Never know when to expect my order and can never talk to anyone on the phone! I've had it! I am going back to my old company where I never worried about getting my orders!
I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND WAS TOLD THAT MY NEXT SHIPMENT WAS ON SEPTEMBER 29,2019. I TOLD THE PERSON THAT I WAS TALKING TO THAT I COULD NOT WAIT THAT LONG SO I WANTED TO PLACE IT NOW AND SHE ARGUED WITH ME. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE SAME THING HAPPEN WITH THE GUY I WAS TALKING TO. WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, THEY CAN NOT UNDERSTAND ME AND I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THEM. BOTH TIMES I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE. I WILL BUY MY ITEMS LOCALLY AND SUPPORT THE USA.
These items are very comfortable. I like the ones that are black because they look very sexy. Having an
order that is repeated at the needed time is very nice.
I ordered a 'free sample' to try out. They did not advise they would automatically be withdrawing funds! As soon as I saw the $102.99 they charged I called to cancel. I hadn't received anything yet. They told me it was too late the box would be delivered in the next few days & there was nothing they could do about it. Mind you, they charged me 2 wks b4 I got the box I did NOT ORDER! I told them I would refuse & send back, which is what I did. That was 1 month ago exactly. They told me it would take 20 days to get my refund. I called today 21 BUSINESS days later. Now they say they need to put in for a refund which will take another 4-5 business days(which is what they were supposed to be doing 1 month ago)! Very deceptive & FRAUDULENT 'business' practices. The Because sample I received was horrible & it leaked. Poise is much better. I don't recommend anyone do business with this shady company. I wish I had checked the reviews and better business bureau (they have a lot of complaints). I'll be putting one in TOO! Beware because they also don't send a return label & expect you to pay to send it back. If I hadn't refused I would've been stuck with at least $40-50 to return the big box!
After you pay for, well first of all the quality is horrible. The material sags and stretches enormously. The crotch area is narrow and don't contain protection from corner to corner exposing a gap which leaks escape. And lastly they trick you into placing an order unknowingly the very first time while paying for the sample. So I paid for the sample. Immediately thereafter a window pops up and says do you want to save on future orders by and get a discount for setting a future order. I accepted, this is after I'd paid for the sample. Also I indicated I wanted my future orders to begin a month and a half later. The following week I received an unknown box of supplies. I said well, might as well keep but I'll call customer service to remind them that I don't need until the end of March. Meanwhile, I tried one and couldn't believe the horrific quality. I phoned customer service alerted them of their mistake and asked that they supply me with a return label since the opportunity for sampling wasn't granted being that an entire shipment was delivered. I was told I was responsible for the return even though I never saw or agreed for a shipment to go out immediately. Go to your local pharmacy and buy a better brand or call *******527. They deliver all over the country and their quality is excellent for a great price. I decided to give this company a chance seeking for even better quality but I sure didn't expect bad quality to exist and a tricky, clever way to lure you to buying without knowledge. Btw, the brand I usually buy from the company with the 718 number is called Teena
I have been emailing and calling this company and telling them I no longer need their undergarments and they keep charging me for something I don't want or need. Like their ad says Cancel At Any Time not true I don't need a subscription for these drypers and they just sent an update on my payment info on the 29 or 30th and I didn't update info cause I don't need them anymore but they waited till the next day even though I told them either by phone or emailed them I was done with the undergarments and they took payment from my debit card anyway and this is not ok for them to do this it is an unauthorized transaction.
This company is dishonest and does not honor its return policy.
My account was canceled and product was still shipped and billed.
Do not buy from this merchant.
I heen trying to reach someone to return items thst gave me a rssh. They refer you to a portal that only creats another order. I asked for return lable to ship. Back the products i cant get help. I was charged $50 after a trisl. Offer and was not aware they would send me or bill me this is the worst company to reach or get any help through on line or in person
Do not order any free trial unless you want to be billed and taken advantage of and cant cancell your orders or get into your activity of account to cancell but just be billed for new orders

Found a snazzy looking awesome product of a hot pink Walker for elders, with a zebra stripped cool bag and accessories, searching on-line.
Was totally turned off to teach an off shore lady representative admittedly in the Philippines.
I already had a very compromised crappy to fraudulent experience earlier this year, similar, attempting to send flowers to a Friend after a death of her father. Had to cancel my credit card, got very angry and it was a horrible experience closer to criminal international fraud, than any actual on shore, authentic, trustworthy service. I am super disappointed that this is even allowed, let alone so common. Is this company trustworthy and reputable. I am learning that I don't so much care, nor want to know. I just don't really trust this off shore stuff, and will be more self protective, and not pursue any business with them. There are 2 sets of reviews for them, one great, and another awful. I won't rust bothering with them. What a waste of time, effort, and energy. Will just trust my family to find a viable immediate option at Walmart or similar.
This off shore phone representative said the product would take 7 -10 days to deliver, and still require assembly.
What appeared awesome, seems less so in reality.
The sucky reviews and the off shore, in the Phillips representative leave me disappointed at best, and mad, yet wiser for this hideous new trend!

