headcourters and heard no response from them. I also tried commenting on their Instagram page, warning people not to order from this company but they just ended up blocking me from their page. Save your time and money and shop somewhere more reliable

I don't know how that customer had that experience!

I just received my bikini set today which I ordered in small and it had taken two weeks to arrive. It came within the expected timeframe and the item was as described. The company had reached out to me separately via email and informed me of its whereabouts too by providing up to date tracking information.

Plus, they even sent me a unique discount code since this was my third order. I will be coming back again for sure!

I ordered my item on 24th May and unfortunately it had taken a little longer to arrive within the expected timeframe of 7-12 business days, but to compensate for this the store reached out to me via email and gave me 50% store credit as well as an additional discount code of 15% off for my next purchase as a result of the inconvenience caused. Apart from the shipping time taking a bit longer than expected, it was an overall good experience!

I ordered a swim suit and a jumpsuit from Behindhemlines a while ago. The shipping to Europe was a month and the shipping track was bad as well!
The qualitiy of the items felt really cheap and uncomfortable - especially on the jumpsuit.
The swim suit was too short and the weird hygiene sticker wouldn't come off at first and then it left weird marks on the swim suit. Also, not really wearable for swimming, as it won't let you move your arms!

Would definitely not recommend for that high price!

I wanted to buy Fiona's Two-Piece Swimsuit in two different colours on their site as they had a two for one offer on last week, but unfortunately, I ran out of time to buy it in. So, I emailed into customer service asking if I could still use the discount code and have it applied to my purchase and they successfully gave it to me.

I can't wait to receive it as I need my items for the 28th July and I will be shopping here again in the near future if all goes well and it arrives by that date!

I placed an order for several items with this company the beginning of April this year and to date only received one of the items. I have spent months trying to get customer service to help resolve this issue with zero success. This company keeps telling me the same thing, to contact USPS about my package, which I did. The package was sent back to the company. At this point the right thing to do would be to either resend the shipment, refund or provide store credit. I have emailed and Facebook messaged the company several times. Nothing meaningful ever happens. And if this happens to you dont think you can dispute the charge with your credit card company because Behind Hemlines will state that the item is held up at customs... which gets them off the hook. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you buy from here youre taking a big risk. Sadly even though their clothing is cute they cannot be trusted. Order *******.
