Now that I see the other poor reviews, I'm not surprised. Still, it is disappointing to have people use unethical behavior in business and as humans in general. I paid for 3 lipsticks and received 1.

This company needs to be shut down and prosecuted.

I ordered on May 20,2020 - they said they shipped the items on May 28,2020 (why would it take 8 days to ship?)... Here it is June 9,2020 and still no product has been delivered - If no product has arrived by June 12,2020 I'll ask my Credit Card Co. To reverse the charges. Unlikely to ever shop here again!

I place an order then received email stating it had shipped and to us the app, shop to track it. The app didn't showed any tracking. Just wanted me to mark it as delivered. I emailed them 3 times and have yet to receive product or reply. I then messaged them on Instagram and got no reply. Obviously they are scamming me and getting away with it. You reap what you sow! Good luck Beauty Price Match. Give me back my money!

I was stupid enough to order from this seemingly legit company over a month ago.No way to track ANY thing, they "say" order was fulfilled on the receipt page. There is no phone number legit to contact them thru. They will NOT respond to emails! I sm so furious with these scammers. Who do I contact besides BBB?

Placed my order on 6/23/20. Received an email that it shipped on 07/02/20. No tracking number provided. Never received order. Tried to call, but can only leave a message. Never received a return call. Emailed, but never received a response. I just saw the warnings posted about this site. Called credit card company to dispute charges of almost $250.

This website is a complete scam. I ordered 2 of the same product which came out to 88$, and ONLY RECIEVED ONE! Not only that but the one I recieved was not the one that was advertised on their website. They ripped me off 44$ and I have not been able to contact them at all. I'VE TRIED 6 TIMES TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY! THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME! I AM EXTREMELY FURIOUS.

Ordered $87.00 perfume back in March and heard it was on Its way April 7. I know Covid happened but no communication. It's Memorial Day weekend, still no communication. I am out 87.00$! If I could give a negative star, I would. I feel sad, disappointed. Why do people have to be so?

I was seduced by a price of $215.50 for the La Prairie Stress Cream. They charged me this on 3/05/20. They then said the it shipped on 3/07/20. I have not received it and I live in a house where we look out for each other. I was defrauded $215.50. I will be contacting Chase Bank and the FBI shortly.

I ordered a cologne for my husband for valentine's day 125.00. I actually recieved something an empty sample bottle of what I ordered. I emailed them and they did respond and told me they where gonna send my order, well that never happened and now they don't respond at all to my emails. There is never no answer on the phone number they provide. Please pass this on they are definitely a RIP OFF DON'T ORDER this is what was sent, it was suppose to be 3.4 oz

Never received my product. The chat function on their website-does not work, They never respond to any emails, and both phone numbers ( the one on the website- and the one that appears on my credit card statement) - only have recordings that state their mailbox is not set up and you cannot leave a message. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and have filed an FTC complaint.

I ordered my face cream on 06/25/20 and I have never received the product. I thought it's been taking a time for longer shipping because of quarantine. After more than 2 months, I started to check shipping information and there's no information and I e-mailed them, no reply, nothing. I am reporting to my credit card company and see what they can do. I wish I have read all these reviews before ordering.

I Ordered on February 6th 4 bottles of after shave for 251 USD and did not receive it to the day (March 11th)!
Total fraud! Do not buy anything from them. I will contact the BBB!

Ordered perfume on May 10,2020. They took my money and said it shipped. Never got the perfume. Taking one's money and not providing the goods ordered is akin to stealing! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company did not respond to them. Most recently I contacted the Attorney General in Delaware and lodged a complaint with them. Will see what happens. I will never again order from Beauty Price Match... nor should anyone else. Buyer Beware!

Ordered and paid. Never received. No communication after asking me to be patient. Complete fraud. Do not order anything from these crooks.

I ordered on May 18 and it supposedly shipped on 5/27. I have sent several emails and NO ONE has replied. It's June 26th. I will never recommend or purchase from this company again. My order was for lip gloss totaling$46.00. The only thing they did promptly was take my money.

Fraud. I contacted fraud division as the phone number mailbox is not set up. Canceled my card and waiting for word from the bank

I ordered my boyfriend 2 bottles of cologne on May 25, received an email saying it was shipped June 5th. Today July 17, still haven't received my purchase, I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times with no response. Beyond frustrated.

Really wish i would've read these reviews before purchasing from beautypricematch. I ordered a perfume from them on june 11th & it was supposedly "shipped out" on june 30th. It's now july 28th, almost a month since it's been "shipped", and i have received nothing. Their chat on the website doesn't work and they don't answer to calls or emails. I'm beyond pissed & disappointed, they scammed me out of $50?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, THEY'RE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS.

Wish I would have checked this site before ordering. I placed an order on 02-14-2020 and was charged $209+ on 02-15-2020. I tried contacting them 02-21 and 02-22 via email w/no response and calling, their voice mail has not been initialized. On 02-26-2020 received notice they shipped the item. When trying to track they provided no shipping information to Arrive. As of today, 03-17-2020, nothing received.

Ordered men's cologne on 7/8/20, to date, no product or notification from Company to provide status. Attempting to contact via cell phone, automated system alerted merchant has not set up voice mail message system. Attempted to reach via text, unable to do so! Definitely disputing with my financial institution. Please, buyer beware!

Ordered Shampoo on June 5th, told me it shipped, never arrived, never responded to emails. They're thieves.
