I came here to leave a review for another company but decided to do it for Beddinginn as well. I was truly impressed with the service they provided. The Sale rep knowledgeable about the products that I needed.

They are a excellent company to do business with. I have bought from them for over 5 yrs. And never had a problem with a return or damaged item. Always helpful customer service waiting to help in any way they can. I love this company and will always do business with them!
I have ordered several things from them and on a couple of pieces, there have been issues. They resolved everything immediately and when you call there you actually talk to a person, and to top it off, they speak English. I like their items and their service.
I placed an order. Although, there was some negative reviews. I was thrilled when I recieved my order. It came fast and everything I ordered was exactly as the picture. Will definitely order again.
I purchased a comforter and a shower curtain. It wasn't ANYTHING like the picture. It is counterfeit. I tried reaching out to customer service 3 times before I put in a claim with paypal. They tried to offer me $30 back for something that I paid $129.00. They are CROOOKS! Now, paypal is having me to send that complete JUNK back to china. I didnt realize it came from China. I will tell anybody. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The queen size bedspread is advertised as 88"X90". Not true! My bedspread measures 84"X84". I can't find a comforter to fit. I am not happy with the graphics either.
Also after reading the company responses to the reviews, they all appear to be the same. Like a recorded message. I also E-mailed the company regarding my problem, no response back. Save your money. Shop in the USA!

I bought a comforter and sheet set-114$. Not only did I NOT realize they were coming from CHINA-but they sent me something totally different, and missing the top sheet. Numerous attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Nothing but crooks with bad quality stuff. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind what they sell. They try to get you to buy something else to replace what was wrong. Then they say you pay the shipping! Just terrible. I hope they are soon run out of business so they don't rip off someone else!

The bedding looks nothing like the photos on the Web, not 3D at all, also colours not true. Company is a nightmare to deal with, not the least bit interested once they have your money. I would never buy from them again.
I ordered a 3 piece bedding set of one scenery that looked pretty on the website but what I received was a different scenery repeated 3 times same awful design on the bottom middle then at the top. I'm trying to get a full refund will never order from them again save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

I ordered a faucet from them and got an order confirmation. However, the next day, I got a notice my payment did not go through and order was waiting on payment. I went in and made my payment and it went through. With no other notification, I received the package a week later. Great, BUT I received another faucet the next day. I did not sign for it, they gave it to a neighbor and now I am stuck with it. I could ship it back, but it cost $230 and shipping it back is $165.00 cheapest. The response I got back from them was "be more careful next time." I say don't send "non-payment" emails when it has been paid. This is a scam.

I ordered a bedding set for a friend and a curtain for myself. The bedding set was way better than I could possibly have imagined and the curtain was just what I needed. I will be definitely purchasing from this site again, in fact I won't bother buying bedding and decor anywhere else.

I ordered what i thought was a beautiful bright colored 3d kingsize bedset. It looked beautiful in the picture only to recieve cheap material blurry flowers and bad tydye job. I paid over 100 dollars for what i thought would be amazing quality. DONT under any circumstance buy from these people. These people are real scammers. Also i was led to believe this product was coming from america when i was coming from china... JUST TERRIBLE... im soo disappointed this was supposed to be a special treat for my birthday..

I made a $200 purchase over a month ago but I never received my products. I have tried emailing/calling them MULTIPLE times to try and figure out if my products have been shipped yet, but they do NOT respond every time. Their website promised to provide a tracking code but they did not, I was UNABLE to track my product.
THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT MAILING ME MY ITEMS. Now I will have to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card company to file a claim and try to get recompensated. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. SAVE YOURSELVES THE MONEY AND ANGUISH. Do not believe the positive reviews you read written by chinese users. I believe the company has people write FAKE positive reviews to trick consumers into buying their product. Instead of wasting their efforts writing bogus reviews, why don't they focus on becoming a better company?
If you have also been tricked by them, consider filing a claim with your credit card company, a police report with the fraud division, or a fraud victim statement with major credit bureaus. Hopefully it'll help less people fall for this company's scams in the future. Don't forget to update your anti malware software and scan your computer.
