I dont understand what is going on. Iunderstand i cant be paid til befrugal is paid but some of this stuff goes way back it doesnt make any sense to me. Ill take April as an example there are dates posted as an estimate for funds to be released. When we get close to the date, very little is distributed and then the remaining dates will be pushed to may. There is no paid date next to any of the entries that have been distributed in the past.thats what makes it more confusing. Then i have a receipt for Enterprise that had been incurred in December. Its marked as Estimate recorded. I am having a problem with emailing that receipt to befrugal. I cant do it under my profile i.e. Befrugal ticket system because there is no option on attaching a scanned item.

We understand how time consuming and confusing the process of "Verified" to "Payable" is. BeFrugal is only a cash back portal the connects you to the cash back that is coming directly from the Merchants. The Merchant will only pay out once they approve from their end. Unfortunately, the time frame is just an estimated time frame that is given by the Merchants. It is hard for us to give an exact date with the direct information. Once the Merchant approves of the Verified cash back, the account will update and you would be notified.
When sending the inquiry, you can only include a copy and paste of the order confirmation. We cannot accept attachments or pdfs when it comes to sending your inquiry to the Merchant.
