I was seduced by a price of $215.50 for the La Prairie Stress Cream. They charged me this on 3/05/20. They then said the it shipped on 3/07/20. I have not received it and I live in a house where we look out for each other. I was defrauded $215.50. I will be contacting Chase Bank and the FBI shortly.

Now that I see the other poor reviews, I'm not surprised. Still, it is disappointing to have people use unethical behavior in business and as humans in general. I paid for 3 lipsticks and received 1.

This company needs to be shut down and prosecuted.

I was stupid enough to order from this seemingly legit company over a month ago.No way to track ANY thing, they "say" order was fulfilled on the receipt page. There is no phone number legit to contact them thru. They will NOT respond to emails! I sm so furious with these scammers. Who do I contact besides BBB?

Fraud. I contacted fraud division as the phone number mailbox is not set up. Canceled my card and waiting for word from the bank

This site is a rip-off. Ordered items for my mother, at Christmas. They never arrived. I emailed twice. I have called and mailboxes are not set up. Please stay away from this site.

I ordered a product from their website and never received it! The phone numbers are fake and the email address never responded after repeated attempts. They ripped me off for $300. Spread the word. I will always check for legitimacy before I send a website any credit card information. Put myself at risk for credit card fraud now. I reported them to the US Government online fraud center.

I can't believe I fell for this site. Stay away. This is not a real sales site. The contact numbers are phony. They will send you "tracking info" for your purchase which will just be a link to a tracking service. Also goes by buybeautybrands.com
