Used 4~5 cash back portal before. Switched to befrugal because of signup incentive, high customer reviewers and high cash back rate. It does show I have pending cashback for my purchases, but took forever to post on my account. Give up to prevent further lose.
They have higher % than most apps out there, payouts are slower but they come, sometimes it misses, but i always recommend to reach out to them. Givingasssiant has lower % payouts, Topcashback is one my fav also
They did not pay out the percentage that they would list. So you won't get the cash back you are expecting. I would also get clicks they would not go through. I would get totals (minus taxes, shipping, coupons) that were not the actual totals. They would be suspiciously less. They also did not live up to their cash back guarantee (if you find a better cash back within 24 hours). They do have high rates IF you get the right total and percent back.
This company blatantly misleads you with offers like "Receive $25 CB for 1 month subscription to DirectTV." What they don't tell you is that it will take 3 months before they confirm your $25 CB and that you cannot cancel that subscription until then. So that 1 month offer is BS, it is a 3 month subscription. Their customer service is completely aware of this and do not care that they are misleading. Stay away from this CB site, there are many others that are better.
I use two other cashback sites consistently, including befrugal. Befrugal has amazing cashback rates. I've made over $50 cashback in the last 6 months from shopping for normal everyday things. Thanks Befrugal!

Easy to use and usually better deals than the competition. It doesn't hurt to use. Most of the rules have changed and its very hard to get cashback from the larger retailers such as Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.

I had used this site before and quit using it as I never got paid. Then one day I checked the site out again and I had $79.00 waiting to be paid to me! I have been using it ever since and I just requested a check for $357.00! That is money I earned just going to BeFrugal.com, selecting the store I wanted to shop at, and poof! I will have money coming to me once BeFrugal gets paid by the store. Nothing easier than that.
I like this site a lot. You get what is due to you. I do enjoy shopping and earning as well. The only thing I do recommend is that the payments can come a little faster. You will just have to wait a little longer to get your payments.
Pays out very well most of the time. Like all cashback you must monitor your transactions, especially the large payouts. I missed out once on a very large on because by the time I was able to login and check it, the time expired for researching it with the vendor. Customer Service is friendly and mostly helpful.
One of the worst cash back sites. Todd is probably the most ridiculous customer service person I have ever met. Wouldn't be surprised if 'Todd' was an automated messaging service. Used BeFrugal, Ebates, MRRebates on the same stores and ebates and mrrebates never have an issue. Befrugal keeps saying something went wrong. Of course that's when they have huge cash back bonuses too. Tsk, something fishy with this site.

Company advertises cashback that is available from their vendor partners. I purchased from one of their vendor partners, based upon the representation that I would receive cashback in the amount of $48 upon completion of my purchase. I purchased according to their terms but did not receive the promised cashback. Befrugal had proof of the link from their site to the merchant and proof of the purchase, yet no cashback was paid. They continue to advertise that cashback is available from the merchant with no intention of actually paying the cashback, and are continuing to perpetrate a fraud on the public.

Most cases, they will acknowledge a pending cash back within 24-48 hours, and other times, it can take longer for them to do so. We advise customers to wait 7 days for the Retailer to respond, before sending in a Missing Cash Back inquiry. In the event that the Retailer does not upload cash back, you would send in a ticket, and we would dispute the potential cash back with the Retailer. We have up to 60 days from the purchase date to send in a dispute.
Earned cash back will remain in a verified state in your member account for between 30 to 90 days based on the return policy of the retailer as well as the store's payment cycle with BeFrugal. We provide you with an “Estimated Payable Date” to let you know approximately when most sales will reach a payable state. Once we hear back from the Retailers, we will automatically notify your account.

I have enjoyed BeFrugal. Make sure to be patient when you are looking for your money in your account. It takes a little while to get it, but I got all of the money from every vendor like they said I would. Also, don't use be frugal from your phone. I know it takes a little extra time to go to your computer, but use your computer when trying to link Be Frugal to your purchase. Definitely worth it!
We need to put extra work / hours to get our money back. Most of the time, they dont provide the cash back. We need to raise a ticket and wait forever to get the money back. Ebates provides the quick confirmation and add the cash back within a day (most of the time). Also, if you raise a ticket, they go ahead and add the amount before the investigation itself. But, Befrugal takes forever to get the money back. Also, they have many terms and conditions too...

Always love to open the website when I shop online. I get my money's worth wherever I shop online. I never have a problem getting my check, not sure why the bad reviews here. I don't have any problems.
I just happened to click on the Be Frugal icon, and found our that had money in my account! I quickly registered my checking account; and the money was transferred over! I just wish I had known that money was there. But, anyway... thanks!
Very Good experience and I find it very helpful and beneficial offers. Services offered have a variety and significant discounts including a large variety of options and different stores and brands. The array of offers from groceries, footwear, clothing, eletronics, etc. The options are endless and for sure the cash back accumulates faster then you think.
They do say, "times go by when you are having fun"! We understand that it can take some time until you see a "Verified" status becoming a "Payable" status. BeFrugal practices false advertising and will not honor their promotions if the store does not comply. When I saw that BeFrugal offered a $20 bonus for placing an order at Fabletics, I decided it was worth it to try out their membership program (the only way to purchase items from them). I received my order and did not make any returns, and I never received the advertised $20 bonus. I contacted BeFrugal about this 3 times over 5 months and they said that Fabletics decided to pull this offer(after my order was placed) and would not confirm my order, so BeFrugal would not issue my $20 bonus. Beware.

They have multiple fast and free ways to get paid and it is completely hassle-free. I've been using them for several years and I have received a lot of money for online shopping. For all stores, you should expect cash back to remain pending for between 30 to 90 days based on the payment cycle of the retailer with BeFrugal. Once the retailer issues a commission, the cash back credit in your account can be updated from Pending to Confirmed.
Modifying any purchase prior to receiving payment from the retailer may void earnings. To avoid this, please do not cancel a purchase if your intent is to receive cash back. Cancelling will void cash back eligibility for most transactions.
