I ordered a comforter set with the Bedding Superstore, after several days I never received an email confirmation. I went on their web site used my order number and the set I ordered was on back order for two months. I contacted their 1-800 # and was instructed by a recording to send them an email. I emailed them and requested my order to be cancelled. They never responded, but two days later sent me an email stating my order was shipping, this is after I already ordered the same comforter set from Macys' at a better price. I contacted their customer service immediately by email, you cannot get a live person on the phone, and was told that my order would not ship out and it would be cancelled. Najet in their customer service lied, the order shipped, she also said that the company has an agreement with UPS where UPS does not scan their shipments. Really? Now I (the customer) have waste my time contacting UPS to redirect the shipment back to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they have terrible communication and customer service.
