I especially like the fact that the pad runs high from front to back. I also like the fact that if I slightly use it when I pull it back up it doesn't fell wet! The only time they don't work as well is when I absolutely flood, but the customer service is impressive. It's been 2 years since i first got my purchase - highly recommend
Our products were shipped on the 28 of February and have not arrived as of March 16. I spoke to a representative at Because on March 14 and she stated that it takes 7 to 10 business days. 10 days was the 11th. She said she was going to forward to Operations and they would contact me. I have not heard from anyone. She also tried to get me to purchase additional products. We are getting these for my Dad. He likes the product - 5 stars. Shipping and customer service gets 1 star.
I cancelled my membership within 16 days of receiving my samples and it was confirmed. The following month I did not receive any shipment but the second month I did. I notified Because by phone and email and returned the product. Now I'm being told I can't get a refund because I never cancelled. In the meantime my husband passed away 11/9. Please beware.
They shipped out an order the day after confirming cancellation and then wanted me to pay shipping and handling to return it. Terrible customer service and seems to be money grubbing on anyone they can get away with it.
Continuation of review, they charged my credit card for merchandise I did not order nor have received.
The bank is handling this for me. The refund did come today $47.12.
I wish I had never heard of this company. Stay Away.
Signed up for sample $2,99. Received package. Next a notice to receive $69.in merchandise that I did not order, It was not disclosed or attached in anyway that you are ordering any merchandise. Yet it is to be shipped within 2 days. Trying to Cancel is an impossible feat. Do Not Sign Up for Sample on Facebook. Never again. I will place a phone call today to try again and cancel and if that is not successful will cancel credit card.

Searching for adult pull ups was a huge task for me until I discovered Because products. Their pull ups as well as the Booster pads makes me more confident to leave the house!

This product is great but the shipping is horrendous! I've had a problem EVERY month. They quickly take my money but I wait, and wait, and wait for the merchandise and sometimes it's not completely fulfilled. This month I ordered 140 undergarments for my 91 year old mother and received 20. I called the customer support line that isn't based in the sates and they literally have no way of transferring you to the actual company that's supposedly based in Massachusetts. They can't help, not because they don't want to, but because there's absolutely nothing they can do to help you. The companies name lives up to the answer you get when you ask why you haven't received the product you paid for, just "BECAUSE". What a joke!
Don't buy the testimonials. They're probably written by Because employees. As far as I am concerned they are crooks who, when I contacted them within the first 2 week (well within the first 30 day period for a refund), they refused to return my money. They then hit me a 2nd time for more money. These are sisters and crooks.
I have ordered from because market for over a year and a half. They were life savers (i am in my 20s and was finally diagnosed with diabetes insipidus after years of night time incontinence that I was told I would "grow out of") because I did not want to deal with the humiliation of standing in the walgreens line with a pack of what is essentially adult diapers. A few months ago, they double charged me and sent me 2 shipments of pads (over 100 pads!) And I wasnt thrilled but accepted it because they were actually useful. Little did I know that BC must have recently changed suppliers without notifying me because these pads dont have any coverage and now im stuck with a ton of product that is useless. So what do I do? Buy a bed protector from this company in hopes the leaks won't ruin my sheets (spoiler: im a restless sleeper and the bed pad bunches up!) So now im back so square one of almost daily leaks.
I ordered the trial sample. The very next day I cancelled. They sent me a huge box heavy and charged me? 135. I called to return it because they throw it on your door step. You have to have a Hex number and another thing with their return address. It cost me $54.00 to return. They should be in jail. No return labels. The man on the phone is the same voice as the supervisor. What a pain. Run folks.
I have been using Because for several months. I love the convenience Because I don't need to go to the store once a month and decide which had I am going to choose sense the pad I like is most likely not available. With because I always get what I like and I can customize my order each month. The pads I get are exactly what I need as far as absorbency.
I'm very happy with the pads from this company, I was able to adjust to get the right pads for me. The company is very easy to work with and you can adjust how many and how often they ship them to you. I used to be a Poise pads customer, but these are much better.

6/12/20 noticed My account was being charged for a recurring charge. Thought I had cancelled, 6/13/20 Did cancel the recurring charge. Was told to late. Did not receive item until6/26/20. And it was not the recurring item originally ordered as they were out and the sent an alternative product, which did not compare with original item. But still had the gall to charge me anyway.
The first time I bought & used Because, I was not pleased with them, because I had ordered the wrong size. This time I am very pleased with the feel & fit. I do feel they are over-priced. The comfort of my new order are much better in the feel & fit. They absorb very good
After I sampled sanitary wipes and diapers I was sent bedpads unrelated to my sample and charged $82.76 on credit card and this all took place before I could place my order. Getting refunded is a hassle
Never received a large order that we counted on being delivered in 5-7 days. They wouldn't track the pkg. And worst of all they refused to send even a small pkg. Overnight. They are not, to say the least, customer friendly.
I ordered a sample for my father and he did not like the fit. I put a delay and then a cancelation but the product was shipped anyway. I was informed that a restocking fee would be a applied upon return. I went to the post office to return the product, shipping fees would be $52.00. This company wants your money with little satisfaction to the customer. DONT ORDER THE SAMPLE.
I tried these after reading the reviews. Even though I thought it was weird they were all 5 stars. They didn't work for me I told them so denied the addnl 2.99 pkg said no thanks and they still mailed me 51. Worth of them. And in order to get my money back I have to pay for returning them. Not only that they charged me I called them said what are you doing I said no and they mailed them 2 days after that! I called them back and said you really mailed them 2 days AFTER I had another conversation about they don't work for me? They had the nerve to go thru a entire list of more crapola from them I'd never buy! These are the worst I've ever used. Parts are stuck together from the factory they bunch up and slide every where they should be. And that's what I told them where are the real reviews on their site?

I can see that you emailed us to ask to cancel on September 28. A customer care agent responded on 9/30. He asked what went wrong, and provided you with a link where you could cancel your account. I don't see any emails after that until after the next shipment went out on 11/4.
In consideration of your situation I've done a full refund of that 11/4 shipment. You should receive it in a few days on your Visa card. Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
