This was the worst online experience I've ever had. I bought a bunch of items on Black Friday as a gift for my fiancée at the discounted price and a few days later decided to buy two more items at the regular price. When I received my updated email I saw that all the discounted items were updated to the original price and didn't get charged until 10 Days later! I had to cancel the order even though I had proof from my bank with the original purchasing dates and prices. This place is garbage and that's why I will never buy from a place that isn't the official merchant. Now I need to scramble and figure out another gift before Christmas. I'll be posting this on multiple review sites.

My experience with BeautyLish was wonderful for a first time buyer like myself who had never heard of BeautyLish. BeautyLish truly cares for their customers with the box the products come in neatly packaged and the welcome card you get inside. My order was a Christmas present to my mom. Despite ordering a week before Christmas and ordering on a Friday midnight the package came in two days! I was so surprised with the shipping I knew I was going to love giving the gift to my mom. The products came in excellent condition! My mom loved all the products I have ordered and I had recommended her to order off this site and others who are into makeup! I HIGHLY recommend BeautyLish! You'll find so many amazing brands you probably never heard of at a GREAT price.

I had a great experience with beautylish with both of my orders. The most important for me as a customer: good product description, product selection, easy payment, prompt shipping. Also, I would like to highlight the packaging- though, I would love them to go with a simpler ecopackage, products (packed by Angela) arrived beautifully wrapped in printed paper with a personal artistic touch, making my shopping experience even more satisfying. Always order BioDerma products there- will remain there customer.

I found Beautylish when I learned about The Ordinary skincare line. Doing a lot of online shopping, I almost always research new retailers. Even though The Ordinary products are extremely inexpensive, I didn't want to get taken for a ride.

I can't say enough good things about this site/app! If your skincare isn't limited to drugstore brands, I'd bookmark Beautylish right now. (Seriously... go now!)

I've now purchased twice from Beautylish and have had two very positive experiences... I'm certain I will have many more in the future!

I have to say this site sucks i had been advised i could return something that was just shy of 90 days i was happy seeing how there swatches were way off anyway well i had to call multiple times and i would always get the same answer "your get an email within 24 hours for someone can help you" well don't you know i NEVER got an email EVER and when i would call back i would get the same bs so of course weeks go by and i finally got in touch with someone about this problem over the phone and i was told now its 4 months so they cannot return the items. So i tried explaining this was there fault because i was getting the run around but they don't care that was my problem for some reason so now I'm stuck with $#*! products that i was duped into buying because there swatches were so off. I WILL BE RETURNING EVERYTHING I HAVE PURCHASED WITHIN 90 DAYS AND WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY!
