I put a hold on my account as I was not using as many each month and have been stockpiling. This month I didn't receive a text message but did notice a withdrawal from my bank account. When I called they responded that it had already been scanned by FedEx and could not cancel the order. Because I am on a fixed income and didn't know about this order, I have been now overdrawn on my account and I'm being charged an overdrawn fee. So these are actually costing me twice as much with the fee added

Tip for consumers:
It would have been nice if they had texted me about the order as they had the other months,that way I would have been able to cancel it as I had too many left from the last 2 orders and would have also been able to change the delivery date and not charged the overdrawn fee
