I had 2 accounts with Because. One for my mom, living in FL and one for me, in MA. I cancelled my account and returned the 60 overnight diapers, 60 days ago and still waiting for a refund. I have called customer service and have spoken to more than 8 different people, and have written emails, with absolutely no appropriate response ever! They charge your credit card immediately for an order that did not even ship! I am extremely frustrated dealing with this horrible customer service. I have asked repeatedly that a rep from USA contact me, to date - never received a call or email back. I am filing a complaint with better business bureau. I would not recommend this company simply because of customer service!
I ordered a single product, with the 2 week trial period. I noted many people had a hard time getting their order or subscription cancelled ( for whatever reason). I didn't find their product to be comfortably fitting, for me, but when I called to cancel, the young woman I spoke with (Jenny G.) processed my request easily and simply. I received an immediate conformation email of the cancellation. She still had to recite her list of required options. I expected this, and we laughed as she did. In the end, that the product didn't suit me was not the her or the company's fault. But I give them credit for keeping their word about the cancellation process.

I received a bag of pads that I had not finished ordering because I had changed my mind. The company has been emailing nonstop trying to get me to buy "more." I have had eleven messages today alone! I have threatened them with our attorney general's office. Avoid these people!
I put a hold on my account as I was not using as many each month and have been stockpiling. This month I didn't receive a text message but did notice a withdrawal from my bank account. When I called they responded that it had already been scanned by FedEx and could not cancel the order. Because I am on a fixed income and didn't know about this order, I have been now overdrawn on my account and I'm being charged an overdrawn fee. So these are actually costing me twice as much with the fee added
I have been using the Willow disposable underwear for over a year now. I used them for when I have my period as I've tried everything else and always had issues especially with leaking. These don't leak and are so comfortable and stretch out nicely if the leg holes feel too tight. They are breathable as well. They last me two months. With shipping they are just under $19 for 20 but I have noticed the price has gone up to under $22. They also work for intended purpose as I had tried everything for my 94 year old grandmother who was starting to get dementia an couldn't remember to use the restroom sometimes. These where great they didn't leak and no wet bed to change in the morning. I also don't have to change my sheets all the time like I did with other period products I've used for over 20 years. These are wonderful! Very comfortable and soft outside too and don't look like you have a diaper on with a little form fitting clothes. I am 5'11 weigh 185 and wear the L/XL.
I am 83 years old and have been using BECAUSE premium pads for quite some time and love the quality of the moderate brand. When there was a mixup one month, the company replaced my product and did not charge me. I have had such trouble with most other online companies. It was refreshing to be able to talk to their reps. I love the convenience of trying all the other products also. Thanks BECAUSE! Give them a try...
From beginning and it has never improved. Customer communications with company is poor. They can't seem to adjust to our needs. The product is great, but i am very annoyed by lack of being able to communicate. They never tell me anything or ask me anything. And any request on my part has to be over the phone, which is inconvenient for me. I do dont hear well over the phone. But online communications is nonexistent. Plus i often do not have a phone to use. They claim to inform of delivery and payment but never have. I just got a delivery that i tried to cancel a couple weeks ago.
These undergarments are nice, but i have somewhat against them. They don't stretch very well and so are hard to get on. The upper part itches and the ends of the seams stick into me and hurt. I hesitate to get larger size in order to solve part of the problem.
I ordered the underwear because the picture looked like they were fitted. The 2x are fitted around the waistband but the lower part is like bloomers! Oh my gosh I hate the fit and the wrinkles show from under my slacks! Then I liked the band between the legs thinking that it would prevent leaking and it didn't! My urine ran right out onto the floor. I am so very disappointed! It was pretty much a pain to cancel the future orders as Tony kept trying to sell me on more. At least it's cancelled and I'll just have to use these up overnight with a bed pad for protection. This is so disappointing!
I ordered their nighttime protective underwear for my wife. It's not a very good product because it rips so easily when you try to move it around. Once I found a better product off the shelf at the local drugstore, I tried desperately to cancel my automatic order, but they kept coming and coming! When I thought I had canceled for sure, I received a double order. And when you need to return them, they do not provide a label. I would advise working with some different company.

This underwear is very comfortable to wear and very efficient in not overflowing. The leg, openings are comfortably tight and prevent leakage without discomfort. The underwear is a bit more bulky than the "regular", but I became used to it in short order. It also provides a good, secure feeling.
They offer a sample for $2.99 without making it clear they are going to auto ship and Chatham your CC. They Refuse to send a return label or even issue a full refund. It will cost as much to send it back as they would refund me. Do not recommend doing business with them.
I wanted an easy way to buy underwear without going to Walgreens. They deliver each month for a good price so I dont have to deal with the store clerks who dont know anything. I see some folks complaining about cancelling - I didnt call to cancel but I did call once to change size and that was easy
I tried the Maximum pads, not on Auto-ship but just one time. I only ordered 20 so I had to pay for shipping. Well it was worth it. I think the pads are very good, they said that they were better than the Always and I agree. They are sticky enough on the bottom and hold well, and don't leak at night.
I had high hopes for these with their ads showing absorption of many cups of fluid. I just peed into my boots in the parking lot of the store. Embarrassed and soaked and I had to drive home like that. These are no better than the undergarments I get for free from medicaid. IT was a big investment for me to try these and I'm terribly disappointed
I paid $2.99 for a sample pack. It was ok. I didn't order two boxes of the pull incontinence pads. I told them that I did not want their product since I get pads free from Medicare. I was emailed by Reg from Because that I did not inform them in a timely manner. Because they only refund me $5. I am a senior citizen who is on a fixed income. This is fraud!
The Because Market (formerly Hexa & Co) provided garments to my father. While I notified them of the death, and the credit card stopped working, they kept shipping for two months. Then, said it had been too long to take a return or issue a refund.
Sent a sample. Exactly what we needed. Then our first regular shipment was a totally different item. And the emails I am receiving... are telling me it's a new improved item... I did not pay for a different item. I paid for the item I requested. They even asked me to send pictures of what I received. Which I did... still not wanting to give me my $$ back. The larger one in the photo is what I received in the sample and what I need to keep getting. So please tell me these are the same? No they are not. And for some people this won't matter for my disabled son it does matter.
At least 30% of the last Because Market brief order sent to my gf was a defective lot. She'd attempt to don it, and the left side seam would fall apart in her hand, rendering the brief useless. I handed her one, the left side fell apart in my gentle grasp(I referred to it as melting away, at the time). Better inspection process, please.
