Buyer Beware:
Initially, found customer service to be helpful and succinct. Seemed like a great experience. Ordered a bedroom set with dresser and staircase. Got regular updates saying the product would be delayed-- didn't think anything of it since it was a good deal I could be patient.
Then delivery emails arrive to set up delivery and set up. Day comes and they deliver only the staircase. I check back through my emails and realize that in all of their email updates, I never received an invoice to confirm what I purchased. I KNOW that I made several comments confirming what I was purchasing and each time was promised it was the entire bed set. Well I contact them on delivery day asking for the rest of my purchase to which they FINALLY send me my invoice the shows I only purchased the staircase. I am upset as I know that I confirmed that it was the bed with dresser and stairs--> they tell me I did no such thing. They offer to help make it right to get the remaining set---alas... the set is now on backorder.
At which point I now start to process for a refund and return. The refund/return has 1. To be approved and 2. Incur a 30% restocking fee and shipping and handling for the return. So that refund will not be happening because of the fees. I try to be reasonable in hopes that they will assume SOME responsibility for the mix up and offer to pay the ridiculous restock fee if they shoulder the shipping and handling as well as coordinating the pick up of the unwanted item. Imagine the answer. It was no. So now I am out money for a product that I did not get with a random staircase sitting in my spare room.
Wanted to be happy with this company, but am very frustrated and upset with their level of care.

Look at the pics below. The first is a pic of the website photo of the sresser I ordered and the second pic is the dresser I actually received. Not at all the same dresser.
I asked questions with a sales rep before I purchased a bedroom dresser and the rep assured me that it was in stock and ready to deliver. Not true. But after I purchased it through PayPal for $2,000, I got an email that it was out of stock. And after 3 months of waiting, they finally arranged delivery with me for my dresser to arrive.
As you can see I did not get what I ordered. I guess I should feel lucky to have gotton anything at all from this Company. I'm actually ashamed of myself for going through with this purchase after reading such horrible reviews but it was the only place I could find this exact dresser as it was already out of stock on Wayfair, etc and I was just hopeful thinking.
Please people, look elsewhere!
And PLEASE believe the old saying when it comes to this company... IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!

I love my furniture. It's beautiful. I was very hesitant to order online, but the reviews were all so good that, after watching their video on the delivery process, I went ahead and bought a five piece bedroom set.
The site said the furniture was in stock and usually ships within two weeks. I placed my order on October 22,2021. I finally received the last of it on November 29,2022. That's right, it took over a year for me to receive all of my furniture. I can't really blame the company. Supply chain distribution issues were a problem for everyone the past two years. However, the delivery company they use for my area (Southeast), was just horrible.
Four of the five pieces I ordered were damaged in the shipping process and had to be reordered. The delivery company got my order in bits and pieces and seemed not to be able to connect them all together and kept trying to say they had my order when they only had a few of my items. They then confirmed that they had ALL of my items, but only delivered three of the five, one of which was damaged, so they took it away again, but marked my order as being complete, even though I was still missing two items and they'd taken the damaged item away. The damaged item had a broken support foot which, I believe, they themselves broke during the delivery process. They took it back to the warehouse, hacked off the damaged support foot, filled in the hole with wood filler and then attempted to redeliver the same damaged piece. An excellent furniture repair person was sent to my house to repair the piece, and I am satisfied with the repair.
All in all, one year, four total deliveries, and one repair person later, and I finally have my furniture.
Would I order from them again? Maybe. The furniture is beautiful. Customer service is adequate: responsive, but based out of India, so very thick accents and roosters crowing in the background, which makes for a fun adventure. Delivery company: lousy and incompetent - NOTHING like the video on their website. But the price for what I received was exceptional, so it's a solid maybe... maybe.
All communication was handled efficiently from placing the order to delivery. Delivery service was great.

I ordered my bedroom furniture at the beginning of March and was informed it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery, ok fine. In mid-April, my charge card was charged for the purchase. I assumed it meant the order was being fulfilled and would arrive soon. A week later, I received an email stating that the order was delayed until the end of May and was asked if it was ok. I said yes, but requested the charge to be returned until shipping. They tried to convince me it was just a pending charge, but that was not the case. After a few emails, I was credited for the charge.
At the end of May, I received another email saying the order was delayed until the end of July and asked me if this was ok. I said no, and to please cancel the order. I received additional emails asking me to not cancel and they would reduce the order $50 for me to be patient. I said no and to please send me confirmation of the order cancellation. I was asked to call them to discuss this further. I called them and was again pressured to keep the order and was again offered $50 to keep the order. I said no and asked the representative to send me an order cancellation in writing. She assured me that I would respective it in a day or two. After a week, I had received no confirmation.
I wrote back, and asked for the confirmation. I was told "the confirmation request was being processed." Really? After a week? I wrote back and again advised them of the order cancellation and that it was complete BS that it should take this long to process, and that I would advise my credit card company that charges to Bedroom Furniture Discount were not authorized and would elaborate on the details. A day later I received an email from what I assume was a supervisor and was told they had to re rive confirmation from the manufacturer of the cancellation before they could cancel. However, they had just received confirmation that day that it was cancelled.
I did not receive official notification of the order cancellation until three weeks after I cancelled the order. What an ordeal. This was three months after I placed the order and I still don't have bedroom furniture.

Answer: Cost. However, I didn't know what once a item is in stock, it takes 4-6 weeks to reach me. Purchased 5/1/21, delayed for the 8th time, told it would be in stock 1/23.
