Took 4 months to get a refund. She tried to scam me by saying I wasn't within the 14 days of return but I was, ignored my messages and the clothes are not what they are in the photos. Would not recommend
This company is an absolute disgrace of a business. Purchased a dress back in March, the dress was delivered and returned within two days of receiving the order because the quality of the dress was poor, was nothing like the description on the website, and quite frankly it was horrible. The return was received with the supplier within five days and I have email confirmations to confirm this along with the proof of return receipt confirming exact dates. This is well within the time frame to qualify for a refund, according to their "terms & conditions" and I am still in the process of getting my refund which has now been escalated to trading standards. The company are refusing my money back to due " COVID19" I hope they go bankrupt after this because they are a shambles! Total scammers selling terrible quality of products, not only are they falsely selling to their customers but they are in breach of their own contract to their consumers.
This is a scam. They sent me faulty good which took a month to come and when I sent it back they refuse to refund me with the excuse saying they did not receive it. My item cost 90 euro and was ripped and looked nothing like the picture.
Orders my wife two dresses asked for next day and they came next day though Dpd and she loves them will be ordering again
Clothes not good quality, didn't give me my refund for a month and were ignoring me until I threatened to take it further. Make sure if you return you get it tracked as once you've ordered you won't want to shop here again. I had an awful and very stressful experience! I'd look elsewhere if I were you!
Absolutely shocking... avoid at all costs. They have their own staff writing good reviews to lure you in. Trust me dont do it. If I could put zero stars i would.

No dress two weeks later and fighting for a refund because no one is bothering to respond to me. Don't worry though girls because it's clearly a scam site you will get your money back, you just have to raise a dispute with your bank and thanks to all the lovely reviews on here as evidence then it's simple enough. You just have to wait till the 16th day after they debited the money from your account. :)
My review has been deleted as it was so bad. Just to let everyone know which is almost everyone who orders from this site I have informed trading standards and looks like they are taking it further.
Twice I've ordered from them and twice dissatisfied. They never have my size all though it shows up as available in stock when you order.
First time I had been refunded for the items though.
Second time I have ordered 4 items. 2 of them surprise surprise they didn't have my size.
They sent me a week later although I paid extra for next day delivery, the items in wrong sizes.
I did send them back to my dissatisfaction at my own expense and I did contact them on numerous occasions regarding the refund.
It's been months since and no resolution.
There is a number you can only text to contact them and whomever is in charge with that can not be bothered to answer your texts.

This company will rip you off! Will take your money and not refund. Had part of my order but charged for items I had ordered that were out of stock. Still not had a refund or received the items I ordered over a month ago! They don't reply to emails or texts and don't have a landline! Any positive reviews must be written by themselves!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ORDERED AN ITEM THEY TOLD ME ITS OUT OF STOCK, I PAID £8.95 FOR DELIVERY, I CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER I WAS TOLD ITS OUT OF STOCK, THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE A REFUND, INSTEAD THEY SEND THE ITEM A FEW DAYS LATER, I EMAIL TO SAY I WOULD BE RETURNING THE ITEM, THEY IGNORE THIS, AFTER RETURNING THE ITEM, THEY STILL HAVEN'T AFTER 2 WEEKS REFUNDED MY MONEY, I CHECK THE PARCEL HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR BY THEM, STILL NO REFUND, I EMAIL EVERY DAY, STILL NOTHING, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY.
