I ordered nearly $200 worth of makeup that never arrived. The company told me that it's my fault it didn't arrive but they will generously offer me a 25% credit! WHAT A NICE GESTURE! Not. Don't waste your time here, pay the extra few dollars for a legit company. Also makeup brands, do not associate your names with this company! Disgusting. I've seen through these reviews i'm not the only one who has suffered this way either. Should be ashamed!
Web site easy to use. Happy, did not expect it to be the perfect color, but it was. Shipping was fast and product was wrapped securely. I will return to order from Beauty Joint. Will recommend this company.
Order 60 dollars of makeup. Over a month and it's still not here.It saying it shipped on the 12 of Feb. It's now the 1st of March and still no sign of my order. It's so upsetting because I ordered once before and I never had issues but at this point it beyond a joke.
I had trouble ordering the item. I called and was given excellent customer service. I ask for a Manager she had me do a screen shot so she could view the error. She walked me through how to do that as well. She told me what I needed to do and resolved the problem. I got my order and am totally pleased

Order BJ*******...i ordered 4 days back. Pay aed 800, till now there is no update. No contact number, no office address. I have being writing emails like a ghost and there is no one of the other side. They are asking my debit card photo, bank statement pictures...I mean what the hell why you need all these details. Well I need my money back...done with you guys. I better pay to sephora and get genuine products. You guys are fraud...I need mymoney money back...worst
Spent $1000's on my first order and given a false tracking DHL are saying it's beauty joints fault and they won't respond or help!
On trust pilot it says they have scammed so many people and the loss on our business will be devastating DO NOT USE THEM I'm sure half of the reviews are fake!
Amazing online store. I have never had an issue with this website... they have all the best "drugstore" makeup and have recently added a couple more high-end products to the site as well. They ship quickly (I got my package in under 5 business days)!
I love this company. Been ordering from them for years. They often have what I'm looking for and never have an issue with bad packaging or anything as well as very reasonable pricing.
I placed an order on 6/13 and received my order 6/17. Really fast shipping, but I live in the same state they're based in so it might've just been fast for me. The prices were average, nothing came damaged, and customer service was fine. I contacted asking why I was charged for shipping because I hit the $25 minimum and met all other requirements, and they responded promptly with an updated policy stating that only certain items qualify. So one star is removed for the misleading free shipping policy. At the time it didn't say that it needed to say "FS" in the item code for it to qualify for free shipping and it turns out only one of my items qualified, but the page was updated after the interaction. And the shipping didn't cost much anyways, just $3 something, for a $25+ order.
I was a little worried about buying on this website as Id be shipping to Australia; so I was expecting shipping to either take a whole month or cost me a fortune. Although there were several shipping options, some being very pricey, I chose standard with tracking and my order came in just under 8 days! Like how?!?!? 8 days to Australia with just standard shipping! Products were not damaged either. Im very happy with my purchase.
I placed an order for 105$ and for a month they have not sent me tracking information. They dont respond to my emails or phone calls. I reported to paypal and they contacted me that the order was ready to ship but I needed to close my case with paypal so that it wont be a conflict. I did that and since then nothing. I dont advice anyone to buy from that site. They may seem legitimate but think twice. They are scammers.
Buyers be aware. Don't buy from this website. My credit card was hacked right after using it on this website, over $10,000 charges to my card. All foreign charges. My bank is working to get things straightened out Their security system is very poor. You will not be protected. All of your personal information will be available for public to see. Also I bought 7 eyeliners and I only received 4 items in the mail. I'm trying to get them to refund my money back. One of my item didn't come in its original authentic packaging. They claimed to be shipping from California, but the tracking traces back to be coming from China

DO NOT buy from this "company". I received my items late, never opened them and sent them back due to not being the color I wanted (I could see this through the ends of the bubble wrap that was wrapped around it). They refunded me half of my amount because they said I used one of the items! NOT true. I waited on hold forever, they hung up on me and then they said there was a fingerprint on the item and that i was lying and opened it. Glad I didn't actually keep and use this item! GROSS. After I said I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, she changed her tune and said that they will take the word of the customer. Don't put yourself through the trouble for opened/used items that you will get late.

Within an hour, I changed my mind about an order. It had not been processed. They charged me 10% of the order to cancel it. They had done nothing! Will never order from them again.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered from this company through the Walmart.com marketplace. I received an email that the item shipped. I never received the item and the USPS tracking # was fake. I attempted to contact them directly via email. No response. Walmart attempted to contact them directly. No response.
I had been looking everywhere for a lipstick that I love but seemed to have disappeared from the stores. I looked on line bout couldn't find the color. I phoned Beautyjoint and they helped me find it and order it. It was very easy and the package arrived soon. I love Jordana lipstick. Not only are they inexpensive but they are really good.
Dont waste yr money on this site i did not receive my full order i put in a dispute with paypal then they asked be to cancell the dispute and they would refund me i cancelled and they have not refunded me they ripped me off
I think that the girls in Brazil dream about shopping cosmetics and make up paying the real cost of them and receiveing them in their homes. In Brazil we have to pay to much taxes to get imported stuffs. So, Beauty Joint is a big dream come true to me. Now I am getting prepared for a new shop. Thank you, Beauty Joint! Please, bring more shades of the Maybelline matte Fit me foundation and the shade 102 of the Infalible Pro matte foundation!
