Really wish i would've read these reviews before purchasing from beautypricematch. I ordered a perfume from them on june 11th & it was supposedly "shipped out" on june 30th. It's now july 28th, almost a month since it's been "shipped", and i have received nothing. Their chat on the website doesn't work and they don't answer to calls or emails. I'm beyond pissed & disappointed, they scammed me out of $50?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, THEY'RE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS.
I place an order then received email stating it had shipped and to us the app, shop to track it. The app didn't showed any tracking. Just wanted me to mark it as delivered. I emailed them 3 times and have yet to receive product or reply. I then messaged them on Instagram and got no reply. Obviously they are scamming me and getting away with it. You reap what you sow! Good luck Beauty Price Match. Give me back my money!
This company is a fraud and a rip off. I ordered product five weeks ago. After getting notification product was "on the way" no product was received and I've gotten no response to numerous phone calls and emails. Stay clear of this outfit.
I paid $70 for perfume never received it. Emailed and called several times no response! This company is a joke.
Order placed 6/20. Email received 7/2 that the product ordered shipped. This company uses an app called 'SHOP' to help you track your order. The information I received from this app indicated it shipped 7/2. No other tracking info. Surprise. It is now 7/24 and the 'SHOP' app still says it happily shipped 7/2. It is likely the 'SHOP' app is in on this deception as well. Be cautious an skeptical of this company. I suggest to save your money and buy elsewhere and more importantly, buy local. Do NOT order from this ugly Beauty Price Match company. The peeps who give good reviews likely work for commission for this loser company. I am mad and frustrated with placing an honest order and receiving nothing in return. My credit card was charged right away with no recourse because of their clever 30 day no refund policy. Before the 30 days was up, I emailed them 3 times and received zero response. Heed the poor reviews of the poor souls who've already lost their hard earned money including myself, and stay away from this lame company. I lost $102 dollars. It stings to lose this kind of money. It is likely this lame company will read this review and laugh all the way to their Canadian/Norwegian banks. Keep US dollars in US hands - it's better for all US citizens. My mistake is that I didn't heed the reviews and found their product reasonable priced and felt comfortable to make a purchase. In my opinion, this company (or peeps) should be held responsible to the full extent of the law for defrauding good and honest peeps.
Placed my order on 6/23/20. Received an email that it shipped on 07/02/20. No tracking number provided. Never received order. Tried to call, but can only leave a message. Never received a return call. Emailed, but never received a response. I just saw the warnings posted about this site. Called credit card company to dispute charges of almost $250.
I ordered $200 worth of Armani Code Baum on June 1. I was emailed that it shipped on June 18. It I July 21 and I have not received the shipment. They got me for $134 said products shipped a month ago however no tracking available and refuse to refund site looks legit but Byers beware when I didn't receive product I then went to ALL the negative reviews and cases against them with BBB... DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered my boyfriend 2 bottles of cologne on May 25, received an email saying it was shipped June 5th. Today July 17, still haven't received my purchase, I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times with no response. Beyond frustrated.
Never received my product. The chat function on their website-does not work, They never respond to any emails, and both phone numbers ( the one on the website- and the one that appears on my credit card statement) - only have recordings that state their mailbox is not set up and you cannot leave a message. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and have filed an FTC complaint.
I ordered on June 28,2020. Today is the 7/16/2020. Still nothing, no chat available, no email reply, no product. I am convinced I bought them cheap for 68$.

I ordered Bb Sunday Shampoo 46 days ago and still haven't received it. Only communication was 11 days later saying your order is on the way. 35 days later still waiting. They haven't responded to my last two emails looking for an update.
