I have been a customer for a short period and have received the most satisfying discounts and cash back bonuses with BeFrugal than anywhere else. I wouldn't believe it if it didn't happen to me!
I'm a relatively new BeFrugal user... for about a year or so, but I've been using FatWallet, eBates (now the same company), and TopCashBack for about 14 years. Thus far, I've made relatively small purchases via BeFrugal, and have had zero issues.
Recently, however, I made a large purchase from WalMart. BeFrugal had the largest cash back % at the time, so I decided to use them (plus it would put me over my "startup" incentive for bonus cash). Given the order size, I was very careful to ensure I followed the process correctly so I would get this cash back. Long story short, the purchase/cash back was not reported. I opened a ticket, and BeFrugal promptly credited my account, but then came back some time later and said that WalMart had completed an investigation and denied the cash back. Then outlined how I can make my purchases more successful. I responded to customer support to ask for more detail, and they responded with a reiteration that WalMart declined the cash back. I responded again, but they opted to stop responding.
In any event, while they had been OK for smaller purchases, I would STRONGLY advise against trusting them with larger purchases. This may not have been BeFrugal's fault, but bottom line is that something was not connecting right that day, which tells me this is an unreliable service (I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that this was a technical issue and not something more "sinister").

I have beeb a be frugal member for over 10 years. I never shop with out checking Be Frugal first. Rebates post fast and if a rebate if missed the be frugal staff promptly investigates any issues.
Stay away and use a different cash back website, because this website will not credit you the cash back for purchases that you make, and will tell you it's your fault. They will tell you that the problem is caused by you not following a list of their rules or that it was caused by your computer. The truth is that the problem is them! I regularly shop at one online store, and tested out other cash back websites to see if there was a problem getting the cash back at that store. As it turned out, I had NO problem with the other cash back websites. I now know with 100% certainty that the problem is with Befrugal.com. What is also ridiculous is that their customer service consists of a single "person" named Todd with no last name, who always takes the attitude that the customer is wrong and stupid. It is not a pleasant experience to deal with "Todd." My impression of this company is that it is a shady, unprofessional, dishonest and greedy company. There are much more reliable cash back sites with better customer service. I will no longer use BeFrugal, even if they offer better percentages. I would rather use a cash back site that offers less but pays!
Always great deals and bonuses. Used other apps this one is faster and much easier. I even requested cashback and with an additional bonus. I wouldn't dream of shopping online without it.
My account was banned without reasoning and i asked support why it was banned and they said it was involved in fraud, the only thing i did with my account was 7 orders and i invited 20 something people using my referral link (these were all real people) I read their ToS and it said that they can ban you without reasoning and wont even talk to you about it or tell you why. They stay true to their name Be FRUGAL, I would have $234 right now if they didnt ban my account.
A great way to save money! I have been with BeFrugal since 2014 and have not had any problems. They have a large variety of vendors which you can shop and save money on.
All - YOU WILL WAIT UP TO 90 DAYS, AND ONLY AFTER VENDOR HAS RECOGNIZED YOUR PURCHASE, FOR YOUR REBATE. I had to harass them and the vendor for over 2+ weeks to even have my COMPLETED purchase acknowledged. Since then, OVER 60 DAYS AGO, I have yet to receive my cashback.

Unfortunately, they are no longer a reliable cashback website. They have been rejecting so many purchases that I no longer use BeFrugal as my go-to site. I don't recommend them at all.
If your going to purchase an item you might as well get cash back... love this app. BeFrugal has many store and better cash back percents than, ost other cash back sites.
Never had any problems with payments. Would totally recommend this site to everyone. It takes quite a while to get your payments, but it is worth it...

I used Be Frugal over the holidays for gifts. I received great rebates. I am now using my rebates for a vacation items. NICE - money I would never have had
Many of my big purchases got nothing back even though I have followed every step required to make sure that I will get cash back. But I got nothing instead.

befrugal.com is a scam they wont pay you if you have a large cash back amount. They owe me a few thousand dollars. They just closed my account without any explanation. And they are denying to pay me
