They ignore emails, and i waited just under 2 weeks for a dress that was bought uk standard delivery, and it turns out the dress wasn't even in stock, but this was not stated on their website! So when I emailed to cancel my order (this is what they said to do when I messaged them on Instagram), they didn't respond and still sent the dress anyway!

Ordered 2 dresses on next day delivery. She told me she could only offer it on one dress and she was part deliver them, which is fair enough. The first dress arrived, the zip was totally broken, not even, fixable myself, went to take it to a repair shop but they was quoting more than what I paid for the dress because it was that broken- the dress was also in the sale. Sent the dress back, not heard if received yet. Second dress still hasn't arrived yet 3 weeks later and I've text multiple times, no one picks up the phone. I just want the dress to arrive so I can send it back as quick as I can. Absolute joke- wouldn't bother if I was you.

Do not use ordered a dress which arrived next day. Was faulty so i had to return. Cost me £8.00 to return. No confirmation it had been recieved by them but fortunately it was tracked so i know it was recieved and signed for by this company. Triedto contact by phone but just plays music. Messaged on fb got one word answers really unhelpul. Was told my item was dispatched. Still not arrived. Tried to message again and now been blocked. Wish i read all the other reviews regarding this company. Will be taking this further!
I brought 3 dresses from beckys boutique on the 28th july 2018. It is nearly 2 weeks later and they still havent dispatched. They said only one dress is in stock now. They take your money then order the dresses, I have been trying to get a refund for 3 days now and they ignore your messages. Am now going to trading standards. Please avoid and don't make my mistake

I have made an order yesterday, they have taken the money from my account, they have not sent a confirmation email the numer on the voicemail says no calls connected, I have been calling them for two day now and no one has not picked up the phone I wil never use thse people again and I advise no one to either, they are a bunch of crooks
Ordered two dresses for next day delivery. They came in time but one was the wrong colour and had a hole in the mesh and the second looked nothing like the picture and was thin and see-through. I returned them and asked for a refund however have just been informed Im being given a credit note! Not happy.
I was nervous to order through this website due to the negative comments on here but I had a great experience. I called first to check the stock before paying and they said they had one left in the size I wanted. They then gave me some advice about the sizing. I paid for next day delivery as I was worried about the comments that said the clothes didn't arrive/took ages. My delivery came the next day. I have now tried on the outfit and it is so pretty and quality material.
I might just be lucky but my advice if you are worried is to call and check stock before paying, and pay for the next day delivery (it is a courier and they send you the tracking details).
My daughter purchased 4 dresses online on 25/01/2018 two dresses arrived too late which were sent back requesting a full refund and also to cancel the other 2 dresses. Ignoring my request they sent the other 2 dresses out to my daughter which again I posted back to them again requesting a full refund as all dresses arrived too late for the ball she was going to (all tracked through royal mail so can't say they never received them as I have proof!). After trying on several occasions to contact Beckys Boutique via email and royal mail special delivery)to request full refund they advised that they were refunding one of the dresses and not the other 3 as they received them in an "unsaleable condition" even though my daughter never had them out the packaging. I am in the process of seeking legal advise as they have the 3 dresses and also the £134.97 total for the dresses. Disgusting and I will not let this lie!
These people are SCAMMERS! Please do not purchase anything from here as you will receive the bog standard generic email that firstly your item has been delayed and to choose something else. Then when you select another item, expect to wait a good 2-3 weeks before hearing anything at which point youll then be palmed off again saying its been dispatched. The items will never arrive, or at the very least theyll arrive and will be of very poor quality. Check companies house - their registered address is a dog grooming parlour in Bristol, the company is set to be dissolved for the 2nd time - previously before named Beckys Dresses. The owner previously named Rebecca Farr, now Damian Farr (her partner), still operates under her facebook name Beckys Dresses, a now dissolved company. The majority of her workers are based overseas - these are the people sending out the texts and responding to consumer complaints.
Please do yourself a favour and give these a££holes a wide birth!
The dresses come nothing like the picture and are all made cheaply! I returned my dress after they confirmed it would look exactly like the picture and not their cheaply made dress which they had posted the copy & their own style. I paid £60 and received the cheaply made one and they will not refund me! Please I beg of you do not order from here! I have made this mistake 2x now...
Also their customer service is SO SO SO poor!

Will never use again - ordered at item which arrived and didn't fit which is fine, it happens, I returned the item and waited a long time to receive an email to say that I had "not specified if I wanted a refund" although I had manually written this on the refund sheet and followed the correct steps, when I emailed back I was told because it was a Sale item I was could not receive a refund (why waste time emailing me asking if I wasn't entitled to one) only a credit note, I emailed back fine, this was on the 16th January, they sent me a blank email and I have emailed them a further 3 times chasing this Credit Note and received no response, they seem to purposely stall giving you the Credit note, so now they have my money and the item returned and are now ignoring my emails - will never use again
This place is so terrrible - so bad that I am pretty sure that all of the positive reviews are from their staff/family/friends (you will see that Lucy and Stacey's experience is apparently in fashion/clothing?). Quality of clothes is awful, completely over-priced and their service is even worse - I know previously somebody use to answer the calls however they have now changed it to an automated phone service which directs you to an email address which does not exist! (*******@beckysboutique.co.uk). Don't know why I didn't learn my lesson the first time, but initial time I ordered some of the dresses did not come till about 3 weeks later (even though they took the money straight away). Then I had to ring about 6 times to get my refund, and kept getting told I would receive it soon, it took I think over 28 working days for it to be received!). This place is just awful, something very dodgy with it! AVOID!
Where do i begin? Terrible quality of dresses is the first thing. I ordered several dresses for The Voice Uk, where i am style director. I returned them all except one and that was 6 weeks ago. I haven't received my refund for either order and they keep fobbing me off. They owe me over £600! Avoid at all expenses, they have no idea how to run a company and i am disgusted at their level of horrendous service.
Recently ordered a gown for my Xmas ball. It arrived on time and was of a top quality material exactly like the photo! So so pleased x would definitely recommend purchasing from Beckys Boutiques x
