Very bad, often AliExpress cashback is significantly lower than with other cashback providers. So called best cashback guarantee in fact, doesn't work - you can only use it once. Other aspects: your cashback must be verified and after that it will be payable, verification will take about 1 month or more. While you can receive much faster verification by other cashback providers. Other aspect: withdrowing money from your account: not all declared payment methods are available, for example - virtual visa card, is not available.
I've been a member since 12/2015, and I've never had any problems with my cash back. I like that you can opt for a e-gift card for payment and get a little extra cash back. Lately, BeFrugal is the cash back site I use most often.

I dont understand what is going on. Iunderstand i cant be paid til befrugal is paid but some of this stuff goes way back it doesnt make any sense to me. Ill take April as an example there are dates posted as an estimate for funds to be released. When we get close to the date, very little is distributed and then the remaining dates will be pushed to may. There is no paid date next to any of the entries that have been distributed in the past.thats what makes it more confusing. Then i have a receipt for Enterprise that had been incurred in December. Its marked as Estimate recorded. I am having a problem with emailing that receipt to befrugal. I cant do it under my profile i.e. Befrugal ticket system because there is no option on attaching a scanned item.
I did purchase gifts for myself, family and friends for a month.
Had a lot to buy for the holidays.
They accused me of breaking their rules which I read and did not...
And blocked my account, they took all the 150$ I had there...

I've been using BeFrugal for a few months and the majority of my purchases never get "reported" or verified so I am not getting most of the cashback that I am owed. I've been very happy with Ebates and have not had this problem with them. Go with Ebates even if the cash back % is lower because with them you actually get paid.
I had multiple hotel purchases through them. It has literally been a full year and just got my denial from the investigation to get my cash back. It got me so angry that I just had to post my experience. I've since forgotten them and am using eBates. Literally the easiest cashback site I've ever used. Already got like $20+ in less than a year.

It's simple, really. I spent money on things I would buy anyway. They give me cash back. Maybe it's not a whole lot - less than 10% of what i buy - but it's nice. Why wouldn't I want cash back? And their customer service has been great.
Terrible customer service, they tell you you didn't earn cash back because you used a coupon or something, even though no coupon was used. Neal doesn't belong in customer service, he is terrible. Will be using other cash back sites going forward.

This is amazing... One day I came across this website and downloaded the app. I didn't even realize I was even making money on. The BeFrugal icon is next to my status bar and every time I placed and order online it would pop up and I would just simply click on it (and sometimes the coupon codes that came along with it).
