The 20% off coupons used to be great but over the years there have been more and more restrictions. Now the coupon is not valid for most of the quality name brands I shop there for in the first place: Breville, DKNY, Kenneth Cole, KitchenAid, Le Creuset, Lladró, Miele, Nautica, Nespresso, Orrefors, Roomba Vacuums, Swarovski, Vera Wang, Waterford, Wusthof cutlery are all NOT eligible for the 20% discount. Why bother? - I'll shop somewhere else.
Products are wonderful, a little expensive, but the coupon is always great. Quality Service is excellent, sales people friendly and helpful.

I called bed bath and beyond on Saturday because They decided to cancel three of my orders from my registry. When I asked them why they cancel three of my orders they told me it was not in stock. But when I went online it never said limited stock and it never sent out of stock. So as a customer I was extremely confused on why the girl kept telling me there was no stock. I was on hold for three hours from 9am-12. The lady would never give me her name told me I'm not allowed to speak to a supervisor I'm not allowed to speak to a manager finally the girl just hung up on me because she couldn't help me. So I called back on Sunday same thing happened once again nobody wanted to help me no one can tell me why my order was canceled and yet again I was hung up on. So I decided let me call back on Monday and guess what same thing happened nobody wanted to help me and they hung up on me. I'm sure you're reading this thinking that I was screaming and raising my voice through the phone but now I remained very calm because all I wanted was my money back if you didn't have the item in stock that's all I was asking for. I tried to call one more time this morning yet again I was hung up twice. I will never order from bed Bath and beyond online again! They are a horrible company and the way that they treat their customers is ridiculous! Highly recommend do not order anything online. If I could give them zero stars I would.
If you do an online order and request "standard shipping" they will FREE UPGRADE you to one day delivery -- THEN, if it is after 5p, they will CANCEL that order.
You will then say what the $#*! and re-order, AGAIN REQUESTING STANDARD SHIPPING.
And AGAIN they will upgrade to one day. They will deliver the order.
You will then get an email saying your order is delayed.
You will get another delivery.
You will be charged twice for BOTH orders.
You will call customer service and be connected to some god forsaken $#*!hole in the pacific whose people THINK they speak english.
You will call the local bbb store where the order was packed. They will deny responsibility and lay it on doordash (which you did not ask for).
You will FINALLY call the credit card and cancel ALL PAYMENTS to bbb. $#*! 'em. Come and get me.

I got scammed from bed bath and beyond company I placed my order 12/12 I got a notification that my package was delivered on the 19th I found out that my package wasn't delivered to the right location and also the FedEx driver took pic of the wrong package I called to complain and they replaced my order and I supposed to get it delivered thro USP by today and they give me tracking number that it was off and weird bc the package tracking location it was in Florida on 12/24 and now it's in Colorado that's not where I live I live in Florida so how is that and everytime I called to get refund they told me it's possible to get money back so they scammed me took my money never received anything
To say I am disappointed in Bed Bath and Beyond is an understatement. My boyfriend ordered me a vacuum cleaner I really wanted for Mother's Day from the website because I had a 20% off coupon and so it was a really great deal! I was super excited. When the delivery came, I opened the box, and inside was a much more expensive espresso maker. Hmmm. So I contacted customer service and they sent a label to send the espresso machine back, and said once they received it, they'd send the vacuum. I was annoyed that they wouldn't send my vacuum unless they had their other item back but it gets so much worse! I sent the espresso machine back and waited and waited. While I was waiting, I received about 3 confusing emails, which although didn't make complete sense, kept telling me that the vacuum was on its way. So two weeks later, I still haven't received the vacuum. I waited over an hour to text with customer service who informed me that now the vacuum is sold out and on back order. They didn't know when it would be back in stock. I asked for a refund. So now, two weeks after, still no refund! So now we are waiting - again - to text with a customer service rep to ask where the refund is. What a headache! And I still end up without the thing I wanted. So it's basically hassle upon hassle for no reason. And the customer service so far has been beyond awful. I may go to a store again in the future, but no matter what, I will NEVER order from the website again! Just an unpleasant experience overall. I mean, had they shipped me the right item in the first place, I would have the vacuum and be perfectly happy. Instead, I'm STILL trying to get my refund. When I do get it, I will reorder the vacuum from a different retailer. So unimpressed with Bed Bath and Beyond's customer service. Honestly, they really don't deserve one star.
Ordered a wax warmer, thru them. Came as ordered, packaged well, and worked fine. Looked just like online, no surprises, and the prices are good.
