My legal first name is initials only and they told me that I must send in a government photo ID to customer care in order for them to release payout. They do not make anyone else do that? Said they could not help unless I send that to them. I told them I was not comfortable sending that to them online. They said they would not issue payout to me then. I asked them to just put it back in my account and they said they could not.
