I ordered Pillow Cases to go with the ROSHNI Duvet Cover I bought elsewhere.

On the site it says "ROSHNI NATURAL-ATHENA GREY" Pillow Cases. I get Grey pillow cases, not at all affiliated in ANY way with the ROSHNI Pillow cases. I ask to return them, they say sure but we will not refund you the $10 shipping you paid to get it or the shipping back. Then they tell me if I buy an envelope, put stamps on it they will reimburse me the cost of the stamps. Not the cost of the initial shipping for a product that is misrepresented on their website. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a comforter set with the Bedding Superstore, after several days I never received an email confirmation. I went on their web site used my order number and the set I ordered was on back order for two months. I contacted their 1-800 # and was instructed by a recording to send them an email. I emailed them and requested my order to be cancelled. They never responded, but two days later sent me an email stating my order was shipping, this is after I already ordered the same comforter set from Macys' at a better price. I contacted their customer service immediately by email, you cannot get a live person on the phone, and was told that my order would not ship out and it would be cancelled. Najet in their customer service lied, the order shipped, she also said that the company has an agreement with UPS where UPS does not scan their shipments. Really? Now I (the customer) have waste my time contacting UPS to redirect the shipment back to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they have terrible communication and customer service.

These people are misleading. You don't get the item that was advertised and then when you want return it, they charge you for shipping twice. I ordered a duvet cover set, extra shams, pillowcases, and a bedskirt. All of these items were supposed to be part of the same collection and were advertised that way. The pillowcases and the bedskirt were not part of the collection at all. In fact they were not even mace by the same manufacturer. The bedskirt was white and there was no white anywhere in the duvet cover, etc. I brought this to their attention and was told I could return the two items but I would have to pay the original shipping for the entire order (my order was over $300, so I had qualified for free shipping), plus the shipping charges on the two items I was returning. I told them that I thought that because I did not get what I ordered, I should not have to pay shipping. They ignored that email. False advertising and a scam to pawn off merchandise they can't sell on unsuspecting consumers!
