Buyer beware! If price looks too good to be true, it is. I ordered an Armani foundation over a month ago and still no product. Emailed customer service 3 times without a single response. I now need to file a dispute with my credit card company so I am not charged. This site should be taken down for fraud.

Ordered men's cologne on 7/8/20, to date, no product or notification from Company to provide status. Attempting to contact via cell phone, automated system alerted merchant has not set up voice mail message system. Attempted to reach via text, unable to do so! Definitely disputing with my financial institution. Please, buyer beware!

I ordered my face cream on 06/25/20 and I have never received the product. I thought it's been taking a time for longer shipping because of quarantine. After more than 2 months, I started to check shipping information and there's no information and I e-mailed them, no reply, nothing. I am reporting to my credit card company and see what they can do. I wish I have read all these reviews before ordering.

I have been order the eye sunscreen for the price double than regular price over 2 months but i didn't received my order yet. I try to contact by email and phone but nobody response f*ck this website so frustrated now.

I placed an order on June 5th. I have had no further communication from beauty price match about the perfume that I ordered. I have attempted to return by text and buy email and I also called the phone number and left a message on two occasions in August. Still no response today is September 27th

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will never see your order and never hear from them again! I ordered product on July 20,2020 and still have not received delivery! In addition, no one responds to email or any other form of communication

I ordered and purchased 3.3 oz of Gris Clair on June 7th and have emailed numerous times and have called and left messages and tried to chat to inquire after this order. NO RESPONSE. No emails after the order confirm and NO product. This is a complete scam site.

I ordered my boyfriend 2 bottles of cologne on May 25, received an email saying it was shipped June 5th. Today July 17, still haven't received my purchase, I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times with no response. Beyond frustrated.

Now that I see the other poor reviews, I'm not surprised. Still, it is disappointing to have people use unethical behavior in business and as humans in general. I paid for 3 lipsticks and received 1.

I ordered Bb Sunday Shampoo 46 days ago and still haven't received it. Only communication was 11 days later saying your order is on the way. 35 days later still waiting. They haven't responded to my last two emails looking for an update.

I ordered something for my moms birthday on June 23,2020. I still have not received anything. I have made several calls and emails and not once have I received a response. I place an order then received email stating it had shipped and to us the app, shop to track it. The app didn't showed any tracking. Just wanted me to mark it as delivered. I emailed them 3 times and have yet to receive product or reply. I then messaged them on Instagram and got no reply. Obviously they are scamming me and getting away with it. You reap what you sow! Placed my order on 6/23/20. Received an email that it shipped on 07/02/20. No tracking number provided. Never received order. Tried to call, but can only leave a message. Never received a return call. Emailed, but never received a response. I just saw the warnings posted about this site. Called credit card company to dispute charges of almost $250.

I ordered a product from their website and never received it! The phone numbers are fake and the email address never responded after repeated attempts. They ripped me off for $300. Spread the word. I will always check for legitimacy before I send a website any credit card information. Put myself at risk for credit card fraud now. I reported them to the US Government online fraud center.
