I ordered nearly $200 worth of makeup that never arrived. The company told me that it's my fault it didn't arrive but they will generously offer me a 25% credit! WHAT A NICE GESTURE! Not. Don't waste your time here, pay the extra few dollars for a legit company. Also makeup brands, do not associate your names with this company! Disgusting. I've seen through these reviews i'm not the only one who has suffered this way either. Should be ashamed!

Spent $1000's on my first order and given a false tracking DHL are saying it's beauty joints fault and they won't respond or help!
On trust pilot it says they have scammed so many people and the loss on our business will be devastating DO NOT USE THEM I'm sure half of the reviews are fake!
I was a little worried about buying on this website as Id be shipping to Australia; so I was expecting shipping to either take a whole month or cost me a fortune. Although there were several shipping options, some being very pricey, I chose standard with tracking and my order came in just under 8 days! Like how?!?!? 8 days to Australia with just standard shipping! Products were not damaged either. Im very happy with my purchase.
Order BJ*******...i ordered 4 days back. Pay aed 800, till now there is no update. No contact number, no office address. I have being writing emails like a ghost and there is no one of the other side. They are asking my debit card photo, bank statement pictures...I mean what the hell why you need all these details. Well I need my money back...done with you guys. I better pay to sephora and get genuine products. You guys are fraud...I need mymoney money back...worst

I think that the girls in Brazil dream about shopping cosmetics and make up paying the real cost of them and receiveing them in their homes. In Brazil we have to pay to much taxes to get imported stuffs. So, Beauty Joint is a big dream come true to me. Now I am getting prepared for a new shop. Thank you, Beauty Joint! Please, bring more shades of the Maybelline matte Fit me foundation and the shade 102 of the Infalible Pro matte foundation!
Order 60 dollars of makeup. Over a month and it's still not here.It saying it shipped on the 12 of Feb. It's now the 1st of March and still no sign of my order. It's so upsetting because I ordered once before and I never had issues but at this point it beyond a joke.

For those living in Southeast Asia, please DO NOT purchase from this company aka Beauty Joint. I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE from them. Why? Well, I have several reasons. Where do I start...
Firstly, their shipping fees are outrageous. It's sooo expensive & overcharged, even for their ‘Standard' shipping (with no tracking). But this isnt as serious.
Second, their shipping took FOREVER! I ordered in April-May and had asked them how long does it take to arrive, & they answered "6-8 weeks" which i thought was pretty understandable due to COVID. So around August, I emailed them & they told me they no longer ship to my country (hence refunded me for my second order - which i have no issue of), BUT, as for my first purchase (which i ordered in April-May & they promised 6-8 weeks), it was somehow lost in transit? And i've waited fo 3/4 MONTHS ALREADY UGHHH. & when i emailed them if they can issue a refund for me (around USD 140), they told me they couldn't do that as it's ‘lost' so it's not their fault? Are you serious? At least be a responsible one and refund!
The only good thing is good customer service i guess lol. Heard many good reviews about this company, but to me, it's one of the worst i've ever bought from. High shipping fees, took way too long to come & even worse, no refund for my lost parcel lol.

Within an hour, I changed my mind about an order. It had not been processed. They charged me 10% of the order to cancel it. They had done nothing! Will never order from them again.

I had been looking everywhere for a lipstick that I love but seemed to have disappeared from the stores. I looked on line bout couldn't find the color. I phoned Beautyjoint and they helped me find it and order it. It was very easy and the package arrived soon. I love Jordana lipstick. Not only are they inexpensive but they are really good.
Do not waste your money. I am actually of the opinion this company may be a scam. I ordered from them several months ago, received no update as to my packages until I contacted them several times only to be told Both my packages were "lost in transit". I ordered my items and the shipping wasn't too bad. It did take a while to update but on it did, the item took about two weeks to get to me.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered from this company through the Walmart.com marketplace. I received an email that the item shipped. I never received the item and the USPS tracking # was fake. I attempted to contact them directly via email. No response. Walmart attempted to contact them directly. No response.

This company has horrible customer service. I bought 2 blushes and a concealer. First off the concealer came with like gel liquid inside and was completely different color then the website and then one blush came completely shattered. I contacted them and they made me show proof of the damage, and when i did they said there nothing they can do because i didn't buy they're 'clear' insurance. First off, at the checkout it says want to buy insure for $3,(US) and i'm from canada so of course it's more than $3, of course I assumed that was just if the package was lost which i wasn't worried about so i didn't buy it. They said it clearly states the insurance is for any mishaps such as it coming damaged. I've ordered countless makeup, and as long as it's packaged properly it doesn't come broken. Then because i said they're customer service was crap, they offered 30% of my next purchase of the blush. JUST THE BLUSH. So i'd still have to pay shipping and buy they're stupid insurance incase this happened again. Waste of money, don't bother ordering, you can find all the products elsewhere.
I placed an order on 6/13 and received my order 6/17. Really fast shipping, but I live in the same state they're based in so it might've just been fast for me. The prices were average, nothing came damaged, and customer service was fine. I contacted asking why I was charged for shipping because I hit the $25 minimum and met all other requirements, and they responded promptly with an updated policy stating that only certain items qualify. So one star is removed for the misleading free shipping policy. At the time it didn't say that it needed to say "FS" in the item code for it to qualify for free shipping and it turns out only one of my items qualified, but the page was updated after the interaction. And the shipping didn't cost much anyways, just $3 something, for a $25+ order.
