Be aware! Very dishonest sales and sales manager.
Did not disclose items missing and hid information about the car.
I tried to reason with them but they made it almost impossible to get a hold of anyone.
Horrible experience. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I am shocked- Shoppers Drug Mart has always been a solid, reputable brand in my eyes. My first order with their online service (which they are really pushing customers towards lately) and I am MISSING ONE OF THE ITEMS. What's worse, is the itemized packing slip says it was included. Their online message submission form on their website hasn't been working for the last 2 days and when you call in to speak with someone, you are put on hold for 25 minutes. This is not ok. Online shopping is supposed to make everything more convenient and streamlined. Buyer beware.

Beauty Boutique would be great if they didn't use Pigeon Ship, which is the worst shipping service of any online shopping I have ever used. I have only ordered from Beauty Boutique three times and Pigeon Ships has been a disaster every time. I have no idea why a large chain like Shoppers Drug Mart would use such a Micky Mouse, amateurish service.

I am not happy at all with Beauty Boutique. I received a catalog in the mail pre-approving me to buy now pay later. I flipped thru the catalog and decided to order a few things. After placing my order I received a confirmation email thanking me and telling me how my items were being carefully packaged. I waited for approximately 2 weeks and my items never arrived so I called them. The customer service rep told me I had to put down a $43.00 dollar deposit. The deposit wud not have been a problem at all had I been told that when I placed my order, but instead I received a confirmation email like my order had completed. My problem with this is if u have to put money down then buy now pay later is false advertising and is illegal in this country. The catalog I received in the mail should have said buy now and with a small deposit pay later. How hard is that? I have a problem with businesses that lie to and mislead their customers. It makes me wonder what else they r lying about and just how bad r they misleading me. Having me waiting for 2 weeks for sum thing that was never being packaged like the email I received from them said really irks me. Needless to say, my business with Beauty Boutique finished B4 it even got started I wud give them 0 stars if I cud! I posted pics of the email that I was flat out lied to by Beauty Boutique. I wud be very careful doing business with this company. If u notice they only have a 3 star rating, so I'm not the only customer that they have mistreated obviously.
