I have shopped online and in high end stores both locally (Ontario)and across Michigan trying to get the best deal possible and the best quality.
Bedding superstore.com had the best selection and prices of anywhere. I compared the SAME products and saved well over $500 doing three bedrooms in my home.
I won't buy bedding anywhere else. Customer service is incredible and the communication was excellent!
I ordered a comforter set from this website. I was very skeptical as I have never ordered anything this expensive from online. I live in Ontario, Canada, which made me even more nervous. My bedding was free shipping and it arrived in exactly two weeks from when I placed the order! I am very happy and will purchase from them again.
I have never ordered bedding online before and thought I might have a hard time. I found a few that were possibilities and requested swatches. The swatches arrived and helped me decide which one I wanted. Just to be sure, I called and spoke with a representative who helped me with all of my questions. My order arrived today and is gorgeous! Ordered a comforter set 4 weeks ago... Still waiting site states estimated shipping was 1 wk ago. Not sure where it has to come from to take a week and still not here. I emailed and no response. Sorry I ordered from them, just hoping I'm not more disappointed when or IF it ever arrives. I spent $165!
I purchased a Tommy Bahama comforter set from this website. It was too heavy for me in Florida and I tried to return it; however, I was told that I could not return the item as the item was a custom order, which I find difficult to believe. The return policy was not made clear on the website at the time my order. I am now out several hundred dollars.
I ordered 3 items and 3 days after I placed the order and paid for it with paypal I got an e-mail telling me "Sorry the item you ordered is out of stock and we have deleted your order from our system" Maybe they should spend time updating the site instead of having to send out e-mails and deleting orders. HORRIBLE customer service!
While the king duvet set I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, the wait was worth it. The quality of the set definitely exceeded my expectations. Great value for the price. During the delay, the customer service staff's communication with me was excellent. I would certainly buy from this website again!
I would never buy from this store again. I ordered a four-piece king comforter set, and took one piece out to see if it matched the walls and carpet. It didn't. They would not accept a return because they said it was a "custom" order. All I did was check "four-piece set" and add it to my cart. There was nothing custom about it. I even offered to pay the shipping both ways. I ended up donating the set to charity.
I ordered bedding from Hallmart and did not notice that standard King size they called "customer made", so no refunds and no returns. Scumbags! Fabric extremely poor quality! NEVER will suggest anybody to bye from them! Do not trust picture! Color is different in reality!
I ordered a full size comforter set from them over two months ago and have yet to receive it. While I cannot comment on the quality, the customer service and shipping delays have been ridiculous. I contacted them three weeks ago concerning the wait time and was assured the bedding was currently in transit from the manufacturer to their warehouse and, because of the wait, I would receive expedited shipping free of charge. Well, this was three weeks ago and my bedding has not even shipped yet. Moving into my new house has been tainted because of this company given the fact that I have no bedding and am sleeping with only a blanket! I have never been so disappointed or angry with anything I have purchased online. DO NOT order from them.

I ordered bedding from the Bedding Superstore and it was a totally different color than shown on the website and it came in a severly damaged box. When I called customer service to request a return (because a form doesn't come in the box) I was told I would have to pay for return shipping. I asked them where it stated that I was responsible for it and they said it stated that in their Return Policy, which it did not. After reading the Return Policy to the Manager she very rudely stated that she would send a return form allowing free return shipping then promptly hung up on me. Their customer service is extremely rude and they argue with you about everything. I will NEVER order order from them and will tell others not to also! The only reason I gave them one star was because you can't give them no stars. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY... STAY AWAY!

I spoke to this great girl Lena who is maybe the BEST customers ervcie rep I have ever spoken to. I have run a mail order business for the last 43 years I certainly can appreciate the EXCELLENT service.

I ordered Pillow Cases to go with the ROSHNI Duvet Cover I bought elsewhere.
On the site it says "ROSHNI NATURAL-ATHENA GREY" Pillow Cases. I get Grey pillow cases, not at all affiliated in ANY way with the ROSHNI Pillow cases. I ask to return them, they say sure but we will not refund you the $10 shipping you paid to get it or the shipping back. Then they tell me if I buy an envelope, put stamps on it they will reimburse me the cost of the stamps. Not the cost of the initial shipping for a product that is misrepresented on their website. I will never buy from this company again.
I ordered a comforter set with the Bedding Superstore, after several days I never received an email confirmation. I went on their web site used my order number and the set I ordered was on back order for two months. I contacted their 1-800 # and was instructed by a recording to send them an email. I emailed them and requested my order to be cancelled. They never responded, but two days later sent me an email stating my order was shipping, this is after I already ordered the same comforter set from Macys' at a better price. I contacted their customer service immediately by email, you cannot get a live person on the phone, and was told that my order would not ship out and it would be cancelled. Najet in their customer service lied, the order shipped, she also said that the company has an agreement with UPS where UPS does not scan their shipments. Really? Now I (the customer) have waste my time contacting UPS to redirect the shipment back to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they have terrible communication and customer service.
Wonder customer service agents, helped me pick out the perfect bedding ensemble. Thank you for getting my products quickly and even more gorgeous in person.