They do not cancel orders and continue to charge your card. This is sheer extortion. It's a horrible company, do not use them.

On July 10,2019, I placed an order (re-order) online for underwear. The photo on the re-order sheet showed a women's underwear, but since the re-order request was emailed to ME, a gentleman, I just thought it was no big deal. After thinking about it for 5-10 minutes, I said I better check it out just to make sure. The person I was connected to at 10:52 a.m. (MT) was a male. I apprised him I just wanted to check whether the order I just placed I was for Men's underwear. He said, "There's nothing that can be done to change it." He didn't even say or ask for anything else. I informed him that I just placed it 10 minutes ago. He repeated the same. I then asked to speak with a manager, and he said "There's no manager." I then insisted for at least 5 minutes that I wanted to speak with a manager. He repeated the same. I then hung up.
I then said to myself, let me call again, and see whether I would get a more polite representative. Basically, SHE said the same thing, but at least said she indicated that she would try to change the order. I then informed her that if I didn't a confirmation of the change by the next morning, that I would be: 1. Cancelling my account with Because, 2. Informing my credit card company to stop any payment, 3. Sending ANYTHING that I received back to Because.
I don't know what kind of training program you have, but based on my experience with these two representatives I'm shaking my head. I'm also appalled to hear THAT YOU HAVE NO MANAGERS. It appears that you're cutting as much costs as possible, and that your customers have to go through the same thing that I'm experiencing. I'm sure they'll feel the same as I do, and hope that you pay the price.
No need to contact me, as I've already changed to a different supplier.

I have tried a lot of different incontinence underwear. I'm a large woman. I finally found one that fit well and I was okay with wearing on a daily basis! I signed up for the plan where I got 60 pairs of XL underwear a month. After receiving my second shipment, I received an email advising me that they now had XXL size available. I decided to give XXL a try and so I changed my 3rd shipment to XXL. To my amazement even though they were larger they ripped at the seams! I decided to change back to my original order of XL and had increased the count to 80. I received my 4th shipment yesterday, 3/5/20, and I went to put a pair n this morning. THEY WERE SO SMALL I COULDN'T PULL THEM ALL THE WAY UP! I contacted Customer Support and was advised that the underwear I received was their new underwear because the Classic Underwear, which is what I originally ordered and had been receiving, was no longer available! Since I had changed from XL to XXL and back to XL I no longer qualified for the Classic XL because I had changed my plan! No where on the order page did it state that if you changed your plan you would no longer qualify to receive the Classic Underwear! Even though it is available to those who were receiving it and didn't make changes to their plan, I'm being penalized because I tried a different size at their prompting! Now if I return the items I have to pay for the return shipment, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR PRODUCT,!
They are slow about getting packages deliverd and bad customer service I had to go to the store to get the stuff I need and they refuse a refund
Charged me $75.89 for item I did not order. DO NOT VISIT THEIR WEBSITE! This is how they SCAM you! AA
Both my husband who has Alzheimer's and I have more peace of mind because we know that we will not wake up to wet sheets when he wears Because underwear.

Cancelling your subscription is not as difficult as you think. To do this, never give these people your credit card #. Instead, use Paypal. Paypal gets you cancelled, quickly. However, they can't guaranteed your refund, because you agreed to billing terms, that were "BURIED SOME WHERE DEEP IN THE LITERATURE OR WEBSITE" you viewed. This company may have possibly, uses tricks when marketing their products. They tout their product with plenty of information and many pictures. However, they don't do much to make certain that (you). The consumer are aware that you are in fact signing a contract, (until cancelled). They do this by: BURYING critical, helpful and informative information that will help you make a better decision as a purchaser.:

11/27/20 This is an update to my original review:
Today, I received a package from Because Market, that contained 4 pkgs of the original products that I rec'd on trial. I am not apologizing for my original comments, but must say in all honesty I am happy with the delivery. When I first saw the charge for over $33, I thought it was for the 1 package of 12 or 15 garments(whatever) when I saw the delivery contained 4 packages, I did not feel like I was not getting the best deal for my money.
After my initial contact with Paypal, they discontinued the auto-pay options, that I referenced in my earlier comment, denied my refund citing the BURIED billing terms that I did not see. All in all, I repeat I am happy with this delivery.
My only suggestion to Because Market, be certain that the customer understands that the trial does automatically deem you to auto-bill and delivery. Make that fact conspicuous, clearly and highly visible. People are going to buy your product, or they are not, but, they will have more respect for your effort, and are certainly more likely to refer you to friends and family.
From this point on, I will contact Because Market for future deliveries on a single-pay-single-delivery basis. At the end of the day... the products work for me.
