I ordered a comforter set with the Bedding Superstore, after several days I never received an email confirmation. I went on their web site used my order number and the set I ordered was on back order for two months. I contacted their 1-800 # and was instructed by a recording to send them an email. I emailed them and requested my order to be cancelled. They never responded, but two days later sent me an email stating my order was shipping, this is after I already ordered the same comforter set from Macys' at a better price. I contacted their customer service immediately by email, you cannot get a live person on the phone, and was told that my order would not ship out and it would be cancelled. Najet in their customer service lied, the order shipped, she also said that the company has an agreement with UPS where UPS does not scan their shipments. Really? Now I (the customer) have waste my time contacting UPS to redirect the shipment back to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they have terrible communication and customer service.

My first review was just posted about 20 minutes ago. The BeddingSuperstore saw this review and called me immediately. The representative stated that they did not receive my email asking for the refund. This shows up in my sent emails but I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this as I know things can get lost in cyberspace. The lady offered me an immediate refund of my money but after discussing the matter further I opted to wait to see if my items will be shipped August 1st. She explained that my items were coming from oversees and sometimes customs can slow things down as well as other things happening to delay shipment. I was impressed that the company was concerned enough to call me personally instead of ignoring the problem or sending an email to me. She did issue me a $25.00 credit to my account for the inconvenience within one minute of ending our call. I told her the credit was not necessary but she insisted because I was her customer. Just wanted to let everyone know that this is one GREAT company!

I ordered a quilt set on November 7 and I live in Sarasota, Fl and I received it TODAY November 10. The company is based in Canada. I spoke to this great girl Lena who is maybe the BEST customers ervcie rep I have ever spoken to. I have run a mail order business for the last 43 years I certainly can appreciate the EXCELLENT service.

I thoroughly recommend anyone to deal with this company. I'd grade it quadruple A plus!

I ordered bedding from the Bedding Superstore and it was a totally different color than shown on the website and it came in a severly damaged box. When I called customer service to request a return (because a form doesn't come in the box) I was told I would have to pay for return shipping. I asked them where it stated that I was responsible for it and they said it stated that in their Return Policy, which it did not. After reading the Return Policy to the Manager she very rudely stated that she would send a return form allowing free return shipping then promptly hung up on me. Their customer service is extremely rude and they argue with you about everything. I will NEVER order order from them and will tell others not to also! The only reason I gave them one star was because you can't give them no stars. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY... STAY AWAY!

The ABSOLUTE Worst WEBSITE. WORST Return Policy. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered Pillow Cases to go with the ROSHNI Duvet Cover I bought elsewhere.

On the site it says "ROSHNI NATURAL-ATHENA GREY" Pillow Cases. I get Grey pillow cases, not at all affiliated in ANY way with the ROSHNI Pillow cases. I ask to return them, they say sure but we will not refund you the $10 shipping you paid to get it or the shipping back. Then they tell me if I buy an envelope, put stamps on it they will reimburse me the cost of the stamps. Not the cost of the initial shipping for a product that is misrepresented on their website. I will never buy from this company again.
