I ordered a dress for my 30th party 3 weeks ago selected standard delivery 2-7 days and it's still hasn't turned up, I have been emailing and messaging them on Facebook with no response until I asked for my money to be refunded then they told me it had been dispatched.
I have never experienced customer services this bad and I will never order from them again.
I've now got to wait for the dress to turn and then pay to return it for me to get my refund.

I ordered 2 jumpsuits (the same jumpsuit in different sizes) when I placed the order I had no confirmation email but the money had been taken from my account. Finally after a couple of weeks a parcel came with only 1 of the jumpsuits and it was terrible! Nothing like the picture and was very cheaply made! I was promised the other jumpsuit was to follow... I'm still waiting after 2 months!
Sent the jumpsuit I received back and luckily after reading the other reviews I sent it 1class signed for.
When I asked when will I receive my refund they tried telling me they hadn't received my returned item! I sent them a photo of the tracking number and the signature of the person who signed for it.
Suddenly they found my return!
Promised a refund within 10 days and nothing!
I have now resorted to giving them an ultimatum of a refund for both items within 7 days or I will be contacting trading standards.
Please do not waste your money or time buying anything from this company u will regret it! I honestly think the positive' reviews on here are written by them and not ligit customers!

This company is a disgrace! I ordered an outfit, it arrived and it was faulty! The trouser legs were both different lengths so obviously I couldn't wear them and sent them back along with the matching top as it looked nothing like the picture! I've waited over a month for a credit note or refund, I have contacted beckys boutique several times and they have completely ignored me. I will be taking it further, nearly £70 down! Im going to watchdog!

Absolutely disgusting

Disgusting customer service. Did not refund my money when the dress did not turn up and the other one did not look anything like the picture. They are not refunding my money and were quick enough to take it out of my bank even though the dress was not in stock. I spent just under £100 on two dresses and delivery. I am so angry, and will be taking this further.

I hate that I even have to give them 1 star to write this. DO NOT ORDER.
They take your money but then items are all of a sudden out of stock. Then ignore you for a refund. Tried texting and emails.
1 swimsuit did arrive and there was no hygiene sticker in it (gross)

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing! I ordered two items both came back absolutely awful. One dress came back nothing like the picture advertised ( came back glittery) the second was awfully made. I requested a refund for false advertisement and they refused to give me a refund and instead offered a credit note. I explained the dresses came back nothing as advertised and didn't wish to reorder anything else and I just wanted my refund. They refused, now they've just ignored my emails. They have basically robbed my money, absolutely disgusting. Don't be a fool and order off a decent website I promise you, you won't regret it.

SHOCKING!

I usually buy from becky's boutique and never ever had a problem. Until i ordered something for new year's eve and paid extra for it to be here on time, no item came and still to this day (16th Jan 19) no item, so i contacted them plenty of times regarding my order, apparently it was out of stock and they offered to send me another item instead as they didn't know when my order would be back, I declined and they ignored me, plenty more times no answer so i messaged yet again, told me to email them so I did, regarding a refund and that was it, no reply but can still post things all over social media. I contacted my bank and they helped me, your bank transfers you the money you spent with them!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I purchased several items over the black Friday sale and most of them were too big (not a major problem) so, I sent them back. I had tracked delivery (Thank God) and 2 weeks later I had no confirmation of them being returned, so, I messaged them on facebook and was told they had not received my return, upon looking at the royal mail tracking service, I was told by royal mail it had been signed for and collected by Becky's Boutique. After informing them, they coincidentally admitted they did receive my return (I would like to add that I had to pester them so many times to get a reply... they would reply to one message and then ignore you until you pestered them again). I was not given a refund and instead they made me take a credit note, the credit note initially was incorrect and they had given me less than I was entitled to. After this was corrected I immediately purchased something else because I wanted my interaction with this business to be over with. I was charged the price of the dress and received a confirmation email. Fast forward 2 weeks, no sign of dress or delivery update. I facebook messaged Beckys' Boutqiue and asked them where my order was. They replied that it was out of stock and that they apparantly emailed me to inform me of this. NO SUCH EMAIL WAS SENT TO ME AND I WAS FULLY CHARGED! I have been non stop trying to get replies out of them and they are just ignoring me. They will not give refunds. Awful, awful customer service that seems like it's ran by a 10 year old. Please stay away. I wish I had listened to the other reviews. -- also the clothes are not very good quality.
