Very generous website. They give you extraordinary cash back values! Compared with other cash back websites like ebates, couponcabin, this is by far the most rewarding website. Whenever I shop online, I would look through this website and I always get surprise.

Simple and very useful. I have been a member since October of 2016. And I use this platform every time I make a purchase. I just recently submitted a request for my first payout and everything is exactly what it should be.
Wonderful way to get paid to shop for stuff you were going to buy anyway! So easy to use and very reliable. If it says it will pay, it will pay. (Just be careful of the fine print. As long as you make sure you carefully read everything before committing to buy something, you're golden!)

I happened to log in today and saw $16 was deducted from my account because of monthly inactivity fees. I was so angry and left a 1 star review (below) I then started a chat and the rep said that happens if I don't log in for a year and before I had a chance to type more, I saw my $16 was credited. So that me feel a lot better about this site. I hope Befrugal reads this because if the point of the inactivity fee is to get people on the site more regularly, not emailing customers of the inactivity fee defeats that purpose and just alienates us.

They have been charging me inactivity fees without notifying me! I know they have my email as I get promotional emails from them. You would think they have the technology to put in a gentle reminder saying how I'm being charged $2 a month! So I lost their promised bonus AND paid them $6! Uggh!
I have befrugal and ebates and I always compare cash back before shopping. More times than not it is befrugal that has the better percentage. Also, I like that you request your check instead of it just coming. I like to let mine save up and request a bigger check in November to help with holiday shopping.
I have been using another cash back site for close to 4 years now and was blindly faithful to it. I stumbled upon BeFrugal and never looked back! They offer MORE cash back than the other site AND allow you to cash out once your order has been verified with the company you purchased from! Absolutely love how quick and convenient this site is.
On or about 3/2/2021 I ordered from BeFrugal 100 forever stamps for $43.00. Apparently BeFrugal was only a middle man in this advertisement as I was not charged $43.00 by BeFrugal, but by Tanga in the amount of $47.69. One can not be certain what will be charged when purchasing from BeFrugal. In my book BeFrugal is guilty of false advertising.
Having the Chrome app on my computer makes it so much easier for me to remember to use it. I am sure I lost hundreds of dollars because I forgot about it but now that it is sitting right there next to my URL, I can see it, activate cash back, and bam! I don't have to think about it again. I wish they would have done this sooner but sooner than later is always better :)
You have to fight with these people about every ticket! RetailMeNot automatically tracks & does what they are supposed to do without having to fight with them for weeks for your money! The app is supposed to be tracking purchases but if you don't push for it they won't give you anything!
Stay far away from BeFrugal they delete your account when they owe you money they owe me $180 and they do not pay - they have now deleted my account.
I am going to contact all the companies that they do business with and tell them that this is not a legitimate company they are crooks - go and see there reviews the good reviews are done by the staff that work at the company - see what real people who have done business with them say - they do not pay **** stay far away from them

4 months have passed since I joined and have received nothing from befrugal over $2000 in purchases from ebay and amazon. I also use Rakuten which was my main cashback service but switched because Befrugal was recommended by a software company I do business with. Will be using Rakuten full time again because befrugal is not just taking their share of the profit from my purchases but they are taking my share as well. Very disappointed and their customer service was the worse very rude and don't even care to talk to you. I do not recommend Befrugal to anyone.
My legal first name is initials only and they told me that I must send in a government photo ID to customer care in order for them to release payout. They do not make anyone else do that? Said they could not help unless I send that to them. I told them I was not comfortable sending that to them online. They said they would not issue payout to me then. I asked them to just put it back in my account and they said they could not.

I do agree that this site has the highest cadhback however? You have to wait 3+ months before you can cash out. Also their app will not work for earning cash back therefore the only way to earn is through the website. For me, the cons outweigh the pros, unless they can at least get the app working.
Overall a great platform, and if you can remember to simply activate an offer before your usual online shopping, the cashback adds up pretty quickly. If you can't remember, add the Chrome extension that automatically activates offers for you.
So far so good. Seems to work when transactions are confirmed. I recommend Befrugal, although I am missing some transactions. I've had issues with some other sites namely "Dig" which appears to be a scam. Overall, I'm happy with the Befrugal.
People are likely to know Ebates (now Rakuten) more than BeFrugal; if so, that is because Rakuten spends a good bit of money on advertising (any one who watches Premier League Soccer would know what I am talking about).
However, BeFrugal is better than Ebates. The portfolios of the stores that offer cashback are very similar. So are the amounts of cashback by the merchants. The significant difference is how quickly the cashback is reflected in my account. I have never had to email BeFrugal support enquiring as to why the cashback has not shown up (can't say the same for Ebates).
