I placed my Order on Oct 29. As of Nov 12 my order still hasnt shipped. I am unable to get any updates and there is stillno expected delivery date.

Within an hour, I changed my mind about an order. It had not been processed. They charged me 10% of the order to cancel it. They had done nothing! Will never order from them again.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered from this company through the Walmart.com marketplace. I received an email that the item shipped. I never received the item and the USPS tracking # was fake. I attempted to contact them directly via email. No response. Walmart attempted to contact them directly. No response.
Dont waste yr money on this site i did not receive my full order i put in a dispute with paypal then they asked be to cancell the dispute and they would refund me i cancelled and they have not refunded me they ripped me off
Do not waste your money. I am actually of the opinion this company may be a scam. I ordered from them several months ago, received no update as to my packages until I contacted them several times only to be told Both my packages were "lost in transit". This company has horrible customer service. I bought 2 blushes and a concealer. First off the concealer came with like gel liquid inside and was completely different color then the website and then one blush came completely shattered. I contacted them and they made me show proof of the damage, and when i did they said there nothing they can do because i didn't buy they're 'clear' insurance. First off, at the checkout it says want to buy insure for $3,(US) and i'm from canada so of course it's more than $3, of course I assumed that was just if the package was lost which i wasn't worried about so i didn't buy it. They said it clearly states the insurance is for any mishaps such as it coming damaged. I've ordered countless makeup, and as long as it's packaged properly it doesn't come broken. Then because i said they're customer service was crap, they offered 30% of my next purchase of the blush. JUST THE BLUSH. So i'd still have to pay shipping and buy they're stupid insurance incase this happened again. Waste of money, don't bother ordering, you can find all the products elsewhere.

For those living in Southeast Asia, please DO NOT purchase from this company aka Beauty Joint. I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE from them. Why? Well, I have several reasons. Where do I start...
Firstly, their shipping fees are outrageous. It's sooo expensive & overcharged, even for their ‘Standard' shipping (with no tracking). But this isnt as serious.
Second, their shipping took FOREVER! I ordered in April-May and had asked them how long does it take to arrive, & they answered "6-8 weeks" which i thought was pretty understandable due to COVID. So around August, I emailed them & they told me they no longer ship to my country (hence refunded me for my second order - which i have no issue of), BUT, as for my first purchase (which i ordered in April-May & they promised 6-8 weeks), it was somehow lost in transit? And i've waited fo 3/4 MONTHS ALREADY UGHHH. & when i emailed them if they can issue a refund for me (around USD 140), they told me they couldn't do that as it's ‘lost' so it's not their fault? Are you serious? At least be a responsible one and refund!
The only good thing is good customer service i guess lol. Heard many good reviews about this company, but to me, it's one of the worst i've ever bought from. High shipping fees, took way too long to come & even worse, no refund for my lost parcel lol.
Will never purchase from them again.
I ordered my items and the shipping wasn't too bad. It did take a while to update but on it did, the item took about two weeks to get to me.
Didn't receive my products! Trust me they have a bad customer service and obviously my worst experience as the products were not delivered ever
