BUYERS BEWARE... I ordered from this site and received a completely different order. They were happy to take my money. The product they sent me I had purchased on another site for $9.64 and they charged me $73.00 and change. I have emailed the contact email for customer support from my order 3 separate times and they have never responded. Please do not buy from this site. My order number was #6667. As you can see from the photo attached I ordered 2 Halston Woman 1.7 oz spray. I received 1 Halston AMBER Woman, not what I paid for. As I have all the documentation, my next step, as they have not responded, is to contact one of the business bureaus that deal with on-line sales.
Do not buy anything from this company. Bad business, never reply, take your money and run. Stay away. Your waisting your money if you think you're going to get anything.
Do not ever order from this scam of a company. I placed an order for perfume for $65.22 on 7/6/20 and I have never received it and it is now October. You get no response when you send an email and the phone number is just a place to leave a message(no callbacks). Please do not give this fake business any more of your money. I disputed this charge with my bank and had the charges reversed. I PRAY THAT THIS SCAM IS PUT OUT OF BUSINESS VERY SOON. When it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I will only order perfume from a reputable company.
I placed an order on June 5th. I have had no further communication from beauty price match about the perfume that I ordered. I have attempted to return by text and buy email and I also called the phone number and left a message on two occasions in August. Still no response today is September 27th
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will never see your order and never hear from them again! I ordered product on July 20,2020 and still have not received delivery! In addition, no one responds to email or any other form of communication
I have been order the eye sunscreen for the price double than regular price over 2 months but i didn't received my order yet. I try to contact by email and phone but nobody response f*ck this website so frustrated now.

Ordered product on May 30,2020. On June 21,2020, received an email stating the product was shipped, but with no tracking number. Instructions said to click to get tracking information, which I did, but there was no tracking functionality.
Emailed, called, and tried the "online chat" to contact the company. Emails are ignored, the phone number leads to a generic "leave a message" mailbox, and the online chat is always broken. I reported company to the Better Business Bureau, but they still have a website presence.
Please save yourself your money, your time, and your effort -- this website is an absolute scam.
Ordered a product and got an email a week later saying it was on it's way. No tracking number at all and I've called the number and emailed multiple times. I would NEVER order from this company again. I have requested a refund and threatened the Better Business Bureau, still nothing! I pray no one else gets scammed by this company.
Ordered perfume on May 10,2020. They took my money and said it shipped. Never got the perfume. Taking one's money and not providing the goods ordered is akin to stealing! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company did not respond to them. Most recently I contacted the Attorney General in Delaware and lodged a complaint with them. Will see what happens. I will never again order from Beauty Price Match... nor should anyone else. Buyer Beware!
Ordered men's cologne on 7/8/20, to date, no product or notification from Company to provide status. Attempting to contact via cell phone, automated system alerted merchant has not set up voice mail message system. Attempted to reach via text, unable to do so! Definitely disputing with my financial institution. Please, buyer beware!
I was charged on June 24th for a mascara and have yet to get it. No tracking has been provided and every attempt at contact has gone unanswered. Unacceptable.
I ordered my face cream on 06/25/20 and I have never received the product. I thought it's been taking a time for longer shipping because of quarantine. After more than 2 months, I started to check shipping information and there's no information and I e-mailed them, no reply, nothing. I am reporting to my credit card company and see what they can do. I wish I have read all these reviews before ordering.
Buyer beware! If price looks too good to be true, it is. I ordered an Armani foundation over a month ago and still no product. Emailed customer service 3 times without a single response. I now need to file a dispute with my credit card company so I am not charged. This site should be taken down for fraud.
