Fantastic service

After I submitted my order, I didnt receive an order confirmation email, just a payment receipt from WorldPay, so I checked out the reviews on this site and almost had a heart attack as Id just spent £65 on a dress. I paid for next day delivery and I messaged them on instagram that evening (out of their open hours) got a reply straight away, super helpful, and my order arrived today which was on time and the quality is fantastic!

Very disappointed

My order arrived after almost 2 moths. I toldem to cancel my order and refund money because they said they don't have the item I order and they will give on difrent colour.
They don't answering to phone calls and email.

No communication

Placed order May 24. Waited a week, order never appeared on my account.
Tried emailing Canadian email, calling, no answer.
Order appeared on my account once I emailed US email
Tried contacting them many times, never got any answer.
End of July, after 2 months of my order status being "Processing", I opened a dispute with Paypal. Funny, they responded to them the same day and refunded me.
Buy somewhere else if you want good service

Top service from these guys. Rang to order a dress for my girlfriends birthday, after a long chat with a really helpful customer service person, she managed to get the dress to my girlfriend on the day of her birthday with no problems at all. She loved it. Great quality and value for money. She's going to order from there again. Very pleased. Thank you.

Ordered a dress and paid next day delivery when it came it was thin and see through and not worth the money sent it back first class signed for and it was received on the 13th of Feb got no email confirmation so rang up to be told there was a credit note there no one had advised me of this and I didnt want a credit note which i had stated in parcel and thought this was very presumptuous the girl said she would credit money back on my card and it would take 3 to 5 working days it still hadn't went on so rang back to be told can take up to 28 days even though the website says 14 days but can take 28 days (says nothing about working days)if delay in the post which there wasn't as it was signed for on 13th which I stated. There was no apology given I waited the 28 days and rang back to be told 28 working days to which I informed them what it said on the website i even had this printed out and read it word for word but the girl just kept repeating 28 working days like a trained parrot I said I wanted to claim back my 15 pound postage as was totally unsatisfied to be told to email them so I did to be sent a automated message back saying ring them in the meantime my refund went. In. After 30 days I spoke to my bank who said after they process refund it should take 3 to 5 working days no longer and agreed this was a unnaceptable time to wait so this 28 day rule is a load of bull$#*! I then rang back as the email advised to claim back postage I spoke to the talking parrot once again who said my refund was processed within 28 working days blah blah blah and they would not be refunding my postage the customer service is shocking there is no excuse for having to wait this long for a refund and they don't give a $#*! that it's all lies on their website I am going to contact trading standards and get this company looked at as the other reviews of this company mirror my experience shocking customer service and no apologies they are just not bothered this needs looked in to! P. s would of gave 0 stars if I could but wouldn't let me

SCAM!

I would of given 0 stars if there was the option - basically this is a scam website cos the dresses I ordered took ages to arrive, first one came last week 3 weeks after the order and the second dress came just today but it the wrong colour. Have never received a reply to my emails and had to take the route of using Instagram dms to even get some sort of response! Used the old excuse of 'we have contacted Royal Mail regarding the long delay but we received no response' etc. now I have received the dresses they look nothing like the website pictures and you could get better quality at cheap high street shops! I have recently discovered they have been stealing pictures from other legitimate websites to advertise and they are obviously having copies made in China or something, yet they are based in Bristol. Would explain the quality and delay, currently trying to fight for a refund and raising this to a higher power - beyond fuming

Ordered a dress on the 12th September, contacted them 4 times via phone to see where it is. Each time I was promised it would be with me 'next week'. Was told it would arrive on a Friday, called them the following Wednesday to be told it was only sent to me on Monday. It's now the 10th October and no dress. This website is nothing more than a scam.

Having bought a dress on the 28th of April 2016, and sending it back on the 5th May as it was over a a bank holiday weekend. I emailed them informing them I would like a refund. They have done nothing but make up different excuses as to why they have not refunded me. It is now the 13 July. 21 emails later, I have STILL not received my refund. When you call the store there is no manager available to talk to. I have been told that they have not received the dress (although I had received an email on the 6th May confirming they had) I also sent it special delivery. They have said they have tried to refund but it bounced back? Checked with my bank and no attempt had been made. Then they asked for my card details, which I gave them immediately. They have have come out with excuse after excuse. That it is going to be 28 days for a refund. It is now 69 days later and still no refund. I am now challenging it through other avenues to get my money back and I have had to report them! Please do not buy off this website. If the dress is not right you will not get your money back!

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE! I ORDED A DRESS WHICH WAS SENT IN THE WRONG COLOUR AND HAD TO SEND THIS BACK AT MY OWN COST! UNKNOWN TO ME THEY ARE NOW STATUNG THEY HAVE NEVER RECIVED THIS RETURN! FROM THE MINUTE I SPOKE TO THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WHEN I RECIVED THE WTONG ITEM THE STAFF WAS RUDE ANS UNHELPFULL THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISCUSTING! Shocking!

I ordered 3 dresses for going on holiday. I ordered on 27th Nov! I ordered 3 size 8s and an Xs a small and a size which was far too big came (which had the size label cut off!). I sent two back and had to settle for a different colour then they said they'd send the 3rd one once it was back in stock... Parcel arrived on 7th January! Opened it and wrong colour. Had to send back at my expense asked for refund and they made out they sent me a dress but it was Lost in the post & it conveniently came the next day... 13th Feb! WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS FIRST

AWFUL!

I've only given this a 1star as there's no option for 0 stars! Disgusting service, I waited 2 months for a dress that they'd told me had been posted 4 weeks previous, during this time I ordered another dress for the occasion and that turned up faulty, they are refusing to refund me as they received the dress back the day of the 14day period and have refused a refund on the basis that I haven't complied with their T&Cs! Shocking.

I ORDERED A DRESS THAT CAME FAULTY AND THE TRIED TO NOT REFUND ME. FIRSTLY, IT DID NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION! I WAS BRANDED AS GOLD AND CAME THE COLOR COPPER. SECONDLY IT WAS FAULTY, THEN THE TRIED TO REFUSE A REFUND.
THE HAVE A MISS LEADING WEBSITE I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TOP BUY FROM HERE, ITS ALL CHEAP $#*! FROM E BAY/CHINA WHAT YOU CAN BUY FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE YOURSELF!

Do not order from this company! Customer service is absolutely terrible! I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was awful, the material was cheap and see through, it was unwearable. I posted it back (at my expense) and have tried since to correspond with someone but to no avail. I emailed privately, messaged on Facebook but nothing. So this morning I publicly posted in their Facebook page and someone else replied saying the same but then I was promptly blocked!
