BeFrugal advertises guarantees which they will not honor. They will act like the coupon does not exist on their website after removing it. They have excuses for not honoring the higher ratE. I recommend Ebates. They may not always offer the highest rate, but ther customer service is superb and they will send your check right away without you even requesting it.

Be frugal has a much higher percent back and payment is quick when requested and they have almost all the sites I shop with I love them the best! I never had a problem you you did not join it is a must!

My experience with Befrugal has been awesome. I have been doing cash back for years now with Befrugal and they are one of my favorites. They are always accurate in my accounting, they fund it right away when I ask and for the right amount. I've read the negative reviews and it just has not been my experience. As long as you go through Befrugal site first to get to the shopping website, Befrugal has always credited me.

This is definitely a good website to save money while you are shopping on the internet. BeFrugal is free and it has a wide variety of companies where you can save money along with the coupons and tips for saving.

Nothing but good things to say about BeFrugal. Very easy to use and what could be better than getting cash back for things I would normally buy anyway. I just wish I could also use it for in store purchases.

More than 50% of the time you don't get your cashback. Then you open so called "support ticket" and then wait for 60-90 days hopping that you would receive your money. But then merchant denies despite of all the proofs given and befrugal will not help at all.

Pathetic and rude customer service.

I would definitely not recommend it.

Use for extra X-mas money & it sure comes in handy. I always use this site because I buy on line quite a bit. I've recommended this site to family but I don't think they've used it. If your going to buy on line, it's like getting paid to shop.

I like how they give out a lot of cash. This should be advertised more for more customers. The amount of time a customer has to wait in order to redeem their money is a disadvantage, cause they would rather go to Ebates that is quicker at cashback.

Use to use Ebates until I found BeFrugal. BeFrugal's money gets accredited to my BeFrugal account much quicker and you get more percentage in cash back than ebates offers. I had to email ebates constantly for shopping trips that I had made and did not get a credit from the. They they would require me to send them a lot of proof to finally fork over my cashback. Love BeFrugal.

I have used BeFrugal only 2 times. They came up with an excuse each time to deny my cash back, saying I did something wrong. I filed a complaint with BBB and got nowhere. They have MANY BBB complaints and will not budge on any of them. Stick with Ebates... they are much easier to work with. BeFrugal is a scam!

Chrome button didnt capture all of my shopping trips, customer service said they have no record, so get lost (that was the substance of their messages). Could not escalate my complaint. Lost about $100 in cashback over Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Be Frugal is such a great way to earn a little extra cash for every day purchases I would make anyway. So easy to do!

Cash back moves to verified and stays there for a while before moving to payable. Customer service is less helpful than other sites. However, there are certain merchants that are only on BeFrugal, and sometimes cashback rates are higher than competitors.

I went through Be Frugal for a ton of Home Depot purchases and it turns out I got credit for none of them, it should have been like $300 cash back. I spent a lot of time opening up case after case for every transaction and every single case was denied and I have no recourse anymore. Huge waste of time.

Unlike Ebates, it takes way too long for cash back to be available for withdrawal. A purchase may be confirmed quickly but take 2 months or more for it to be available to withdraw. I only use it if there is a significant difference in cash back between the two sites.
